Working with Heidi was awesome!! We're a big group and she was so helpful emailing everyone and getting us all set up with the best deal!!

We used Cruise Travel Outlet to book our excursions for a recent cruise. You do save some money using them instead of booking through your cruise provider. The excursion group meeting instructions are very detailed and clear. We've never had a problem finding any one of our tours. I was initially concerned that since we weren't booking through our cruise provider that we weren't going to be 100% guaranteed back to the ship on time, but we always were. I will continue booking with them because I like saving money.

I was very happy with the attention to detail in making my cruise reservations. I would recommend this place to book your travel and the river cruises. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to deal with over the phone and made it very easy process. I will use them again. Happy Customer

I've had really great service from my representative. We've made the the 1st "big" payment for our December departure. I'm getting more excited by the day. We could not have dreamed of affording a vacation of this caliber without Cruise Travel Outlet.

This is a wonderful company with great prices and great customer service. I have used a lot of other companies for cruises I've been on 12 and this company's by far the best at finding the right cruise for the right price.

PUBLICpublished review 6/22/18 I placed a bid for an upgrade to a mini suite. I understand that if the bid is accepted you cant change back. My bid was accepted and I was put in a mini suite that is actually listed on one of the cruise review sites as one of the worst cabins! My room is now right under the restauraunt and Is very very noisy. I called Norwegian and they refused to do anything. There are still mini suites available and if booked through NCL they are $300 cheaper than my upgrade!! This is terrible customer service!! To actually pay for an upgrade and pay more than what it would cost today and to be put in a room that is on numerous sites with terrible reviews is unacceptable! I feel like NCL has been extremely deceitful in calling this an upgrade!! I called Cruise Travel outlet who I booked cruise from and they said they have no control over this. He is now saying he will look for a contact at NCL but it will take a few days and he doesn't think it will help. Why wouldnt they have correct contacts at NCL seeing how they book many many cruises through them!!!

The screwed up my credit card number which caused me to miss booking a trip by a deadline. They then refused to honor the original deal until I dragged in the owner(who never called me back) and friends who use them a lot called on our behalf they finally admitted to fix it as the whole problem was their error. few months later for final payment I gave them a different credit card number and guess what? They messed it up again, will never use them again!
