Tour de Belgique 2015 : des autos peu courantes au départ

L’un des attraits du Tour de Belgique Historique (13-15 novembre) vient de la diversité des voitures en lice.

A côté des Porsche 911, Ford Escort, Opel Kadett et autres Toyota Celica, des engins a priori moins affûtés se lanceront ce week-end à l’assaut des 25 Regularity Tests (14 pour le Critérium) figurant au menu concocté par DG Sport.

Parmi ces modèles peu courants, la Simca 1100 de Vincent Snyers fait figure d’habituée : « Exact, j’ai participé à toutes les éditions du Tour organisées par DG Sport », sourit le pilote hannutois. « J’en apprécie l’ambiance, la convivialité et la sélectivité. Au volant de ma 1100, je n’ai que peu de chances de briller au classement général mais je vise les lauriers dans ma classe. »

Chez Snyers , la passion pour le rallye se cultive de père en fils. Mais les débuts de Vincent derrière le volant méritent d’être contés par le détail : « J’ai fait la connaissance de Jean Dewandre qui était à la fois… vicaire dans la paroisse de Herve et l’heureux possesseur d’une Talbot Sunbeam qu’il alignait en course.

C’est lui qui m’a incité à sauter le pas et à découvrir les épreuves historiques. Spa, la Coupe des Sources, Clavier, le Bianchi, j’ai multiplié les expériences. Puis Bernard Herman – autre passionné de Simca – m’a parlé du Tour de Belgique et j’ai immédiatement mordu à l’hameçon. Je ne le regrette pas : l’organisation est nickel, les classements tombent rapidement et le challenge sportif est réel, le tout dans une atmosphère cool et sympa. »

On s’en doute, assurer l’entretien et la préparation d’une voiture devenue rare comme la Simca 1100 n’est pas automatiquement un jeu d’enfants : « Heureusement, de nombreuses pièces de Simca Horizon et de Peugeot 309 peuvent être adaptées sur ma monture », confie Vincent. « Au fil des années et grâce aux contacts de Bernard Herman, j’ai constitué mon petit réseau en France. Quand aucune solution ne se dégage, je me tourne vers Freddy Michotte, le spécialiste basé à Dochamps, qui n’a pas son pareil pour fabriquer des pièces. Cela dit, avec 82 cv pour une tonne, mon auto n’est pas une bête de course  ! Tenir la moyenne de 50 km/h ne pose pas trop de problèmes… mais l’affaire se corse s’il faut hausser le rythme pour rattraper du retard après une erreur ; ça devient compliqué.

C’est aussi un des charmes d’une épreuve comme le Tour de Belgique : la mission de l’équipier y revêt autant d’importance que celle du pilote ; là, je mets un peu plus de pression sur mon beau-frère Henri Neulens avec lequel je partage cette chouette aventure… »

DES CHIFFRES ET DES LETTRES...

PETITS ET GROS CUBES : un moment annoncés sur une Fiat 500, Vincent Descheemaecker et Axel Ophoff ont finalement opté pour une VW Coccinelle de 1972 . La plus petite cylindrée en lice est dès lors la DAF 66 de Bruno Claessens-Philippe Corman propulsée par un bloc 1100cc. A l’autre bout de l’échelle, on trouve la Mercedes 450SLC d’Antoine Brajkovic-René Beyers qui affiche ses 4520cc !

LES 911 EN FORCE : la plus célèbre des GT produites par la marque de Zuffenhausen est la mieux représentée. On en recense onze exemplaires dans le Tour de Belgique et cinq en Critérium . La palette des versions est particulièrement large, depuis la 2.0l de 1965 à la 3.2l 1984 en passant par les 2.2l, 2.7l et 3.0l, dans diverses déclinaisons (S, R, SC, etc).

LA PALME A VOLVO ET A PORSCHE : la Volvo PV544 de Jean-Jaques Martens-Yves Lambert est la plus ancienne des voitures engagées dans le Tour de Belgique puisqu’elle date de 1957. Côté Critérium, la Porsche 356 Pré-A de Michel Closjans et Renaud Herman décroche la palme puisqu’elle affiche gaillardement ses… 61 printemps (1954).

UN PEU DE DOUCEUR DANS UN MONDE DE BRUTES : la gent féminine est bien présente au départ du Tour de Belgique. Gisèle Thirionnet est la seule à prendre le volant (elle pilote une Fiat 124 Abarth)

Tandis que Catherine Monard, Justine Lange, Anne Baillet, Stéphanie Maurand et Mirela Bucovicean officient dans le baquet de droite , respectivement aux côtés d’Eric Piraux (Renault 5 Alpine), Thierry Lange (Peugeot 504 Coupé), Christophe Baillet (Porsche 911 SC), Bruno Thery (Porsche 911 SC) et Gabriel Stanciu (Alfa Romeo Giulia GT).

