Not being able to hike I was thrilled at the opportunity to take a 3 hour took with Pink Jeep tours. Pink Jeep tours offers an assortment of tour packages but the one they recommended that you start with is the "Roaring fork" tour. Their office is located on the Parkway which is very convenient for people staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. You are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour starts so you can use the bathroom or relax and look at their gift shop. Our tour guide Jerry called my group and we had a full house for our Jeep tour. I chose to sit up front with him which made my trip more comfortable. Note they advise you to put your phone in airplane mode since there is no reception along the way and you want to get some great pictures. Jerry spent some time as we made our way to the Smokies telling us about how Gatlinburg got its name, the highest mountain in the Smokies, and other fun filled stories as we traveled. He answered any questions we had such as my own-are there any other types of bears besides black bears there. The answer is no-don't expect to find a grizzly bear here. That led to the first part of the tour-we were in search of some black bears. My daughter spotted some in the distance but they were really too far to get a good glimpse. We traveled up a one lane only dirt road to see some cabins and got to stop off and visit one of them. Nearby was one of the many beautiful streams flowing water. You can just hear the water and feel so relaxed. Jerry took us to one of the prime viewing areas of the mountains for another photo op. It is a shame that much of the region had been subject to forest fires but still the views are breathtaking. Jerry gladly offered to take our picture both there and in front of the jeep. We passed through more beautiful streams of water, saw hikers and families until we stopped at a small dry goods store that had restrooms. We had a quick break to visit and back in the jeep again. Once we were out of the Smokies he drove us back to Pigeon Forge for the last segment-a fun filled bumpy ride down a steep hill!! I did like the fact that there is a drop off point for people who can't handle such a ride and he picks you up again. Hang onto your strap because everyone was pushed up towards the middle as we tackled bump upon bump. Afterwards we made it back to the office where we disembarked and graciously tipped him for all his hard work. One of the best things I like about this tour company is that they insure safety to all their guests being their number one priority. This definitely is a must do if you want a guided tour of the Smokie Mountains. Pink Jeep tours offer other tours as well so you can explore different places including one with a stop in North Carolina. I was so glad we had the opportunity to take this tour and thanks to Jerry who made us feel most welcome. Located on the parkway in Pigeon Forge across from Mel's diner, they have their own parking lot.

Take tour car or rent a atv and drive up the mountain and stop wherever you feel like stopping on the way. I paid 870$ for seven people None of us felt like it was worth the money. Also I think we had a crappy guide whom we could not understand what the thing he was saying.

This was an amazing time!!The jeeps we're so cool and PINK!! The ride was breathtaking. Julie was our driver and she was AWESOME!! We stopped along the route a couple of times and seen some amazing views. The best part though, the off roading at the end of the tour.
We went on my 52nd birthday and I have always wanted a Pink Jeep, so we decided to try it out. We had a great time! Tanner was our guide and he made it so much fun and educational. He took pictures for us. I highly recommend it!!

