BEFORE YOU BUY

A tourist pass is a service that allows you to save money on a variety of popular attractions.

Some passes offer one low price for several different activities, while others provide a set number of locations you can visit over the course of a few days.

Nashville City Passes

Using these services can help you to save upwards of 50% or more on admission prices.

In this section, we will explain the difference between each type of pass and help you find the right one for your needs.

NOTE: CityPASS does not currently offer a tourist pass in Nashville. That said, there are several excellent alternatives you should absolutely consider!

This tourist pass provides free admission to several different attractions. Instead of paying for individual tickets, you’ll pay one flat price for each day that you decide to use the service.

All-Inclusive City Pass

An all-inclusive pass must be used on 1, 2, or 3 consecutive days, which means that if you start using a 3-day pass on a Monday, your pass will become inactive after Wednesday.

There is no need to pre-purchase or reserve tickets ahead of time because you can just choose your activities as you go and present your pass upon arrival.

You’ll have a total of 12 months to use this pass, so you can purchase it ahead of time without fear.

The all-inclusive pass is especially useful for visitors who plan to see a lot of notable attractions. The more you use it for, the more money you will save.

If you’re only planning on a few activities, this might not be the best discount option in Nashville.

If you’d rather pay for only the specific locations you plan to visit, the choose your attractions pass may be the best fit.

Also known as a flex pass, this option will let you pay one flat price for a set number of activities.

You can choose 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 different attractions at a time.

Pick Your Attractions Pass

As with the all-inclusive pass, there is no need to pre-purchase or reserve tickets ahead of time, so you can just go wherever you want and use this pass at your leisure.

Unlike some of the other Nashville tourist passes, this type does not need to be used on consecutive days.

Instead, you’ll have a total of 30 days to enjoy the benefits of a choose your attraction pass once it has been activated.

Although the pass will only remain active for about a month, you’ll actually have a full 12 months to activate it, so you can buy it well ahead of your trip to Nashville if you wish.

The Choose Your Attractions Pass is a great option if you’re only planning to see a few specific attractions.

Your savings will depend on which activities you choose to do, but there’s no pressure to get out there and use the pass as soon as possible.

Rather than offering access to dozens of attractions, this option will let you pay one flat price for a handful of the most popular activities in Nashville.

Nashville Attraction Passes

In addition to providing free admission to at least 2-3 different sites, each pass also includes discounts on a variety of services.

While some preset packages will allow you to choose a certain number of things to do, others are very specific about which attractions you can visit.

Unlike the other options on our list, you may be required to reserve your tickets ahead of time for some activities.

If you’re in the market for a few specific attractions, this might be one of the best discount options in Nashville.

You won’t have the option to pick and choose from a list of several different things to do, but these packages typically include some of the most popular activities throughout the city.

THE NASHVILLE SIGHTSEEING DAY PASS

There is currently only one all-inclusive pass available in Nashville.

Things to Consider

Nashville is known as Music City USA, so it makes sense that there are a lot of tours and attractions included that focus on this subject.

As a result, this should be a pretty valuable pass for anyone who wants to learn more about the various musicians who made a name for themselves in this city.

This tourist pass also includes admission to several notable historic sites in Nashville.

If you have an interest in American history, this is a great way to save money on attractions like Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, Belle Meade Mansion, Cheekwood Estate, and more.

THE NASHVILLE SIGHTSEEING FLEX PASS

The Nashville Sightseeing Pass is available on your mobile device. Image Source: Nashville Sightseeing Pass.

Much like their all-inclusive pass, this service includes more than 20 attractions to choose from.

This pass also offers several discounts at popular businesses in Nashville.

That being said, rather than offering unlimited access to all of the activities they provide, they will give you the opportunity to choose between 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 different attractions.

The Nashville Sightseeing Flex Pass is active for a total of 30 days, so you don’t have to rush to use it.

You can also pick your activities as you go, which means you don’t have to pre-order or purchase any tickets ahead of time.