DES NEUVILLE AU DEPART : si Thierry sera bien occupé durant ce prochain week-end au volant de sa Hyundai i20 WRC sur les chemins de terre du Pays de Galles, d’autres Neuville en découdront sur les routes belges. Jean et Bertrand disputeront le Tour à bord d’une BMW 1502 tandis que Georges et Jean-François chercheront à briller dans le Critérium sur leur VW Golf GTi.

D'aucuns se souviennent t'ils des vieilles épreuves comme le tour de Belgique,les douze heures de Fléron, le Nut's rally a Bastogne, le Circuit des 3 provinces,Anvers-Liege-Anvers,etc....

Egalement les courses de cotes,comme Fléron, le Néblon (Ouffet/Hamoir),Laroche,Bomerée...

Allez les amateurs,a vos photos et documents ! Je vais rechercher des vieilles vues de la cote de Fléron,qui doivent trainer dans un tiroir,et je poste des que possible .

je n'ai, hélas, cher corvette fan,que peu d'info (de sources sûre) sur cette Abarth de 1971 pilotée par Sandro au tour, mais tout ce que je peux te dire, c'est qu'il a fait très peu de course avec cette voiture, reprise en suite par un pilote français du nom de ?... pour disputer le championnat national français sans succes,(ronde Cevenole, je pense, entre autre) voiture qui était à l'origine prévue pour le circuit . tout ceci sans certitudes . (sous réserve de corrections) . A ce niveau, je pense que Jean Louis Clarr ayant participé à plusieures reprise à l'épreuve cevenole, pourrais te renseigner et te donner plus de détails sur le topics des aciens rallymens .

C'est le samedi 13 novembre 1971 que j'ai eu pour la première fois l'occasion de voir ce qu'était un rallye.

La présentation de ce tour de Belgique qui passait par ma région ce samedi m'a incité à aller voir à quoi ressemblaient ces voitures par rapport à ce que j'avais déjà vu lors de quelques 24 Heures de Francorchamps.

J'ai été ravi au-delà de toutes mes espérances. Je suis allé voir les spéciales du circuit de Mettet, des bois de Rance et de Chimay.

Il faisait un temps horrible et je plaignais de tout coeur Sandro Munari dont la barquette devenait une baignoire au fil des kilomètres.

A Mettet, il tombait une fine pluie verglaçante et Willy Braillard, lancé à la poursuite de Munari s'est certainement souvenu longtemps de l'impressionnante série de tête à queue qu'il a effectués dans le gauche après les stands. En tout cas, au tour suivant, il "soulageait" sérieusement!

A l'assistance de Chimay, ce sont les mécanos de Claude Haldi qui refaisaient, à la ficelle, la géométrie de sa Porsche qui avait souffert dans les bois de Rance.

Heureuse époque, les pilotes ne se prenaient pas pour des vedettes, on se baladait dans le parc d'assistance entre les mécanos, on voyait du spectacle.

Ce week-end, plutôt que de m'endormir en regardant le grand prix de F1, j'ai fait un peu de tri dans les cartons trainant dans le grenier de ma mère.

Je n'ai pas de scanner permettant de numériser des dias; si quelq'un de ma région (Fleurus mais quelques kilomètres ne me font pas peur) pouvait me dépanner, je me ferais un plaisir de vous présenter ces souvenirs.

J'y ai retrouvé une série de diapositives prises à l'occasion du Grand Prix des Frontières à Chimay en 1970. De memoire, en tourisme, il y avait les Camaros de Grauls et Tuerlincks, des GTAM, Escort, Mini, BMW ( avec en particulier Dominique Moorkens), tour d'honneur des vainqueurs dans une Fiat 850 Spyder. Bonsoir, En voyant seulement maintenant la photo de cette porsche 904,je me souviens avoir vu la meme chez un carrossier spécialisé dans cette marque.Il y a au moins 20 ans.Je pense cependant que cela devait etre celle du pilote gentleman-driver REMORDU qui pilotait cette superbe voiture en costume et cravate à l'époque.Je pense également qu'on lui avait légèrement rehaussé le toit pour qu'il puisse s'y installer plus confortablement vu son gabarit.Est-il encore de notre monde?

je suis nouveau sur le forum . J'ai une BD assez sympa de résultats d'épreuves belges et autres (rallyes , circuits ,côtes , slaloms) d'après guerre .

