Recently on 06th February, 2020, I have visited hotel for celebration of marriage anniversary. Location of the hotel is very good. It is floating restaurant situated at the bank of river TAPTI. Atmosphere is very nice. Staff of the hotel is also very co-operative and... polite in manners. Food is also very hygienic and tasty. But as per my view looking the price of every items, they should increase in quantity of the each and every item which we have ordered. More

Poor service with beautiful interior. I went there with friend of mine around 8:15 pm and food served at 10:50pm, we have to wait around 2 HRS and 30 mins ..food was good and interior was very nice ...but the Service should be better ..I... can't recommend for next time . More

Good location, good staff and good food. what else to ask for? Candle light dinner also available. We sat on the roof top. Though it is covered you still get a good view as all the seating arrangements are river facing

Okay so i heard a lot of brouhaha about this place, it being in an unusual location and all. Since my moms birthday was coming up, i thought lets try this place. The moment we parked, and entered, i knew i might have made a... mistake. The bridge to the entrance of the restaurant is surrounded by muck. It stinks! i kid you not, i barfed seeing that im actually over some sewage water rather than a real water body. We enter the restaurant and there was no one to welcome us or escort us to a table. It was wednesday night and apparently a candle light dinner night but it was a horror movie scene with red dim light. Now since the concept of fine dining does not exist in surat, there were kids loitering around making noise while the live music played right behind us. I had to use my phone torchlight to go through the menu. We ordered Burmese khowsuey which was average, followed by Bruschetta which was actually pieces of pizza and a very desi version at that! For the main course we ordered herb and buttered rice with potato dumplings which tasted powdery for some reason and it was cold and just terrible. Pasta with pesto sauce made me want to puke. Whoever says this is a good place to go, has never really cared about hygiene, taste or ambience ! More

though the location is quiet calm but verry odd as you have to cross dumas gam, while getting in it was high tide so awsm scenery ,good reasonable food ,staff is good but you will get only vegiterian food ,no sea food or nonveg menu... ,really its one thing to experience once polite humble staff ............ must visit place More

Nice Restaurant, nice ambience. Food was exceptionally good. The only issue we faced was of mosquitoes on first floor, which we managed by dining downstairs.

I celebrated my fieancee Birthday party in pirates voyage Hotel. The party turn out to be a successful event. The location and venue is great, Special thanks to Team management and his team for making this big day as one of our life time memorable... event. The service was great and all of our guest were very happy with the quality of food. All the staff were very nice and active in responding to any request. I am glad I have chosen pirates voyage Hotel for this event and I will not be afraid to recommend it to anyone. Great food and mocktails Available. More

Visited this place recently. Their ambience and seating was good. The view of tapi river is great too (Though dry). Service too is great. The only item i had here was their mexican sizzler which was good overall.

Pirates Voyage has wonderful ambience. It is a floating restaurant in a river Tapi behind valentine cinema. You feel like cruise. Food taste is not that good. It is costly too. Had soup nd starters here and that was not good.

Now shifted the venue from Dumas to Tapi River Bank Behind Velentine.Floatel Restarant with excellent ambience.Food is good.Service is also good.Nice place to change your mood.Bit costly but worth spending the same.

Pirates Voyage is in Dumas village , quite far from the main city centre but definitely a good place for dinner, small parties etc. We had gone with friends and family and came away impressed with the décor, food n service. It is a fine... dinning restaurant with a theme and hence is definitely a bit on the expensive side but on par with other such restaurants. It has two levels , the ground level is an AC restaurant with amazing décor, the upper level is non AC n partly open and has good views of the Dumas Creek. The boat is kept stationary on the riverbed and is connected by a gangway. So do not expect to feel as if you are dinning in a ship or boat . A dinner for a family of four will be around 1500 rs. Dont know why some people have given it a bad review as the restaurant is new and is having some teething problems which may resolve soon and they do try to accommodate you in every way . Whatever we ordered was good (Thai paneer , Thai mushroom, Chinese sizzler, bruschetta, garlic bread, chilly paneer etc.) It is a pure vegetarian restaurant and if you want to enjoy the views then try n go earlier in the evening , enjoy the sunset there and especially during high tide time if you want to get the feeling of being in a ship . Check out the high tide timings for Dumas Surat online . On a scale of 5 I would definitely give them 4 . Happy eating More

Visited on Christmas night. The place was mildly crowded. Though the restaurant has two levels due to 9 pm lockdown, only their top floor is working. We went with family members. We had a total of 11 people including 4 kids. We ordered Paneer Tikka, American Cheese Corn Ball, and masala papad for a starter. Our main course was Paneer Makhani Roll & New Pirate's Kofta with Tandoori Roti. In the end, we ordered Rice, Daal Fry, and Daal Tadka. The food was tasty and properly presented. Both main course curries' plates were garnished with an ample amount of cucumber. The number of curries was good. The ambiance was different, good was also good. But when you are paying per person around 700-800 you expect when better environment. Not your daily visit restaurant, select it for special occasions only.