All you have to do is show your pass at the ticket office in order to get in for free.

Here are some of the most popular attractions included:

  • Musician’s Hall of Fame
  • Ryman Auditorium

  • 7 Choices: $218/Adults | $164/Children

Purchase the Nashville Sightseeing Flex Pass .

NOTE: All the special offers available with their day pass are also included with the flex pass.

As you can probably tell by the pricing structure, this pass becomes more valuable depending on how many attractions you purchase.

While you’ll be paying an average of about $30 per activity with the 3 choice option, the price per attraction falls to less than $25 at the highest tier.

How Does the Nashville Sightseeing Pass Work

If you’re only interested in a few specific activities, this may be the best way to save money on them.

For instance, if you’re interested in visiting locations like the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Musician’s Hall of Fame, this is a good way to save money on those particular attractions without also paying for access to locations you don’t even plan to visit.

Visitors who want to learn more about Nashville will definitely want to consider using this pass for some of the history tours and admission to historic landmarks in the area.

That said, it is important to note that some of the activities included with this pass are $10-$20 on their own.

In order to save as much money as possible, we recommend that you don’t use this service for these lower-cost attractions.

PRESET PACKAGES

There are a few different options to choose from when it comes to this tourist pass option, and this section will cover each of the most popular preset packages.

In addition to pricing and a list of included attractions, we will also provide some advice to help you figure out whether or not this is the best discount service for your needs.

Nashville Explorer Pass

This is one of the newest tourist passes in Nashville, and there are actually 3 different pass options to choose from.

Each pass includes admission to either 5 or 6 popular attractions and activities in Nashville.

One of the nicest things about this pass is that it is actually valid for an entire year.

In other words, you can use it whenever you want without worrying about time running out (a common problem with all-inclusive passes).

Since it has such a long period of validity, this pass is an excellent choice for anyone who lives in or around Nashville, as they'll be able to really take their time and use the service whenever they have free time.

In addition to the activities and attractions included, each pass also includes a coupon book with discounts and freebies at a number of restaurants and other businesses in Nashville.

  • Johnny Cash Museum OR Patsy Cline Museum

While these passes do include some of the most popular activities and attractions in Nashville, they won't save you as much money as most of the other services on this list.

That said, if you're looking for a pass that covers admission for these specific tours and/or museums, it's definitely worth considering.

This would also be an excellent choice for anyone who will either be in the city multiple times per year or live in the area.

Music City Total Access Pass

While this is technically a preset package pass, you will have the opportunity to pick a total of 6 included attractions from a list of over 30 different activities. If you choose to use this pass, you can save up to 54% on various different attractions in Nashville.

The biggest difference to note with this service is that reservations are required at some of the locations you can pick to visit for free.

The Music City Total Access Pass is valid for an entire year, so you can purchase it and make your plans well ahead of time to ensure that you won’t miss out on any of the fun.

The Music City Total Access Pass is only $ 129 and it includes access to the following from the "Pick 4" selection:

If you’re interested in visiting the Ryman Auditorium or Jack Daniels Distillery, this will probably be a better discount option than some of the other services listed in this post.

Even if you don’t plan on using the additional discounts included with this tourist pass, it’s still one of the best deals in all of Nashville.

At a price of only $129 , each activity will only cost a fraction of the original price to enjoy.

Depending on which attractions you choose, this has the potential to add up to incredible savings.

Here is an example of how much money you could save:

Pick 4 List

Pick 2 List

Total Value: $215

Total Price: $129

Total Savings: $86 (40%)

When it comes to the Music City Total Access Pass, the name says it all.

There are several excellent activities included that focus on the musical history of Nashville.

That said, you can also use this preset package pass to enjoy a cruise or a hop-on-hop-off tour.

Whether you’re interested in sightseeing or learning more about the history of music in this town, this is sure to be a useful service.

Nashville Music Attraction Pass

With only 6 specific attractions included, it’s fair to say that this is a true preset package pass.