Je peux essayer d'aider de mon mieux.

Je recherche le classement du Tour de Belgique auto de 1965 gagné par Nicolas Koob (BMW 1800ti) en tourisme et Jacques Patte (Alfa ) en GT .

Bienvenue Tiger 85! dans ta base de données,aurais tu quelque chose concernant les 12h de Huy 1966 ? Il ne doit pas exister de classement parce que l'épreuve a été interrompue suite a un accident fatal,mais je suis a la recherche d'une éventuelle liste des engagés....

Tu as de la chance, j'ai seulement une partie des "Sports-Moteurs de 1966" mais celui qui contient la liste des engagés, seulement les pilotes.

J'ai habité Huy mais dans les années 70 seulement , je n'ai pas assisté aux 12 heures.

Belle époque avec une grande variété de voitures . La course comportait deux spéciales (Gesves et Poudrières) avec le calcul suivant :

1' de pénalité sur route <=> 20 sec sur les spéciales . Une semaine avant la course il y avait de la neige et du verglas .

Super ! un tout grand merci,cela va combler d'aise les amoureux de cette épreuve ! c'est vrai que les journaux ne parlaient que de l'accident de Vittel,et c'est bien normal qu'on aie arrêté la course. Les morts en rallye n'étaient (dieu merci !) pas légion dans ces époques,et l'émoi des organisateurs et des pilotes était bien naturel.

Une petite correction au sujet de cette année.Le journaliste pilote dont on parle ici devait surement etre JEAN-MARIE JACQUEMIN qui remportera l'épreuve en 1967 en mémoire de son ami VITTEL.Quant au pilote JACQUEMIN,engagé sur une VW KARMAN à moteur PORSCHE,il s'agissait d'ALBERT JACQUEMIN qui fût bourgmestre de WARET-L'EVEQUE.Il est décédé.Ces précisions pour qu'il n'y ait pas confusion.

Pour le Rallye de Thuin,j'ai une date pour la 2e edition en 1956,en mai,le 27 . Pas de trace de la premiere edition,qui dut avoir lieu en 1955 ,a moins qu'il ne s"agisse du Rallye de Thudinie,qui lui eut lieu le 20 Mars 1955 ,

avec comme vainqueurs Thomas-Maes sur renault en 1100,Demol-Cantonetti sur Peugeot en 1300,Vermeiren et mme sur Porsche en 1600 et Devroye-X sur Studebaker ( ! ) en plus de 1600.

Concernant le tour des Flandres,la 1ere edition s'appelait "rallye van West flanderen" le10 et 11 Mai 1958 ou alors le "premier circuit flandrien" qui lui eut lieu les 22 et 23 Octobre 1960 ? La il y a un doute?

Anvers-Liege-Anvers a vu sa premiere édition en 1963,le 2/3 Mars et l'épreuve a vu Vernaeve-Moens vainqueurs.

Pour les 12 h de Marche,j'ai 12 et 13 Juin 1976,victoire de Stepan-Blanchy sur Porsche,mais curieusement rien pour l'année suivante,1977...Pas organisées,sans doute? En 1978,l'épreuve était de nouveau au calendrier,victoire de Mortgaat-Andy sur Porsche Carrera les 10et 11 Juin.

It’s a popular shopping event that takes place in the heart of the cathedral city. To put it another way, it’s an event held in the lively, urban-hip Belgian Quarter with its bustling thoroughfares and enchanting little back streets.

Le Tour Belgique has been held every year in Cologne since 2011. The organizer and initiator of the event is Philipp Treudt, the owner of the café-bar “Zum scheuen Reh” (The Shy Deer) and the Kölsch bar “Im Schnörres” (The Mustache) in the Südstadt district. His aim is “to combine commerce, art and culture in a good way”.

In most years, more than 40 venues in the Belgian Quarter participate in Le Tour Belgique , presenting between 50 and 60 events in all. If an entity places a bid, then the person executing the bid on behalf of the entity agrees to personally guarantee payment for any successful bid.

Any bidder that represents a purchaser is personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in these terms and conditions. All purchasers purchasing pursuant to a valid resale license will need to provide appropriate documentation for removal of state sales tax.

D. Winning & Disputes

The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by Charitybuzz. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Charitybuzz’s part as to the validity of any bid, Charitybuzz will have final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. If any dispute arises after the sale, Charitybuzz’s sale record is conclusive. While Charitybuzz makes every effort to guarantee accuracy, in the event of an error, and a lot is accidentally declared sold by mistake, Charitybuzz reserves the right to cancel the sale and relist the lot in its sole discretion.

