The location is in the city area so those who wants to explore tourist places around, this is a perfect location. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Delicious 😋. But should include more options. Menu is very very limited. Otherwise breakfast has a great buffet items and tasty. The Terrence restro lounge is very nice with indoor and outdoor sitting and has many options in cocktails. Also the cocktails are too good. Rooms are neat and clean. Overall the stay experience was very good and comfortable. Special Thanks to staff for b'day decore in my room. There are a few small things i noticed which should be upgraded as this is titled as 4 star Fern property - They were doing power cutting so my room electricity went off for 5 6 times. Rooms are good but the highest catagory rooms can be more luxurious specious with more amenities. Greeting and welcoming approach was a bit congested. When you allot a room to a guest it should be ready with water, all the toiletries, towels, napkins, extra bedsheet, working remote and everything. I had to call and ask for all this stuff.😊. I would definitely like to visit it again. 👍

Very Good hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is very good. Staff is very helpful. Location is slight off the city but everything else is awesome! Restaurant Notomoro is a rooftop restaurant and has a scenic view. Food is also very good especially ones who are vegetarians.

Great location, easy access from downtown. Calm & peaceful. Peaceful place with lavish barged to take a walk or for kids to play. Rooms are very well appointed with super comfortable & cozy beds. Clean & pleasant washroom spaces. Good resturant facilities, well laid out breakfast.

Overall Good experience with fern residency. Lot of varieties in breakfast but taste was not up to the mark.