Although they don’t offer as many activities as their competitors, this service does guarantee free admission to some of the most popular locations in Nashville.

You’ll also have plenty of time to use the pass, as it is valid for an entire year.

Although you will have to make reservations for each activity, you can do so at any point within 24 hours of your planned departure.

Here is a list of the included attractions:

  • Historic RCA Studio B
  • Hard Rock Cafe OR AJ’s Good Time Bar

Prices & Other Details

  • $131/Adults | $131/Children (12-18) | $101 Children (4-11)
  • Hard Rock Cafe/AJ’s Good Time Bar voucher is good for $15 off
  • There is no hotel pick-up included
  • No additional meals are included
  • Tour guides won’t be available for each attraction

NOTE: This tourist pass is not currently available as of January 2023.

Although most of the Nashville tourist passes offer admission to sites such as the Country Music Hall of Fame and Madame Tussauds, this is one of the only ways to save money on tickets for the Johnny Cash Museum and the Ryman Auditorium.

If you’re interested in the history of American music, these are two locations that you’ll definitely want to visit while you’re in the neighborhood.

With only 6 attractions, this preset package pass might not give you as big of a discount as you can expect from other tourist passes.

Even so, if these activities fit your itinerary quite well, you may want to consider the Nashville Music Attraction Pass over some of the other services available in this city.

Sweet Magnolia Nashville Attraction Pass

This preset package pass is very similar to others, but each ticket included with this tourist pass will be valid for an entire year, so you don’t have to worry about missing out and you can purchase it well ahead of time.

Reservations must be made for each major activity, and you will be given a voucher for each ticket.

Here is a list of everything included with the Sweet Magnolia Nashville Attraction Pass:

  • Country Music Hall of Fame + Studio B Tour
  • Madame Tussaud's
  • Hard Rock Cafe OR AJ’s Good Time Bar
  • $134/Adults | $113/Children (4-11)
  • Hard Rock Cafe/AJ’s Good Time Bar voucher good for $15 off

NOTE: This pass is not currently available as of January 2023.

This pass is still a pretty good way to save money in Nashville, and while it has the same attractions as the Nashville Music Attraction Pass it is cheaper for children if you're bringing more of them along.

While most of their competitors offer several attractions related to the musical history of this city, this service is almost exclusively devoted to covering that subject.

If you’re living in or around Nashville, this might be the best way to save money while enjoying a handful of the most popular activities in the area.

Is there a Nashville CityPASS?

No, there's no Nashville CityPASS at present.

Usually, such a pass offers access to pre-selected attractions, with a choice of extras from a further list.

However, Nashville has a different offering known as the Music City Total Access Pass.

This pass is ideal for active travelers, particularly first-time visitors, aiming to explore Nashville's top attractions such as Madame Tussauds Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, or the city's most popular downtown Nashville sites.

It provides full admission, even allowing a self-guided tour at some venues, giving you the beating heart of Tennessee culture at your fingertips.

This pass could be your ticket to Tennessee's cherished culture, music, and cuisine.

This section will cover some of the best combination deals available in Nashville.

These discounts provide access to multiple attractions for one low cost.

While you won't usually save as much as you would with a tourist pass, you'll at least be saving some money!

Tiqets Combos

This company often provides combo deals that cover the cost of 2 or more activities for a marginally lower price when combined.

You can usually expect a discount of between 10% - 20% off each ticket or service.

Here are the best options currently available in Nashville:

  • $49.54/Adults | $35.81/Children

The Nashville CityPASS® Tourist Card; all you need to know

Sunny Nashville day | ©JimmyDominico

If you want to see as many places in Nashville as possible and get the ultimate sightseeing experience then this is a good option for you . The Sightseeing Pass Nashville City Card allows you to see up to 30 different attractions and enjoy deals at multiple locations throughout the city.