By accepting the Conditions of Sale, Bidder personally and unconditionally guarantees payment.

Title to any lot remains with the Seller, any secured party of the Seller, or assignee of Seller, as the case may be, until the lot is paid for in full by the Bidder. Charitybuzz reserves the right to require payment in full before delivering any lot to the successful bidder.

A maximum bid is a secret amount you enter, that represents the maximum amount you are willing to bid. It is higher than the current price and also higher than the next allowable minimum bid amount. If you enter a maximum bid, we’ll bid on your behalf up to that maximum bid amount in response to other bids, according to Charitybuzz’s bidding tiers.

The value and status of your maximum bid will be visible only to you, unless it is the leading bid.

Charitybuzz strongly encourages the use of Max Bids to increase your chances of winning.

When an auction reaches the final 10 minutes before it closes, any bids received in that final 10 minutes push out the previous close time by an additional 10 minutes. This recurring 10 minute extension is known as “Extended Bidding,” and is signified by a banner above the auction timer on the lot page.

This dynamically extending period is designed to protect against a practice commonly known as “sniping” or “last second bidding” where bidders attempt to enter a quick bid in the final seconds of an auction to secure a win before competing bidders have a chance to counter.

Live bids lots are a special type of auction lot on Charitybuzz. Live bid lots on Charitybuzz are paired with a real world, physical auction, where that real world auction is often scheduled to occur at a later date. You can distinguish Live Bid lots by the “Live Bid” label in the title of the lot, and additional description text at the start of the lots “Overview” tab.

In a Live Bid lot on Charitybuzz, a lot is created that is similar to any other auction lot on the site. These special lots last for similar amounts of time and bidding occurs normally by our users.

Things start to differ after a Charitybuzz Live Bid lot closes. After it closes and the winning bidder is chosen, that winning bidder’s bid amount or (if it exists) the max bid amount associated with that winning bid, are taken and entered into the associated real world auction. For example, if a bidder on Charitybuzz wins at $12,000 with an unrealized max bid of $15,000, then that $15,000 dollar amount is passed on into the real world auction.

Before the winning bidders bid or max bid amount is passed on, someone from Charitybuzz contacts that winner after the Charitybuzz lot closes and before the real world auction opens. This is to confirm if the bidder would like to increase their bid or max bid amount before it’s entered into the real world auction.

What happens during the real world auction? Each individual one may vary. Charitybuzz does not own or operate any real world auctions, nor does Charitybuzz require any partners to follow a specific auction model. We make no claims to the consistency of real world auction experiences and encourage bidders to contact us for more details as needed.

In our experience, real world auctions tied to Charitybuzz Live Bid lots are typically executed by our partners in a few common ways.

In one scenario, if an auction house and an auctioneer is present, winning live bids from Charitybuzz Live Bid lots are treated as “absentee” bids. This normally means that the Charitybuzz winning bid is placed in the auctioneers books as a bid. As the auctioneer conducts the auction, they will bring up and enter the Charitybuzz winning bid during the course of the auction as the current price or next minimum bid value approaches the Charitybuzz winner’s bid amount. In this scenario, other people in the real world room are expected to bid against the auctioneer, not the Charitybuzz winning bidder. If no one is bidding in the room, the auctioneer will typically keep bidding up the price until the Charitybuzz Live Bid winner wins the real world auction.

In other models, an audience member (including, but not limited to a charity partner employee) might act as a proxy for the winning Charitybuzz bidder. They will usually bid on behalf of the winning Charitybuzz Live Bid winner during the normal course of that auction, using whatever means provided for that auction house (i.e. paddles, etc.)

After the auction is completed, someone from Charitybuzz contacts our bidder to let them know the outcome. If that Charitybuzz Live Bid bidder has won, payment occurs as usual. If that Charitybuzz Live Bid bidder did not win, they will be notified accordingly.

A reserve bid is a bid placed by Charitybuzz on behalf of the seller up to the minimum reserve (if applicable). Bids placed by Charitybuzz on behalf of the seller up to the amount of the reserve, will be counted toward the total bid count displayed on the lot page’s bid box.

Refunds are rewarded on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Charitybuzz, LLC.

Experiences auctioned on Charitybuzz.com go through a specific redemption process to coordinate details and complete. That process normally involves messaging and scheduling between all parties (i.e. winners, charities, sellers, venues). Details discussed include but are not limited to experience dates, arrival procedures, airfare, hotel accommodations, restrictions, will-call requirements, and any other on-site notes. Scheduling requires an initial request sent by the customer, and a followup confirmation submitted by relevant redemption contacts.

