Wie vertrauenswürdig sind eigentlich die Angaben zur Reise? Wäre die Gruppengröße mit max 40 Personen angegeben gewesen hätten wir diese Reise NICHT GEBUCHT!

Very poorly organized trip. We were placed in the hotel 1 hour from Dubai center, every morning they drive you 40 minutes to meeting point, where all the tours starts even when you need to go to opposite direction. 2-3 hours wasted for driving to and from meeting points. In all the tours they will take you to sales pitch presentations. Every day during the tour they pick up different people and drive them to different activities during your paid tour. As a result you almost see nothing. All these separate attractions could be purchased in the hotels at cheaper price.

To Whom It May Concern, I'll start from the beginning. Once we were dropped off at Mercure Barsha Height Hotel. There was no reservations for the four of us. It took us almost two hours to get the rooms. We still had not received our itinerary for the week nor the whatsapp contact information. I had to request both again upon our arrival. Day 2-Guided Dubai city tour with Dubai Frame was to include ride across dubai creek, gold and spice souk. The driver Hasan told us that was apart of the tour for us on day 2 so we showed him the itinerary and then he called in. He took us over there and only allowed us 15 minutes at gold and 15 minutes at the spice souk. This was bad because he did not want to do it and it showed because we were not given the allotted time we were suppose to have. We were put in the middle of an issue that was not our to handle. I will not ever use Tour Radar again because to not have a handle on the 3rd party companies you use is not good. I had given the company information to others and now to have used it was not a great experience. The hotel was more like a 3 star instead of a 4 star, if it was not for the excellent customer service the hotel provided I would have been requesting part of our money back.

The best feeling, I got from this tour is that my only job was to have fun at all time. We were provided tickets, schedule, itinerary, rides and contact information. Everything was on time. Everything was transparent and I loved the patience they showed answering all my questions and providing different options for the hotels until we found the perfect one. The tour guides and the drivers were polite and always happy to share curious and fuт information about the country and cities. Recommend each and every place we visited Burj Kalifa, desert, Abu Dabi, and the night cruise in Dubai.

It was mostly a private tour since we were 6 in this trip, and sometime we were combined with others on a big bus just like any big tours. Over all it was a great experienced although it missed some schedules, but they were able to compensate us and fixed it. I highly recommend this company! I enjoyed the Safari experienced and Abu Dhabi mosque visit. The price is also reasonable.

I received ahead of the trip the schedule of what to expect with times a locations. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The hotel was picked with care and we got a great hotel that went beyond our expectations. The airline selected was one of the best ones and the price of the trips were convenient.

A wonderful trip to sample the magnificence that is Dubai. Accommodations were great and way above expectations-very clean,spacious and the included breakfast was wonderful. Included and optional tours were spot on to provide a concise yet pleasurable voyage into the culture. Cannot speak highly enough of this experience!!

Dubai tour was generally amazing! Our guide could speak in both English and French. We enjoyed every moment of it and look forward to booking again next year with Across Africa Tours and Travel.