Among the best things to see and do in Nashville are the Madame Tussauds Museum, which is one of the best museums in Nashville , the Andrew Jackson Hermitage, the Country Museum and Hall of Fame, as well as an extensive list of interesting places to see, and all of them are included in this pass , so the hardest part will be choosing which ones to visit.

Recommended if... Your visit to Nashville is short and you want to see as many places as possible in a short time and saving money.

How much does the Nashville CityPASS® cost?

To answer the question of how much does the Nashville CityPASS® cost, first of all you have to keep in mind that these passes are sold by the day or by number of attractions . That is why the price may vary according to the type of tourist pass you want to buy.

  • Day passes : Day passes can have an approximate price ranging from 89 to 200 euros per person, according to the number of days you can use this pass . You must take into account that the cheapest one corresponds to the one-day pass and the one that costs more has a duration of four days.

This price is for adults. In the case of children, the price can cost approximately from 63 euros for the one-day pass, up to 193 euros for the full 4-day pass, so it is a good option to enjoy many of the best things to see and do in Nashville with children .

  • Attractions Pass : These passes, as I had already explained, are divided according to the number of attractions you want to include in it. So the cheapest pass can have an approximate price of 94 euros per person and includes three attractions.

While the most expensive pass can have an approximate price of 174 euros per person and with it you can enjoy up to 7 attractions with a single card . Again, this is the case for adults. For children, the prices range from 67 to 131 euros per child, where the cheapest one admits three attractions and the most expensive one admits up to seven of them.

How does the Nashville CityPASS® work?

This is not only an economical method, but it is also quite a convenient way to enjoy Nashville' s most popular attractions , because the operation of the Nashville CityPASS® tourist pass is quite simple. Once you make the purchase of the pass, you must download the mobile application on your phone that will allow you to download the online pass, which will be the one you will use at the entrance of each of the attractions you visit.

In order to better understand how this city tourist pass works, I will describe some of its features.

  • How the App works : First you have to download the application and register in it using your email and the rest of the data it asks for. Once you complete the registration, it is time to enter the Nashville CityPASS® that you previously purchased. At this point you have to select the number of attractions you want to visit or visit , or the number of days you want to use it, depending on the type of pass you have chosen.
  • Pass activation : After you have downloaded the application and purchased the pass, it is ready to use, you only have to activate it by using it at any attraction for the first time . The activation of this pass is valid for 12 months after the purchase, that means that up to 12 months after buying it, you still have the opportunity to use it.
  • Use of the pass : At this point you just need to use it. And in this case you have to know that just by showing the Nashville CityPASS® online at the entrance of each attraction, you can have access to them . This is a very useful pass because with your one-time purchase you don't have to pay at any of the attractions you visit.
  • Expiration : Once you have purchased the pass and are already using it, it will automatically expire at the end of the number of days for which you have chosen the Nashville CityPASS®, if this is the type of pass you have purchased. In case you have chosen the attraction pass , it expires once you complete the number of attractions you have chosen.

Attractions included with the Nashville Sightseeing Pass

One of the best advantages of this city pass is that it gives you the opportunity to choose from a large number of attractions. There are about 30 attractions that you can choose from to complete your city pass. In both types of passes you can choose from the same attractions.

Unlike passes in other cities, in Nashville you can choose between attractions to visit and activities to do. Among the attractions offered with the pass are: the Andrew Jackson Shrine , the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum , which you can also visit on your own, Historic Travellers Rest Plantation and Museum or Madame Tussauds Museum.

On the other hand, you can include in the Nashville CityPASS®, activities to do in the city, such as tours of the Lotz House , a tour of the city on the Gray Line, a visit to the Belle Meade Mansion, or a guided tour of the property itself . You can also choose to participate in the very popular Nashville escape games.

While not exactly an attraction, one benefit included with the Nashville Sightseeing Pass is the Gray Line Music City bus tour. With the purchase of either pass you have access to a bus ticket that will get you around the city for 24 hours. This tour bus has up to 16 stops, making it one of the best bus tours in Nashville .

