The fulfillment of daniels prophecy.

A fascinating Silver Thread through history proving that Jehovah of Armies does indeed tell the beginning from the finale. We especially appreciated the explanation of the time gap between the fulfillment of Daniel 11:24 and Daniel 11:25!

Wonderful tour and clearly presented. Fascinating prophesies are explained with beautiful artwork. I have been a tour guide for 20 years and I really enjoyed this presentation.

Natural History Museum: Faith

A short tour examining evidence of Creation, not Evolution

This museum is in favour of the theory of Evolution, often featuring it on the explanation plaques. But is Evolution how we got here? Consider the evidence for yourself on this tour...

This tour has proved useful for all ages. However we have had particularly good feedback over the years from families with young ones in school.

We approach this topic from a scientific point of view, allowing the facts to help us decide what happened.

We look at what the theory of evolution is really teaching us, and we compare this with the objects on display. As we marvel at the amazing animals and natural cycles of the planet, it is hard not to believe a Creator was involved.

Scientists themseleves do not agree on all aspects of evolution, so we consider this and examine what the Bible says on the matter. The Bible is actually very accurate with the figuative days of creation and many other scientific points that are displayed in this Museum.

We hope this tour can build your faith in an intelligent, loving and kind Creator.

Biblical Archaeology and Creation Evidence.

About BiblicalTours.co.uk

Premier Guide with Alliance of Independent Museum Guides.

Hi, my name is Jill Baker and I have been interested in biblical evidence for many years, and I am very pleased to be a Premier Guide with the Alliance of Independent Museum Guides. As AIM Guides, we are constantly training to keep our tours to the highest standard.

In 2019 I went to Israel with Joel Kramer’s SourceFlix Biblical Archaeology Study Tour, and visited many locations whose artefacts are displayed in the British Museum. The museum has hundreds of Bible-based artefacts from across thousands of years and many countries that corroborate the accuracy of the historical narrative of the Bible. The God of the Bible declares Himself as the Creator of all; in the Natural History Museum Tour we examine the evidence for His claim. I am delighted that I have the support of many researchers and permission to use their evidence and resources during the tour. Using an audio whisperer system with short video clip evidence from experts, these are unique tours! Join me in the best museums in the world!

Our trips to the national British Museum and Natural History Museum with Jill were both simply amazing. Me and my girlfriend went when my girlfriend was on the fence about Christianity and since this trip her faith has grown hugely! I would encourage every believer and non-believer to come along with Jill, you will not regret it!

Billy Mooney, Surrey.

We joined Jill on a tour of the British Museum with our children aged 4, 7 and 8. She tailor made a child-friendly walk that managed to grab their attention, despite my kids having been to the museum many times before and them usually wanting to leave within a few minutes. She managed to pitch the tour in such a way that the adults were engaged and learned something new, and the kids were able to notice interesting things and feel more connected to the objects. I found that the next time I visited the museum with friends, I was able to relay some of the information and that it had helped me with feeling less intimidated. She taught us interesting bits that you wouldn’t know from just looking at the labels, and items I had previously walked right past now grabbed my attention because I understood some of their history. Her enthusiasm was contagious and inspiring. I highly recommend her tour to my friends and anyone else interested in getting a more colourful view of history.

Yolandi, Surrey.

Jill's tour of the British Museum is excellent.  Let me explain why. It is too easy to wander round this majestic building and gaze at the artefacts and convince yourself that you have 'done' the museum and 'studied' the exhibits.  However, you almost certainly have not.  It is only when you approach the day with a desire to see beyond what you have 'seen' on previous visits, do the museum and the exhibits come alive.  And this is what Jill's tour offers - that ability to not only go beyond your own previous interpretation but sometimes to go beyond even the interpretation the Museum itself would like you to go away with.  This is because Jill considers things differently. For Jill has asked herself, if the Bible, the most famous book in the world and which claims to be, quite literally, the word of God himself, is true, surely it would be possible to corroborate what is written in the Bible with what is on display in the most famous secular museum in the world.  And from the very first item she shows you to the last - and with the promise that she can show you more on a subsequent tour - the answer is a resounding yes, that it is possible.  That realisation should blow your mind and change your whole world view. And on top of that, Jill is good company and allows you to ask all the questions you want - often illustrating her answer through another museum exhibit, so have sturdy footwear on for your day with her and money for a cup of tea at the end. I will book again. Martin, Surrey.

Martin, Surrey.

We’re a family of 5 who recently toured the British Museum with Jill Baker. What fun! What a privilege! What a personalised experience! Jill uses her knowledge to bring different elements of the museum together to tell a real-life historical story. This is not just her job it’s her passion. I couldn’t help but look at other museum goers and think: they are missing out so much! There is no way we would have seen the artefacts from so many cultures and countries if it hadn’t been for her, as my children tire easily in a museum, but Jill knows where to go and there is no need for non-stop reading to make sense of the exhibitions. Jill is warm-hearted, friendly and approachable. She is willing to take a tea break halfway to accommodate tired little legs and dry throats. In fact, she is able to customise her tour, so feel free to tell her if you have a special interest. I highly recommend Jill Baker’s Biblical tours and am looking forward to tour the Natural History Museum with her as well.