One of the best tours I've ever taken!!! Katlyn was fantastic!!!! She brought us to great spots for spectacular views, adapted the tour based on weather to get better locations too. She knew so much about the area and history, and made the information personal with her own experiences of living in the area. She also took many photos of our group for us. And wow!!! She should seriously be a professional photographer!!! She knew every camera setting and angle and how to get the bets images. They are the single best photos from our trip! I learned some new phot tips from her along the way. After the tour, she took us off roading in the jeep, which was a blast. Overall, she (and the tour) were truly the highlight! This was worth every penny, and I would not miss out on the chance to do it again.
I was a little hesitant to spend $200 for a 3 hr tour, but we signed up. We were lucky to get Mike as our tour guide. He was kind and knowledgeable. I recommend asking for him if you tour the BEAUTIFUL smokey mountains with their company.
Left on time. Our driver Catlynn was a rockstar. Due to traffic we didn't get to stop at the landmark sign but she tried her best driving to other signs so that we can capture something No bear sighting on the tour but saw some wild turkey The views are second to none. Very informative as we drove through downtown Gatlinsburg. We saw some settlers homes, beautiful waterfalls and bridges. Highly recommended pink key tours when traveling to pigeon forge
Great investment if you would like a guided tour around the mountains. They offer several different types of tours and our guide advised they will be adding another next year. They are also very flexible. The next day was going to be a downpour so we had to fit two events into one day. They moved me the day before to an earlier booking time. Different tour but same length. I honestly think I liked this one better than the one I had booked anyway. Dennis was our guide and he was friendly and made sure to explain some of the history of the mountains and take pictures for me and the other couples on our tour. You can book a private tour but I love ppl so we took for the cheaper shared tour. When your done with the tour most of the options include an off road fun experience after which was my favorite part.
Had an incredible time on our pink jeep tour of the national park. The office location was minutes from our stay in Dollywood and parking was easy. We were the first tour of the day and the crew in the office was bright and chipper and welcoming. Our tour started on time and our host was Chris. Chris was informative and funny. He had more dad jokes than I thought possible in a three hour tour. His information regarding the flora and fauna within the park, the history and landmarks of the park, and his recommendations for various other activities to do in the area were so good that my daughter will be able to write up a report on the park for school with just the information he supplied and we went on a hike he suggested after the tour and it was perfect. Chris was also previously a photographer so he takes his Kodak moments seriously and will snap some great pictures with your phone. The tour itself is a great experience, seeing up close the natural beauty and history. We saw several sightings of bears and enjoyed getting out to walk around at a few locations along the way. Obviously they cannot guarantee bear sightings on their tours, but even without the bears, the tour is seriously great. I recommend you splurge for the private jeep for your party if at all possible and the earliest tour time will give you the best chances of no crowds/park traffic, most likely to see animals. At the end of our tour, Chris took us to a separate location for a rough road experience. (Off roading) it wasn't tame and you couldn't do it holding an infant or beverage in your lap. But it was worth it. Absolutely a fun time had by all!
We booked the pink Jeep Tours for a 9 AM departure, and our tour guide was Mike! He was extremely informative from beginning to end! He took the most amazing pictures of us with our cameras as well, and even created some pretty cool graphics for us! This is definitely a must take tour! We happened to be in the tour bus with other guests from Miami so that was fun as well since we are from Texas! There is so much to see and great pics too!

4 Things to Know About the Pink Jeep Tours of the Gatlinburg SkyBridge
One of the most exciting Smoky Mountain attractions is the Gatlinburg SkyBridge, a magnificent structure that is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America! While you can visit this attraction at Gatlinburg SkyLift Park on your own, the best way to experience the SkyBridge is on a guided tour with Pink Jeep Tours! Here are 4 things to know about the Pink Jeep Tours of the Gatlinburg SkyBridge:
1. What to Expect
2. Times, Dates, and Location
All of the Pink Jeep Tours depart from their convenient location at 3152 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, which is just a short drive away from Hearthside at the Preserve! There are multiple tour times available daily, making it easy to work a tour into your busy vacation schedule. Simply choose a tour time and make your reservation in advance to get your preferred time and date. Keep in mind you will need to check in 20 minutes prior to your tour time and all tours operate rain or shine.
3. Tour Guide Information
Your tour guide on the Pink Jeep Tour of the Gatlinburg SkyBridge is also your driver, and you are always in good hands! All guides are CPR certified, Smith System Driver Safety trained, and First Aid certified, and most of the guides are also Certified Interpretive Guides! Therefore, you can enjoy a fun, safe, and educational experience throughout your tour!
4. What to Bring
Depending upon the time of year, you may want to bring a hat, sunscreen, or layered clothing. While the Pink Jeeps are heated, it might be chilly when you are walking across the Gatlinburg SkyBridge! You should bring along some rain gear due to the frequent rainy conditions in the Smoky Mountains. Bring a bottle of water too, which can be replenished with extra water when the Jeep is stopped. Most importantly, don’t forget to bring you camera to capture the most spectacular views in the Smokies!
You’ll have a blast going on the Pink Jeep Tour to see the Gatlinburg SkyBridge. Since you have an idea of what you’re going to do when you’re here, now you just need a cabin! Check out all of our Smoky Mountain cabin rentals today.