Admission to the Country Music Hall of Fame

Types of Nashville Sightseeing Passes

One of the advantages of this pass is that it offers two ways to enjoy the city's most popular attractions. You can purchase a pass based on your itinerary and the number of days you expect to stay in Nashville, or you can purchase a pass based on the number of attractions you expect to visit at any given time or during your trip. For that purpose, the Nashville CityPASS® tourist pass is divided into two.

  • Day Pass : The Day Pass is the type of pass that works to fit your travel itinerary. You can choose this pass for one, two, three or four days. Each day you will have the opportunity to do different types of activities that are already included in the sightseeing pass.

For example, a two-day Nashville pass can be divided into different activities. Day one you can use it to visit places like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Ryman Auditorium, where you can take a guided tour , and the Madame Tussauds Museum, as well as take a tour of the city on the Gray Line. For the second day you can take a guided tour of the Lotz House.

  • Flex Pass : This type of pass allows you to choose to visit three, four, five or seven different attractions with a single card. One of the biggest advantages of this type of pass is that you can travel freely to each of the sites you want to visit and do it for as long as you want.

With this flexible pass you have the opportunity to choose from a large number of attractions and save a large percentage on the entrance fee to each of the city's attractions. Like the Day Pass, this one is virtual and you only need to show it at the entrance of each attraction to enter and enjoy it.

Take a guided tour of the Ryman Auditorium

Benefits of having the Nashville CityPASS® sightseeing pass

  • You save a great deal of money by purchasing the pass , compared to buying tickets to each attraction on your own.
  • You can purchase up to 12 months in advance of your trip, so you are guaranteed tickets to every attraction you want to visit.
  • There is a diversity of attractions to choose from, so you can include between three and seven of them in a single pass.
  • You avoid queues at the ticket office when you arrive at the attractions, because all you have to do is show your city card to get in without having to pay anything extra or wait in line .
  • There are discounts for children, so in these cases you can opt for the card for children between 3 and 12 years of age.
  • It is simple to use and you don't need to print any voucher , you just have to download the app so you can have the pass on your mobile device and that is what you have to show at each attraction.
  • The Nashville CityPASS® tourist pass adapts to your type of travel because it allows you to choose between an itinerary card and a card based on the number of attractions.
  • In the event that your travel plans change and you are unable to activate the pass once you purchase it and you believe there is a risk of losing your money, Sightseeing Pass insurance takes care of providing you with a full refund of your pass.
  • In the case of itinerary passes, you have the opportunity to do the itinerary on your own, or you can also choose one of the pre-set itineraries.
  • In case you choose the attraction pass, you have the opportunity to choose one of the predetermined attraction passes , or choose the attractions you want to include in your activities.

When should I purchase the Nashville Sightseeing Pass?

The Nashville CityPASS® Sightseeing Pass is a great way to save a lot of money. But it is also ideal if you are visiting the city for a short time and want to make sure you see as many places as possible during your one-, two-, three- or four-day visit.

On the other hand, this pass is very versatile and allows you to visit a large number of attractions at your own pace and with total freedom. It is convenient in case you have never visited the city and want to get to know it but do not know where to start . But it is also excellent if you have already been to Nashville and you left some things to see on your last trip and now you want to go alone to see some of the places you had not seen before.

The Nashville Sightseeing Pass is also ideal for large families who want to see the whole city and save money, because one of the biggest advantages this pass offers is saving a large percentage on admission to the different attractions, but it also offers deals on sightseeing tours and some of the best tours in Nashville , as well as other similar activities.

Tips to get the most out of your Nashville Sightseeing Pass

There are many ways to take advantage of your Nashville CityPASS® sightseeing pass, and one of them is to plan ahead of your expected travel date. If there is one thing you can take advantage of with this pass is that it allows you the opportunity to have a validity of up to 12 months once you have already purchased the pass , so a good way to take advantage of it is to purchase well in advance and take advantage of special seasonal purchase offers, that way you save money for your trip.

