The service of the staff is brilliant and they literally take care of all your needs, request lastminute changes . Paula has been a great help over the last few weeks booking my mother in laws cruise, another trip for her coming up to Tenerife and also booking my own yesterday. She got me the exact holiday at competitive price.

Megan helped us find the perfect holiday for us, after a tough year. The environment was calm and relaxed, whilst we searched for the right holiday. Would highly recommend, for anyone who struggles trawling the internet for ideas of what would be the right holiday. Everything explained and booked under one roof.

Excellent service

We had very good service from Natalie when we booked our holiday to Rhodes. She was very thorough and patient with us and gave us lots if options. The price we paid for our holiday was competitive and we would definitely go back to Hays travel in Kirkby.

Always a great experience

We booked with Francine in St Chad's and she was brilliant as usual. Helped us get exactly what we wanted (even though it took ages for us to decide 😅) always very nice and helpful. We booked our honeymoon with her and she couldn't do enough for us and actually saved our honeymoon after our flight was cancelled weeks before and we where uncontactable in another country. She took control and ended up getting us a better flight! Can't recommend them enough. She's now our go to for any trips we want to take 🙌

Popped into Hays travel today regarding booking a first time cruise for myself and my 84 year old mother. Lucy the travel agent was absolutely brilliant, she was so helpful and informative. We booked a 13 night cruise for July. Will definitely book a holiday again there.

Always a great experience

We booked with Francine in St Chad's and she was brilliant as usual. Helped us get exactly what we wanted (even though it took ages for us to decide 😅) always very nice and helpful. West kirby branch.

Visited West kirby branch last week. Staff were very helpful, took the time to ensure all our requirements were met. Booked seats on the plane and extra luggage as well which wasn't the easiest as it was a different airline It took time but was all completed in one visit.

Karyn was excellent

Karyn was excellent. She found the perfect deal for my family. I wanted to run it past my daughter before booking so went back two days later. Unfortunately, it was Karyn’s day off and the child places, bungalow and water park feature had gone by then. We were disappointed. The following day I called in again and spoke to Karyn who said it was still available but on a different day! She was brilliant. We are looking forward to a lovely time in May!

Rebecca (West Kirby branch) was extremely pleasant, helpful and found us a great deal. We were originally assuming we had to fly from Manchester but she found us a cheaper deal going from Liverpool which was also more convenient for us. Highly recommend.
