If you love cycling, this is a must-visit spot. The Trek Bicycle Store is conveniently located where Dubai's Al Qudra Road and the luxury desert resort, Bab Al Shams, meet. Offering bicycles and other cycle-related equipment, this store gives cyclists a chance to explore the impressive Al Qudra Cycle Course, a track that stretches into the desert in the form of an uninterrupted 85km loop. 

You don't need to cycle the whole track if you don't want to. Choose the 16km out-and-back, known locally as The Stick, opt for the 50km loop that starts at the store, or add a 20–30km extension. 

As you cycle through Dubai's stunning desert landscape, enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets and spot incredible wildlife, including oryx and camels.

I recently purchased a new bike and wanted to use complimentary service and have new pedals fitted. Lawrence and Royce very helpful and work was done in under one hour.

I had an issue with my right bike shifter for quite some time (wasn’t shifting at all) Changed cables multiple times in Maydan track Took it 4 times for repair in cycle hubb but all this in vain The only advice I received was to change the entire STI shifters One day at trek shop in Al Qudra, Mike the technician in charge, told me:”No! This is all wrong my, it’s the cable than needs fixing only inside the shifter” This was 6 month back and the bike has been working like a swim clock ever since Thank you Mike you are a legend

Best mountain bike trails in Dubai

Hatta wadi hub.

Are you looking for the most popular mountain trails in Dubai? Head over to Dubai’s largest and most dynamic national park, Hatta Wadi Hub . The Hatta MTB Centre has above 50 km of trails divided into grades to accommodate riders of all skill levels. Hatta Municipality offers visitors plenty of parking spaces and many other amenities.

The trails are available year-round for free riding, but before you set off, you should make sure to carry the route map and all the necessary equipment with you. After the ride, you can stay at Hatta Wadi Hub’s excellent accommodation facility or explore more of what the place has to offer.

Note that cyclists from the age of 10 years and above can take part in Hatta Mountain Biking activity and the minimum height required is 120 centimetres.

The emirate is big on bike culture and the latest addition to the mountain bike trails in Dubai is the Mushrik Park route. A beautiful forest with more than 70,000 trees – Mushrif Park boasts one of Dubai’s best and most exhilarating mountain bike routes. The 50-kilometre trail highlights the region’s natural beauty

The track’s beginning and ending points are both near the park’s main gate. There are three lanes for speedy returns. If you feel the need, you can use one of these lanes to return. Besides the biking experience, there are a lot of other things to do in Mushrif Park .

Another mountain bike path with routes for riders of all levels is the Shawka MTB, which is close to Dubai. It is the ideal location for mountain bike enthusiasts to take in scenic vistas.

The camel town, which is about 4.5 kilometres off the main trail, can be reached by crossing the Valley. The Wadi Shawka trails provide numerous loops with stunning topography variations.

For novice mountain bikers to seasoned riders, Wadi Lasal is the ideal escape. The track, which has a flat terrain in the midst of natural scenery, is a few hours’ drives from Dubai. Take the 10-kilometre track to enjoy the breathtaking sights of the wadi. It takes two hour to finish the trail that is accessible all year. It is also one of the best hiking trails in the UAE .

WHAT ARE THE BIKING RULES IN DUBAI?

Make sure you are aware of all the regulations before cycling on any trail in Dubai to prevent getting fined. First of all, every biker is required to wear a helmet. There are many bike stores scattered throughout the city, as well as Dubai’s bike rentals where you can get a helmet.

Also, note that bikers can only use internal roads or designated bike lanes when cycling in Dubai.

The Trek Accessory App adds additional functionality to the Trek CarBack Radar Rear Bike Light by giving cyclists advanced alerts and a real-time visual depiction of rear approaching detected vehicles. Helps you see cars. Use the Trek Accessory App to receive visual and audible alerts of detected rear approaching vehicles. The Trek Accessory App and Trek CarBack Radar can detect rear approaching vehicles from up to 240M, with vehicles first appearing with an audible beep and a visual indicator at the bottom of the App screen. Once the detected vehicle approaches to within 150M, the vehicle is shown on screen in real time. Once within 75M the Vehicles location is depicted in both distance behind and distance to either side, indicating preparation for a potential pass. Once the vehicle completes a pass, an audible alert indicates the pass and the vehicle drops off the screen. Helps cars see you. Best Buy is offering the  Aventon Level.2 Step-Through Commuter e-bike for  $1,299 shipped  through the end of the day. Normally fetching $1,949, this particular model saw frequent discounts over the last year, more regularly in 2023 than in the new year, with the biggest of them dropping costs to $1,499 during Black Friday sales. We saw more flash sales on this model, whereas its predecessor saw regular inclusions in bigger sales events. Today’s deal comes in as a 33% markdown off the going rate, beating our previous mention by $325 and landing as a new all-time low.