Something I had already told you about previously was the bus ticket you get with the purchase of a city pass. Take advantage of it to get to know the city and most of its attractions , taking into account that it has at least 16 stops, and that the ticket lasts 24 hours from the moment of its activation. This is a good way to start getting to know the city, because you will be able to see the streets and learn a little more about its culture and iconic sites .

After purchasing your Nashville CityPASS®, you can go to the official website and download a free printable map. This is a great help if you are visiting the city for the first time , as it will help you get to places faster and help you find your way around the city. After you visit everything you want to see, you can keep this map as a souvenir of your trip.

Tips to take advantage of the Nashville Sightseeing Pass App

One of the best things about this pass is how intuitive it is and how simple it is to use through the website. And to make the whole process easier, you have a free and very simple app at your disposal , where you can do much more than just activate the pass. In fact, this app is one of the best options because it offers a wide range of possibilities to plan your trip.

Keep in mind that this free app is a kind of planner, in which you will have the most updated options about attractions, restaurants to eat , tours to do and other activities within the city where you are, in this case Nashville. You will also always have new information about the daily offers in the city , as well as access to the virtual maps, which will help you know where you are and where to go.

Other of the endless possibilities offered by this free app to activate your city pass, I describe them below:

  • You will have a guide with all the attractions available in the city of Nashville, with the updated data of each one, its entrance price, its schedules and everything you need to know to go to this place.
  • You have an itinerary tool that will help you plan each of your outings , because it allows you to organize the places on the map, according to the distance between each one and the type of transportation you should use to get there.
  • It gives you the opportunity to select a pre-established itinerary in the app , and you can also create your own itineraries within the same application.
  • You have at your fingertips different trip cost planning tools, which will help you have a more comprehensive control of how much money you will need in general to make your trip to Nashville.
  • You can access your account for free from the app and in the same place you can buy other passes, either because you have left some places to visit , or because you want to visit the city again in the future.

My wife and I purchased the 4 attraction pass, and decided to venture out to Woodbury Common. The bus out and ticket process was fine. However, as soon as I received my electronic tickets, I received an email with amongst other things, the return times back to Manhattan. Once our shopping trip was complete (bought nothing!!), we stood at the bus stop with other passengers waiting for the bus to arrive.....the time of pickup passed by, and we waited for the next bus.... again no bus arrived. By this time we were cold and agitated. We then looked at the official bus operators timetable, and there was a discrepancy between the times listed on their website versus the times listed from the email!! We weren't prepared to wait for another 1.5hrs, so we ended up sharing an Uber back to Manhattan at a cost of $150usd (split between us and another disgruntled customer). Have emailed twice and no response, despite their own 48hr sla to respond!! On a positive, other attractions using the pass included the hop on & off bus, The Rock, The Statue of Liberty cruise & One @ WTC all worked perfectly. Read more Written March 25, 2024

