Still, our road and mountain bike shop mechanics have your best interests at heart – if recommendations are for safety reasons or to maximize your mountain or road bike’s performance for an upcoming race – our advice is to give it a go! The issue can be as minor as signs of rust appearing on your chain or cuts on your cable and adjoining rubber housing. But problems that seem subtle may snowball into a much bigger headache – leading to bike breakdowns and a hefty sum to pay. Inner tube replacement

Changing the inner tube consists of replacing a punctured tube for a new one. The inner tube is included in the service. Please provide the size of the tire in the comment section when booking. The size of the tire is written on the side of the tire itself.

Tire replacement

Changing the inner tube and tire consists of replacing a punctured or worn-out out inner tube and tire, for new ones. Wheel truing

Wheel truing is the process of adjusting the tension of the spokes on a bicycle wheel in order to make it straight and properly aligned. When a wheel becomes out of true, it can wobble from side to side or up and down, causing the bike to handle poorly and making it less efficient. Truing the wheel involves using a spoke wrench to tighten or loosen the spokes, bringing the rim back into alignment and making it run smoothly. It's like tuning the strings on a guitar to get them all in the right tension and pitch. By truing the wheel, you ensure a smoother and more stable ride.

Shifter cable and housing replacement

The cables, protected by the housing, connect the derailleurs to the shifters placed on the handlebars. This service consists of changing these 2 elements to ensure a smooth and precise shifting of the gears. The shifter cable and housing are most often changed at the same time and so both are included in this repair.

Chain replacement for 1 to 8 speed chain

Replacing the chain consists of removing the old chain with a new one. The new chain will then be installed on the cassette, chainring and in the derailleurs.

Front derailleur replacement

Replacing the front derailleur consists of replacing a worn or damaged derailleur with a new one. This replacement will allow smoother pedaling and gear change and reduce the chance of chain falling off. This service includes the front derailleur.

Rear derailleur replacement

Shifter replacement

The shifters are placed on the handlebar and are being activated to change gears. Replacing the shifter consists of removing faulty or broken shifter with new ones. The service will ensure a smooth and precise shifting of the gears.

Pair of brake pads replacement for rim brakes

The brake pads are replaced at the front, rear or both. This service consists of replacing old pads with new ones to allow for improved braking. This service includes a new pair of brake pads.

Brake cable and housing replacement

Brake lever replacement

The brake levers are what you activate when you need to brake. The brake levers replacement consists of removing worn out or broken levers with new ones.

Rotor replacement

The rotor is being pressured by the brake pads when activated to reduce the speed and ultimately stop. The rotor replacement consists of removing a greasy or worn out rotor and replacing it with a new one. A clean rotor will ensure precise and safe braking.

Bike Assembly

Assembling a bicycle is a service where we attach and adjust all the parts to make sure it's safe for riding. This involves two types of tuning. First, we make sure all the mechanical parts like brakes and gears work properly. Second, we adjust things like the seat height and handlebars to make it comfortable for you. This helps make your bike just right for you and makes sure you don't have any unexpected problems when you go for a ride. So, the assembly of a bicycle is important to make sure you can ride safely and without any surprises.

Bike Packing

When you need to travel with your bicycle, it needs to be taken apart and packed into a box or case. This process is called packing the bicycle. We do it carefully to make sure all the parts are safe and protected while you travel. However, please note that the price we charge for packing the bicycle does not include the box or case itself.

Pedals replacement

Installing a pair of pedals includes removing the ones in place, and fitting a new pair. The service includes the pair of pedals.

Kickstand installation

The kickstand installation consists of installing a new stand on the bike. The kickstand ensures the bike can stand safely.

Bar tape replacement

Bar tape replacement involves replacing a worn out or uncomfortable bar tape with a new one. The replacement will improve the comfort and provide a new look for the bike.

Handlebar grip replacement

Handlebar grip replacement involves replacing a worn out or uncomfortable grip with a new one. The replacement will improve the comfort of the bike.