W van Biljon, London.

The two tours I did with Jill at the British Museum and Natural History Museum were simply amazing and very thought provoking. Jill is a lovely, friendly lady with a wealth of incredible knowledge. Both these tours are a must to fully understand and see for yourself the truth of the Bible, and just how amazing our God is in his creation, and what he has given us freely.

Anne, South London.

I participated in Jill Baker’s Biblical Tour of the British Museum a few weeks ago and found it very interesting. Jill has encyclopaedic knowledge of the Bible and showed us so many artefacts in the museum that directly related to Biblical stories that I would have missed if I had toured around the museum on my own. It was a very worthwhile experience.

Kate, Surrey.

Magnify Bible Tours

In 1969 , Emmanuel Zervides (on the righted – pictured with guides and organisers in Israel) first conducted informal tours around the British Museum, having been requested to do so in connection with the International Convention.  The tours were so popular they have continued ever since.

Then, in 1972 , the British Museum granted formal permission to conduct tours at the Museum for Jehovah’s Witnesses and their friends.  In the years since, the guide team who worked with Brother Zervides grew to around 25.  Many hundreds of thousands of Jehovah’s Witnesses and interested ones have benefited from the spiritually upbuilding and instructive tours over the years.

In  2015  sadly Brother Zervides died, but as was his wish the guides who worked with him over the years continued to provide guided tours under the name of  Meander Bible Tours Limited and they maintained the same high standard and quality of tour for their spiritual brothers and sisters. Many of the guides volunteering for Meander Bible Tours Limited worked with Emmanuel Zervides for two or three decades, and any new guides were trained to the same high standards.

Magnify Bible Tours CIC Limited was then established by the same guides to produce and administer Bible tours. This was done to establish a non-profit making organisation whereby no director or other individual can take profit or dividend from the company. Any surplus after administering the tours must (by UK law) be passed onto an “asset-locked” organisation such as the London institutions (British Museum, Natural History Museum, British Library etc) and the legal instruments of Jehovah’s organisation.

The information provided on all of our tours continues to be fully based on the Bible and the publications of Jehovah’s Witnesses, although fully researched in other authoritative reference works in order to ensure the highest levels of accuracy.

Magnify’s guides are pleased to conduct tours at the British Museum, the Natural History Museum and elsewhere in London for Jehovah’s Witnesses and their friends, continuing with this work started all those years ago.  We are also delighted to be offering ‘Virtual’ tours.

In all cases, the guides are unpaid volunteers – just pleased to share upbuilding scriptural material with fellow servants of Jehovah and interested individuals.

Did you know?

Magnify Bible Tours CIC is a non-profit organisation. We offer Bible based tours for Jehovah’s Witnesses and their friends looking for Virtual tours of the British Museum, Natural History Museum and British Library. The volunteer guide team has been continuously providing high quality Bible tours since 1969, with some of the guides having over 30 years continuous experience.

Biblical Museum of Natural History Interactive Tour

natural history museum bible tours

The Biblical Museum of Natural History has moved to a brand new location just outside Beit Shemesh – seven exhibit halls in a total of 1400 square meters/14,000 square feet.

Natural history museum + biblical education center + zoo = unique family activity (only in israel).

This unique new museum combines a love for Biblical History and nature by opening a window into life during Biblical times. Learn about the animals that lived in the time of the Torah and their symbolism in Scripture, Midrash and Talmud.  At the same time gain a deeper understanding of the Land of Israel and how the local flora and fauna played an integral role in our history.

The museum is the brainchild of Rabbi Natan Slifkin, aka the “Zoo Rabbi”. His knowledge of the animal kingdom and how it connects to stories in the Bible is unsurpassed and now he has found a way to share it with kids, teens and adults at the new Biblical Museum of Natural History. Tours are interactive, hands on experiences and the exhibits include live and non- live taxidermy exhibits.

What makes this museum different?

The vivid exhibits are not behind glass. You can walk up close to see a stuffed lion or a Kiwi egg. Being led through the auditorium of exhibits by Rabbi Slifkin is truly a unique experience that you can only have in Israel unless you are lucky enough to go on Safari with him.  Children of all ages can hold the animals, so keep an eye on the little ones.

  • See the snails that produce Techelet
  • Learn about the quails that were given to Bnei Yisrael when they complained about the manna
  • Hold a Boa Constrictor
  • Learn the difference between animal eggs
  • See an incredible shofar collection from a variety of animals from all over the world

The museum is located just outside Beit Shemesh a 30 minute drive from Jerusalem. Tours are scheduled in advanced by reservation and can be arranged in Hebrew or English. This is truly one of the unique museums in Israel that each family should add to their itinerary.