This is the worst experencie ever. Go NYCity pass instead. You will end up paying attractions as you are already there, they will now answer you, they will not honor the commitments, and you will end up frustrated while trying to manage the family expectations. AVOID --- Please check my horror story below trying to get and answer.... 4 out of 5 attractions failed De: Date: sáb, 16 de mar de 2024, 9:06 a. m. Was a great start with a lot of expectation. 2. Madame Tusseaud - your website fell and was on maintenance. It stated we needed to reserve in advance, it was impossible during the whole day, I contacted you, no answer but an automatic mail saying it would take 1 day to get a customer service. We finally got in, after changing all plans and witouth knowing if we were going to be able to make it. Your site revived when we were there a did the reservation but all plans were sent to garbage. 3. Natural History Museum... as opposed to your site indications ga+1 is not included. Only ga. Kids planned to the additional attraction so had to pay. Your public information is not misleading, is i correct. Had to pay the extras. Lost value on your plans. 4. Hop on/off, big bus. 4 hours to make it to battery park. Bus broken, no notifications, 1 hour waiting inside the bus, we missed the schedule to go to the 90 min circle line as we planned 2 hours (info said 1.5hours) to do the loop. Not 4 hours for 7 stops. Kids almost crying. We decided to step down at battery park and take the ferry to liberty island. 5. As instructed in your app went to the ticket box, and they said that they do not take the passes, particularly the flex. They said you need to get another company. So I had pay 82 usd or would had been a disaster for the family. Your site is very explicit on this attraction. This is fraudulent. In summary, 80% failures, holidays plans scrapped, and a memorable trip almost ruined... for sure, been writing you for the last 2 days, no answer. Deduct the edge if you want, but I want a refund for the 2 adults, 2 kids. Tried to use as instructed, tried to communicate and all was very poorly managed and executed on your side. Please tell me again, how should I proceed to get this refund. XXX El mar, 12 de mar de 2024, 15:14, > escribió: After 2 hours we got to the ferry to liberty island. • X699NPcraigh 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Data security issues/Other peoples passes on my account!!! This one is a little different. I purchased three 4 day passes on 31st January. The payment was successful and I received the email confirmation. However, I received two additional emails for pass purchase confirmation which were not mine. Even though no money had been taken from my account for these, they were visible on my list of passes on my sightseeing account. There is more. I then checked my personal details on my account and they were not mine. Somehow, my account had been updated with somebody else's details, but not by me. I was very concerned by this and emailed [email protected] immediately with the details. I received a response the next day stating they had been removed from my account, but when checking they were still there. I replied straight away and provided details of this. It's been over five weeks now and the majority of my chase up emails have been ignored with the only update provided is that it's been passed to IT. Given this is a date security issue, I am shocked how bad the the lack of customer service on this has been. If by some chance anyone from sightseeingpass monitors these reviews, the reference for my issue is INF00527794. No other information is being shared, as the system should have everything I've provided. I am sick and tired of sending chaser emails and would like to be contacted directly on the email address linked to the issue on your system. Read more Written March 9, 2024

The website said the tour would be operated by Big Bus Tours. I received my tickets by email and we turned up to join the bus on NYE. We waited over 30 mins and no bus turned up, and when I checked the BigBus website, it stated that they were not running tours that day. My children were upset that the first day of their holiday had been ruined. No emails or notification of this cancellation had been sent from City Sightseeing. We ended up getting another bus tour that day, and having to pay yet again. I contacted City Sightseeing who refunded my money, but after the exhange rate difference, I am still out of pocket. I ended up paying more for the orifginal tickets than I was refunded. When I contacted them again to ask them to pay the difference they have ignored my emails. Read more Written January 17, 2024

