I am a repeat customer but had a very bad experience. I had made a few purchases via their online www in Nov 2023. The parcel and courier service was good but The Planet Traveller failed to include 1 of my airtag sleeve. I tried probably 20 more times via their "valid email including their www customers QA to informed them of my missing second airtag. The email were rejected multiple times with reply of technical error as spam! Had to contact via their retail 2x and still no response after 3 weeks. This really leave a bad aftersale service from the online www. And will likely have to write off my RM 125 air tag sleeve and stop buying stuff via the [email protected] in future. So just beware of the poor and dufficult aftersale online service because it is difficult to connect.

(This is probably closer to 4.5 stars to me.)  I'm addicted to travel things and because of that, this is a horrible store for me to have discovered -- it's huge and filled of all kinds of fun travel gear, from large bags to tiny accessories and everything in between.  There's even a section of regional travel books.  The prices range widely, but they generally seem to be the norm for the higher-end gear they sell -- neither higher nor lower than the usual prices on the items I recognized from elsewhere.  That said, occasionally sales definitely help the prices. The staff is friendly, patient, helpful, and fun.  It's a nicely designed store also, with somewhat winding aisles, broken up with various walls.  (That may not seem entertaining to some, but as a mall rat, I enjoy coming across stores with winding aisles to break up the occasional monotony of more common stores that as large spaces with a clear walking loop.)