By using Charitybuzz to bid and win lots, bidders agree to use the Redemption Center exclusively (where enabled) to message and schedule all experiences – doing so is a requirement of redeeming experiences through Charitybuzz. In addition, bidders agree that they are bound by all site terms of use and auction conditions of sale.

The minimum processing and handling charge for this item is $0.00.

Getting your item - Items will either be shipped directly from Charitybuzz or from the item seller (Third Party) as indicated. Items shipping from Charitybuzz will be sent within five business days of payment settlement by the winning bidder. All third party items will be shipped within the times indicated on the lot page. Winning bidders should ensure the desired shipping address is provided to Charitybuzz within 24 hours after payment settlement. Charitybuzz will default to the shipping address listed on the winning bidder’s account unless otherwise notified. Please see FAQs for more information.

Items that require signature - Items with a sale price of $1,000 and above are typically shipped with signature required.

Tickets & Certificates - For hard copies of tickets and certificates, the minimum shipping, handling, and applicable insurance charge is $14.95. Tickets, certificates, and vouchers, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via professional carrier with standard ground service. In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue's "Will Call" window under the winner's name. Merchandise is insured for the winning amount.

Merchandise - The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95. (Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees.) Merchandise, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via professional carrier with standard ground service. Oversized items may require special delivery arrangements, which Charitybuzz will coordinate between the winning bidder and the selected freight carrier. All merchandise is insured for the winning amount.

Will Call Pickups - In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue’s “Will Call” window under the winner’s name. Winning bidders may be required to submit the names of attendees up to several weeks ahead of the event. A valid photo ID for each person listed at Will Call is often required. When available, Charitybuzz will attempt to provide an onsite point of contact, but makes no guarantee that this information will be available for any given lot. Will Call tickets are typically available at the Will Call window at least an hour before the event, unless otherwise specified. The Will Call window is usually located near the venue's main entrance.

After winning - Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. Redemption contact information will be emailed to the winning bidder within two business days of payment settlement by the winning bidder. The redemption contact will work with the winning bidder to fulfill the lot within the appearance times, time constraints, event dates or locations, and other particulars listed in the lot details.

Scheduling your experience - Specifics vary per lot. Most experiences found on Charitybuzz are scheduled through our new Redemption Center, allowing you one-stop access to scheduling and communication tools to redeem your experience. Scheduling for lots outside of the Redemption Center will occur via the preferred communication method of the redemption contact (email or phone), as indicated by the redemption email sent within 48 hours of payment settlement by the winning bidder.

Belgique: Thorgan Hazard victime d’une grave blessure à un genou

Énorme tuile pour Thorgan Hazard . Après avoir passé une bonne partie de sa carrière en Allemagne, l’ailier est rentré dans son pays natal la Belgique lors du dernier mercato estival. Élément important d’Anderlecht avec ses quatre buts et quatre passes décisives en 22 matchs de championnat, Hazard va être éloigné des terrains pendant un long moment.

Lors du match contre la Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, l’élément de 31 ans est sorti dès la 37e minute de jeu. Si son équipe l’a finalement emporté avec notamment un but de l’ancien Niçois Kasper Dolberg, le deuxième du classement a eu la mauvaise surprise d’apprendre que son joueur a subi une lésion du ligament croisé antérieur. Actant ainsi son forfait pour les prochains mois, mettant aussi fin à ses faibles espoirs de disputer l’Euro avec la Belgique (son dernier match international remonte à la défaite 0-2 face au Maroc lors de la Coupe du monde en 2022).

Quand Thorgan Hazard invitait Eden à le rejoindre en Belgique

Thorgan n’est pas le seul de la famille Hazard à connaître un gros souci physique. Si le passage d’Eden au Real Madrid a surtout été marqué par les blessures, le jeune frère Kylian a été victime d’une grave blessure au genou en juillet dernier. L’éloignant ainsi des terrains avec Molenbeek pour un long moment. Actuellement prêté à Beveren, le joueur de 28 ans a retrouvé un peu de temps de jeu dans ce mois d’avril.

La fratrie Hazard aurait pu évoluer au grand complet en Belgique. Avant que l’ancienne star de Chelsea Eden ne décide de prendre sa retraite, Thorgan avait tenté de le convaincre de signer à l’Union Saint-Gilloise: "Tu n’as pas envie de jouer à l’Union ? Comme ça, on est tous les trois à Bruxelles". Le jeune retraité avait répondu avec humour : "Pour le fun, ça serait bien. Je peux signer à l’Union une semaine pour le match contre Anderlecht, et une autre semaine pour jouer contre le RWDM. Et après j’arrête, c’est sûr."