I “DO NOT” RECOMMEND this tour! It’s very disorganized!!! If I could give it a 0 I would! It’s NOT worth it! Dubai is the 23rd country I visited and I’ve booked many tour packages, but this tour is definitely the WORST! There’s many things I could complain about. 1. The hotel I stayed at smells and the view is a construction site. It’s not worth the money that I PAID EXTRA for $621+ for single room for being solo traveler. 2. What’s on the itinerary is not what you get. You actually get LESS. Marketing and advertising of the tours are deceiving and are not true!!! 3. The Abu Dhabi full day tour as stated on itinerary was NOT a full day tour and you won’t be able to do optional visit to Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi that’s open as advertised since driver told me there’s no time. Arranged company agent changed my pick up time between 10:00-10:15am instead of between 08:30-0900 per itinerary. However, I got picked up passed 10:30am. The driver was late. The other 3 guests from Hyatt hotel who were in the car were also very upset and complained of the promised time of 0800am, but got picked up at 1000am. I was also upset since I rushed getting ready and as a result of rushing I lost one of my contact lenses as it slipped on the sink. I also rushed eating breakfast, but the driver was late. Also I asked if I could go to the museum that’s open, but the driver said there’s no time and also stated nobody told him that I will visit the open museum that I should have told my tour agency. I said, it’s there on my itinerary as an option.I didn’t know I have to tell my tour agency. Also, I thought the tour was full day tour however, I got picked up around 10:30am and finished at 16:30 then drive time 1.5 hours but got to the hotel around 7:15pm. What’s even worst, driver just dropped you off, but doesn’t tell you where to go, so you waste time finding where you should go. Driver also doesn’t open doors for guests and didn’t offer to have lunch. So we starved ourselves. 4. I felt the staff of across Africa tours and travel replies fast, but DOES NOT empathize to travelers. When I had complained, they never said sorry for loss time and inconvenience and how they will improve or fix it next time….nothing.. doesn’t seem to have empathy at all 5. Everything is just disorganized— the pick up time— either you get pick up so late or 20 mins early. They tell you your tour could be flexible, but the bad thing is you’re on a tour with different tour agencies and with different people on each of your tour. So if a couple you’re on a tour with is late, everyone is late. It’s a loss time for everyone. 6. I had to be the one to ask for exact time and date of my whole itinerary the day before my tour starts. The company doesn’t provide it automatically or at least few days before. The guest had to be the one to ask, which this is the first time I had to be the one to ask for my itinerary with time and date. So NOT a good customer service!! 7. There’s also no pre-arrival briefings or pre-arrival email that you must know prior to arriving in dubai or while traveling in dubai. None!!! unlike other tours I’ve booked. So you have to figure things out on your own. What I’m upset about is that nobody told me about needing to ask the store to sign me up for tax free purchases because when I went to the airport, I couldn’t get the tax back that were charged as I made couple of big purchases. They told me the stores must sign me up that I should have told them I’m a tourist, but I didn’t know about this since I wasn’t informed and all the countries I visited did not require this, so I thought I’d just need the usual passport, boarding pass and receipts. However, it doesn’t work like that in dubai unfortunately. I wasn’t able to get my money back from paid taxes from big purchases. I was so upset. 8. Staff will tell you that stay will be at Hilton Mall of Emirates, but once you already purchased the tour, they changed it to Hilton Al Mina and said it’s due to availability. However, I did checked the dates and time they told me it’s going to be at Al Mina and there were availability at Hilton Mall of Emirates. I regret not mentioning it earlier on since I got busy with my finals and also was traveling in turkey with internet issues. 9.You can’t get Hilton points from staying since it’s third party booking. I would just recommend booking your own hotel and day to day tour at viator. The Hilton garden inn I stayed at is only 13-15 mins to dubai mall. Taxi cost one way is $5-$6. Since if you have Hilton honors like me, I was told I couldn’t get the Hilton hotel stay points since it’s booked on booking.com. 10.There’s “NO” Old dubai city tour as stated on itinerary and NO traditional Abra boat included. What was on the original itinerary of old dubai, I honestly just did it on my own and paid for taxi expenses and boat ride to get to spice and gold souks. 11.Arrival pick up time and departure drop off time didn’t go smoothly. The staff told me “the taxi driver COULD ONLY wait for me for 45 mins upon my arrival at the dubai airport”. My arrival was at 02:30am. I didn’t want to have to pay for my own taxi in case there’s an issue at the airport and the driver won’t wait passed 45 mins, so I had asked to be picked up 0500am instead because I didn’t want to miss the pick up time passed the 45 mins timeframe in case I get stuck at the airport for Covidtesting, luggage issues and other unforeseen events.This is so different!!! None of my booked tours had told me that the driver could only wait for me for 45 mins or will leave except this tour!!! Departure drop off they schedule me at 5:00am even if I had asked for 5:30am since my flight is at 08:40am and it takes only 13 mins to get to dubai airport. However, they didn’t change it and just said the driver will be there 5am and if I decide to leave at 5:30 it’s my call. I met with the driver at 05:27am and got to the dubai airport at 05:42am and departed on time. I didn’t appreciate the agency not catering to their guests needs/wants. They will keep insisting their own way, but doesn’t tell you the important things you need to know such as telling the store you’re a tourist and asking the store to sign you up for tax free registration Main advice: Don’t book this tour as it’s not worth what you paid for and you’re better off booking everything on your own as you will save money.I would just recommend booking your own hotel near dubai mall, book taxi online or app careem and day to day tour at viator.