  • J5263MSangelat 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Truly a SAVINGS, but thought it was a SCAM!! This pass seemed confusing at 1st (DOWNLOAD APP) , but SAVED over $100. - however we didn't get to use it's full potential due to timing!! First off. . .if you are still reading, I'm a small town mom of 2 and am a REAL reviewer (not paid in any way); taking time to write a full review because I found very little online about this pass, that seemed real. We opted for the full access "Day" passes because we planned to do as much as we could during our short trip. When I bought and downloaded, I hit immediate snag (the verification codes would not send for validating bookings) & thought, "oh no what did I just buy!!!" But waited till office reopened & called the 212 phone number. Spoke to an agent (honestly, not the kindest, most accommodating individual) but. . . IT WORKED!! I booked a reservation & got an instant email confirming it. First thing I booked via phone call was the Empire State Building @ $0 cost to me with pass (usually $64. Adult - $54. kids) Then saw the ability to shuttle from airport to hotel - so booked it. Saved over $67.02 Then I called a 3rd time & finally got a helpful agent who issued me the verification code the app wouldn't send. And was able to book the rest myself or at the actual place in NYC by scanning QR code that was issued via purchase (email-pdf): I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU SCREENSHOT THESE CODES for easy scanning use (verses opening the app at each place.) ((American Natural History Museum: $0 cost - saved $56. MoMA:$0 cost - saved $43. Madame T.: $0 cost -MAKE a RSVP!!!! - saved $ 119.98 Big Bus Tour - Hop on & off: $0 cost - saved $144.00 We tried for Top Flight but didn't RSVP & they wouldn't take us because it was less than 30 mins prior to closing and had "met their pass quota"; whatever that meant. My kiddo was not interested In the 3 other places I had hoped to use; so planning is aust to get an even bigger SAVINGS for what seems to be a steep cost. ***PAY FOR THE INSURANCE - I agree that it is their scam of padding cost but it is also their loop hole to getting a REFUND!!!!! So worth the $12 bucks- just in case. Read more Written January 5, 2024
  • 601lannyn 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles A total rip-off! I am from Australia visiting my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. We went to New York for one day and found this pass in combination with hop on hop off bus. We paid usd144 per person and didn't manage to do a single tour as most tours were unavailable in busy times. As it was busy, standing in line we ran out of time to find out which tour is available. We tried ferry to statue of liberty, cruise on Hudson, world trade Center, empire state Building, all unavailable to use the pass. This company should not sell this ticket in busy times in this case! This is a rip-off and a con. We tried to talk to them but no refund, no help to any compensation. I will definitely let the travel agency in Australia know not to sell this company as they are a rip-off. Read more Written January 2, 2024

However the majority of activities that I wanted to do were either closed in winter, or had black out periods over Dec-Jan which is when we were there. You cannot access this information until after the tickets have been purchased. Additionally a lot of the activities you have to line up on the day to tune the sight pass into a ticket to the location you cannot book in advance online. (such as the rockerfeller). This means you line up early in the day only to find out that they are sold out for the next 5 days buy which time your pass will expire. Huge waste of money. Morgan Wallen ‘not proud of my behavior’ after allegedly throwing a chair off Nashville rooftop

Morgan Wallen is breaking his silence more than a week after he was arrested in Nashville for allegedly throwing a chair from a downtown rooftop.

"I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s," he posted on X , formerly Twitter, on Friday night. "I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."

Wallen's statement continued in a second post : "I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change."

Wallen , 30, was booked into jail April 8 on three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct in connection to a Sunday night incident, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by USA TODAY, at 10:53 p.m. local time on April 7, two police officers were standing in front of  Chief's Bar  in the city's entertainment district on Lower Broadway when they saw a chair fall from above and hit the street about three feet from them.

In the affidavit, police wrote, the bar's staff members told officers Wallen threw the chair, and when officers reviewed video footage of incident, it showed him "lunging and throwing an object off the roof." Police wrote they arrested Wallen on reckless endangerment charges because two officers were in the area and the incident posed a danger to public.

Morgan Wallen's rollercoaster career: From 'The Voice' to his arrest

Chief's Bar, owned by country music singer, Eric Church,  is a six-story building . No injuries were reported.

Davidson County Sheriff's Office online records show Wallen was booked into jail at 12:36 a.m. local time and released from jail around 3:30 a.m. A court official previously told USA TODAY Wallen posted a $15,250 bond.

Online court records reviewed by USA TODAY on April 8 showed Wallen is due in court next month for a settlement hearing on the charge.

Wallen kick started his career as a contestant on "The Voice" in 2014. Though he didn't win, he signed with Big Loud Records two years later. Wallen's career has had its ups and downs since his debut studio album, "If I Know Me," released in 2018.

In early 2020, he was arrested in Nashville on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. After he was filmed drunkenly using a racial slur (an incident he apologized for), Wallen's record label and agency dropped him, and he later revealed he'd checked into a rehab facility for a month.

Wallen’s most recent album “One Thing at a Time”  peaked at No. 1  on the Billboard 200 chart and produced the Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Last Night.”