He even gave us towels in case we got wet because it was raining that day. We ended up not needing them, the rain was not a problem. He did a great job of showing us not only the park but the surrounding area as well. He even gave us some options on things to see so the trip could be customized to our group wants. - sueelleng2024 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Great fun for the entire family! Great fun for the entire family! We had a group of eight ranging from 4-75 years old and everyone had a blast! Our tour guide David was great! He asked us what we wanted to see before we set out to make sure it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. My senior father has disabilities so getting in and out of the jeep was challenging for him. David allowed my father to sit up front with him, in order to be more comfortable. He also brought a step out to make it easier for my dad to get in and out when he wanted to. For the times my dad preferred to stay in the vehicle, David parked the jeep in a location to make sure my dad didn’t miss out on the beautiful views. We didn't see any bears but the mountains, rivers, and waterfalls with butterflies all took our breath away. The off road portion was fun too! I highly recommend this tour! The Best Scenic Adventure in the Smokies!
Venturing into the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains is an experience that remains etched in the memories of travelers. Within the vast expanse of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, our service, Smoky Mountains Jeep Tours, offers a unique and immersive way to explore this iconic region. Curated to provide an intimate view of the park’s majestic landscapes and hidden gems, our Great Smoky Mountains tours are more than just sightseeing — they are an invitation to connect with nature’s grandeur. Led by knowledgeable guides, every twist and turn reveals a new story, making our Jeep tours a must-do for those seeking the true essence of the Great Smoky Mountains.
The Newfound Gap’s principal fascination is its dazzling perspective. During the spring months, enjoy views of wildflowers as far as the eye can see. As summer approaches, views of rolling and layered green shades can be seen. The fall highlights lively harvest-time tones. The colder time of year uncovers the genuine size of the Great Smoky Mountains after its leaves have fallen.
You’ll arrive at Newfound Gap, which is almost one mile above the ocean guided by our friendly tour guide. You will see part of the powerful Appalachian Trail followed by Rockefeller Memorial, the place where U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt remained to commit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Sept. 2, 1940. Your visit closes with an exhilarating, seat clenching experience back to base! Your local guide has been expertly prepared to give you an encounter not at all like some others in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Off-Road Gatlinburg has two different offerings for you to chose from:
- Off-Road UTV Tours
- Street-Legal UTV Rentals
Here’s the gist…
#1. Off-Road Tours
The Basics:
- Most guided tours are lame, this one isn’t.
- Take a 1.5 hr, guided off-road tour where you drive up hills, through creeks, and more.
- Witness epic views on a private mountain that overlooks the mountain range.
- Yes, you drive.
- The beginner – to the expert – will love this tour!
- The guys like the mud and hillclimbs, the ladies like the views and pictures they get to take.
Kids, Pet’s, and Age Restrictions :
- Kids and car seats are allowed, so are pets.
- You have to 18 years old to drive with a valid drivers licenses.
UTV Types :
- We have 2, 4, and 6-seater UTVs available.
- As far as the types of UTVs, we have: Razors (RZRs), CanAms, Honda Talons, Yamaha RMAXs, V-Twin Teryx4 800s, and more.
- We offer tours at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM (5 PM and 7 PM in the season).
- We are open 7 days a week.
- Most are $299 per vehicle/tour.
- We do have premium vehicles that are $399 per tour.
- We do not charge per person, but per vehicle.
- For large groups, call for a group rate. 912-270-5222
Destinations:
- We have a 350-acre private mountain where we have over 10 miles of action-packed trails.
- We have what we call a million-dollar view, which overlooks the entire mountain.
- Our off-road park is 25 minutes outside of Gatlinburg, in Sevierville, TN.
- We give our guest the address to our off-road park after booking online or at our main location.
- Our main location in Downtown Gatlinburg is located at 446 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 (again, this is not the off-road park address).
- To be clear, we don’t hand out this address unless you book
How to Book:
- You can either book in our main office in Gatlinburg or online.
- Here is the direct link where you can book: Off-Road Tour Booking Link .
- If you book online, you’ll be sent the renters agreement, insurance link, and the address.

#2. Street-Legal Rentals
- Rent a street-legal UTV (aka a SXS) and take it to the national parks, through Downtown Gatlinburg, and even over into NC.
- We offer the most road-legal destinations out of any UTV rental company: Cherokee, Cades Cove, Greenbrier to name a few.
- Rent from 2 hrs all the way up to a week.
Kids, Pets, and Age Restrictions:
- You have to be 21 years old with a valid licenses and matching credit card to rent.
- Kids and car seats are allowed.
- Pets are allowed.