WHAT A JOKE OF A TOUR COMPANY. THE HOTEL, SOCIAL HOTEL,THEY HAD ME IN WAS CLOSE TO THE METRO. THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY POSITIVE ABOUT IT. CHECK IN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AT 2;OO PM. THAT ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE THAT WILL TAKE A SMOKING ROOM. THE CLEANING STAFF ARE STILL CLEANING ROOMS TILL 5-6 OCLOCK AT NIGHT. ITS A LONG WAIT TO GET IN. I WAS IN THE HOTEL 5 NIGHTS. NOT ONCE DID I HAVE HOT WATER ANYTIME OF THE DAY. I TOOK LUKE WATER SHOWERS. THIS MIGHT BE GREAT IN THE HEAT OF SUMMER BUT NOT GOOD IN THE WINTER. THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WITH MY ROOM. THE KEY CARD CONTROLED THE ELECTRIC FOR THE ROOM. I WOULD TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS AND LIGHTS WOULD ALL TURN ON AT ONCE. AFTER DEALING WITH THE SITUATION I CALLED THE DESK, THEY WERE SENDING THE ENGINEER UP. SERIOUSLY THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK 18 AND UNDERSTOOD ZERO ENGLISH. HE FIDDLED WITH A SCREW DRIVER IN THE KEY CARD ELECTRIC HOLDER. AFTER THAT THE LIGHTS NEVER WENT OFF EVEN WHEN THE KEY CARD WAS REMOVED. I SLEPT 2 NIGHTS WITH ALL THE ROOM LIGHTS ON. AS FAR AS THE HALF DAY CITY TOUR OF DUBAI-CLEARLY TOURISM IN DUBAI HAS NOT A CLUE WHAT TRAVELERS WANT FOR A TOUR. I KNEW THE RIDE ON THE TOUR WAS SHARED. WHAT I HAD NOT KNOWN WAS THAT RIDE SHARE MEANT PICKING UP OTHERS ALL OVER THE AREA OF DUBAI-WHICH COULD BE 10 MILES OR MORE. THE PICKUP TIME WAS ANYWHRE FROM 30-45 MINUTES ONE WAITED IN THE HOTEL LOBBY. MORE TIME WAS SPENT PICKING UP AND THEN THE SAME PROCCESS DROPPPING OFF AFTER THE TOUR. MY DROP OFF INCLUDED THE DRIVER STOPPING TO PICK UP HIS LUNCH WHILE I WAITED IN THE VAN. THE HOTEL I WAS STAYING IN HAD CHANGED NAMES IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS AND NON OF THE DRIVERS TO FOR PICK UP COULD FIND THE HOTEL. ONE DRIVER WAS WALKING AROUND TRYING TO FIND THE HOTEL. ABU DABI TOUR WAS SLIGHTLY BETTER. BUT AGAIN THE TOUR HAD SOME OF US STAYING OVER NIGHT IN ABU DABI. BECAUSE OF THAT TIME TAKEN TO GO TO THE HOTEL, THE OTHERS DID NOT GET TO SEE EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON THE SIGHTSEEING ITINERARY. DUBAI NOR THE ABU DHABI TOUR STUCK TO THE INTINERARY OF SIGHTS TO SEE. DO TO TORRENTIAL RAINS WHILE THERE THE DESERT SAFARI AND BBQ WAS CANCELED. I HAD TEXT THE TOUR COMPANY ABOUT THE CREDIT FOR THE COST OF THE CANCELED ACTIVITIY. I LEFT THINKING THIS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. A MONTH LATER WHEN I GOT HOME I FIND THEY DID NOTHING IN THE WAY CREDITING MY CARD. I THEN HAD TO COMMUNICATE SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE COMPANY TILL I FINALLY GOT THE CREDIT ON MY CARD. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE COMPANY NO STARTS BUT THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AVAILABLE. DON'T TAKE TOURS WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY.

One of the reasons we chose this tour was that it offered a chauffeur service between the airport and the hotel. Unfortunately, since our flight arrived late in the evening, the company didn't want to offer us this service. What's more, the Swissôtel hotel where we were staying is a long way from the city center: a 30-minute metro ride from the Dubai Mall/Burj Kalifa. The first night at the hotel was horrible, as we were given a smoking room that smelled really bad. The neighbors shouted all night and there was no hot water for the shower. Fortunately, we were given a new room the next day and it was much better. The rooms are very large. As for breakfast, it's very crowded, a real zoo.

