Gonna ride the auction, since i didn't reserve the right to end it prematurely. There are no bids yet, so $3000 would be the winning bid as of now. hopefully it will bring more but that is a chance I'm taking. The carb has been jetted but the motor is basically stock. thanks

The trains and stations of the Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro is the third most intensive subway system in the world after Tokyo and Seoul subways. The first line was opened on May 15, 1935. Since 1955, the metro has the name of V.I. Lenin.
The system consists of 12 lines with a total length of 305.7 km. Forty four stations are recognized cultural heritage. The largest passenger traffic is in rush hours from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00.
Cellular communication is available on most of the stations of the Moscow Metro. In March 2012, a free Wi-Fi appeared in the Circle Line train. The Moscow Metro is open to passengers from 5:20 to 01:00. The average interval between trains is 2.5 minutes.
The fare is paid by using contactless tickets and contactless smart cards, the passes to the stations are controlled by automatic turnstiles. Ticket offices and ticket vending machines can be found in station vestibules.

Do new yfz450R shocks fit the older yfz450 like my 2006?

I have a 2006 yamaha yfz450, i want to know if it is possible to fit the new yfz450R suspension on an older yfz450... I am racing 450 stock class so no aftermarket shocks are allowed, but newer stock ones are and I hear the new yfz's have great suspension...:what
They shocks from a newer EFI Yfz will not work on your carb version. Due to the simple fact that they are way to long for stock arms.
what if i got plus 3 long travel a arms would they work on it then?
Not properly. Shocks are built around each brand of A arm. So even if they are the same length overall, the stroke might not be the same and it will affect travel.
You could get them set up to work with what ever extended arms you buy.
Stock YFZR shocks measure 18.25" and most YFZ LT front ends require 18.5" give or take. They will bolt up, but as Kneedragger stated, they are not valved for the leverage ratio of your newer LT a-arms. How could you be in a stock class and run LT-arms? I don't know your rule book, but that seems like it defeats the purpose of a "stock" class. You would be much better off going to a PEP, Fox, Axis, etc shock to match your LT a-arms. YFZR are a cheap upgrade, but why waste the money if you are buying LT a-arms. Pony up another 2-300 and find a nice set of LT shocks. It will be worth it in the end. Winter is approaching. so I am assuming your riding season will be done for 3-5 months...? Do it right, do it once.

Usually, they require a shock around 18.5" +/-. Long travel allows much better leverage ratios for handling the whoops, breaking bumps, big jumps, etc. All around the shocks have nearly an inch or more of travel to work with. That can be the difference between bottoming out hardcore and getting hurt or saving yourself.

2818 posts · Joined 2006. #8 · Feb 24, 2013. This swingarm information is entirely false to make a rear end long travel. Aftermarket swingarms don't use an entirely different mounting point. They do use different "styles of mounting" but that's not what makes a shock long travel. They are mostly different from years 04/5 to 06+.

People use the word "long travel" as such a general term. Most aftermarket shocks on the YFZR use around a 20" shock and the stock is only about 18.25". Its not as simple as long travel or standard travel shocks just because a "LT" setup on one quad has a shorter shock than what may come stock on the R stock doesnt mean the R has a "LT" setup.

I've read here that on the yfz long travel shocks are either 18.25" or 18.5". That would be the same as the R. I have the 14'r and the stock shocks are very good.