This is going to be a longish review. If I could give Remaz Tours 0 stars, I would, this was the worst experience I ever had of all the numerous trips I have made over the years. Remaz Tours are out there to scam people. Before I even left for the "Magnificent Tour package of Dubai", when I was sent the vouchers for the hotel I discovered that they have changed the advertised hotel (Emirates Grand Hotel which is close to the Burj Khalifa and looks very nice, with goo reviews on TripAdvisor) to AL Khaleej Plaza which is way out, close to the airport. It turned out to be even more horrible than I thought, it is dirty, dated (looks like something from the 1960s), even seedy (2 star hotel). When I complained, I was offered an even worse hotel option! The reception staff was nice and helpful but that didn't make up for the overall bad impression. The breakfast was also very poor. Then the first morning I had a "city tour" planned by Remaz Tours. I was given a one hour window to be picked up. After that hour I started calling the local rep several times but they didn't answer the phone. I sent some messages to Remaz Tours through TourRadar and finally after 2 hours I was informed that the tour is cancelled. I was refunded (about $30) and I decided to get a hop-on hop-off day pass which was more than double that price! I had to cut it short actually because in the evening I had a Dhow Cruise starting at 6pm. I was supposed to be picked up between 4 and 5pm, I was picked up at 5:30 and dropped at the wharf just before 6pm with the following: wait here 5-10 minutes and the ship will come. The ship came about 30 minutes later and as more and more people were dropped off, there was a total chaos boarding it. We finally started our 6pm cruise at 8pm! The ship itself was awful, the food they served was even worse, cold and tasteless, I couldn't see much of Dubai from the seat I was directed to sit down. The last activity was the "Desert Safari". The same story - pickup between 2-3pm, actual pickup at 3:30. Again, a huge crowd, the same awful food as on the "cruise", long lines to get any food from the open "buffet", lots of waiting before anything started. The last straw came at the checkout from the hotel. When I checked-in, they asked for 60AED city tax which was not included in the package AND a 200AED deposit in case I have expenses at the minibar, etc. I paid with my credit card, thinking that the deposit will be refunded on the credit card. The receptionist took out a 200AED banknote for the refund and said they cannot refund my credit card as the charge already went through. EVERYBODY can refund on a credit card!!!! After some fuss, he agreed to give me some US$ in cash and some AED which luckily I could spend at the Duty Free. What exactly do they think that someone can do with 200AED at 2am before leaving the country at 4am? Oh yes, the pickup for the airport was 5-10 minutes late as well but I got there in time. Glad that I am home! The only good experience related to Dubai was the flight with Emirates which I bought separately. Please DO NOT USE REMAZ Tours if you want to enjoy your vacation. Again, it is the WORST experience I ever had on a trip (I have visited 70 countries so far!). Anyways, Dubai is overrated in my opinion, it's boring, has no personality. I went there only for 3 days/4 nights after a wonderful trip to Egypt (fortunately not with Remaz Tours). I don't write many reviews, but this experience was so bad that I wanted to warn potential Remaz customers.

Experts outline a promising future for the GCC hospitality sector, as the UAE market is forecasted to exceed US$7bn by 2026

Dubai offers 150,000 hotel rooms, surpassing the capacity of destinations such as London, New York City and Bangkok. Riyadh has recorded a 134% growth in hotel supply, with 28,465 rooms, and Doha has doubled its room offering in the past decade.

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Recent data from global research companies indicates a bright future for the GCC hospitality industry, with insights from Deloitte and STR demonstrating sustained growth as tourism continues to be a key priority for regional governments. The upcoming edition of Arabian Travel Market (ATM), a premier global event in travel and tourism, will serve as a pivotal gathering for hospitality stakeholders when it takes place from 6 to 9 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre .

According to Deloitte, Dubai is leading the regional hospitality markets with a strong outlook for 2024. The city now offers more hotel rooms than major capitals such as London, New York City and Bangkok, and as of this month, Dubai has a hotel room capacity of over 150,000.

Data from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) shows that the city welcomed 17.15 million overnight visitors during 2023, with the average length of stay also increasing. According to Deloitte, occupancy peaked at 88% in February. Elsewhere in the region, STR figures show that Riyadh is leading the way in terms of hotel supply growth, offering an additional 28,465 rooms, a 134% increase. Meanwhile, Doha has doubled its hotel inventory over the past decade, with a current supply of 39,968 rooms.

“As the hospitality landscape in the GCC region continues to evolve, the data paints a compelling picture of growth and opportunity. ATM 2024 will feature a wide range of hospitality brands from around the world, and we are pleased to report that there has been a 21% increase in exhibition space dedicated to hotel brands this year, demonstrating strong interest and demand, ” said Danielle Curtis , Exhibition Director ME, Arabian Travel Market.

Several new European hotel brands, including Ethno Belek in Turkey and Buff Medical Resort in Germany, will exhibit at ATM for the first time. European Voyages , which specialises in tours, transfers, and private jets, will also mark its debut appearance. There has been a notable surge in exhibitor participation from Italy and Turkey, reflecting a growing interest from these regions in reaching the lucrative Middle East tourism market.

Attendees at ATM 2024 will learn the latest trends from hospitality industry leaders during a series of summits and panel discussions throughout the course of the week. These include the “Frameworks for Tourism Investment” session, which will mark the beginning of the highly-anticipated ATM Market Insights Summit .

Presented by Guy Hutchinson , President, Middle East and Africa, Hilton ; Basmah Al-Mayman , Regional Director Middle East, UNWTO; and Jan Gerrit Koechling , Partner Dubai, UAE of Roland Berger , this session will take place on the event’s main stage, the Global Stage. Attendees can expect to gain invaluable insights on how to cater to new markets, maintain market share and identify new business opportunities. Elsewhere, the “Trends Shaping the Future of Hospitality in the Middle East” session will officially open ATM’s new “Future Stage”, formerly the Travel Tech Stage.
