Fraud services

I have paid the fee for two people on Dubai visa extension services. They said my visa is approved for 2 days and at the last minute they stopped taking calls. They screwed it up and interview was lost because of these people. Don’t trust. They talk nicely before taking money and cheat at the end.

Poor customer service. When you book online and try to reach customer care these guys never respond. I have faced a very bad scenario and also tickets are not cheap compared to other travel sites

Worst experience had with Akbar travels

Worst experience had with Akbar travels We mistakenly trusted this agency and lost money for no reason. We booked a returned flight from Dxb to Toronto with layover on USA. Unfortunately when we reached airport we were stopped for not holding US transit visa, when we contacted Akbar travels for help their operator bishnu was very rude to me and instead of apologising he accused me for not checking rules in fact he didn't help us,moreover he told us to send email which was sent already but till now no reply. We contacted direct airline they agreed to help us but this agency is worst.

Prompt Service

After booking Ticket Airlines comfirmed the ticket with one missing passenger.when enquired with Akber Travel.Agent Purnima promptly responded and took action and get airlines to reconfirm my tickets including all the passengers .Thanks Purnima and Team Akber Travels.

It was a great experience with Akbar…

It was a great experience with Akbar travels, Miss kamala and Mr. Omkar both helped us in getting affordable tickets for Ireland and moreover when our baggages were delayed from Paris to Dublin, they helped me a lot in tracing it and claiming the money from airlingus. So, I recommend Akbar travels to everyone.

Bad experience with Akbar travels .Abudhabi

We went a trip to Azerbaijan on our Christmas holidays and we are back yesterday, Akbar travels Abudhabi was our travel coordinator. we requested for guide and that included in our package but not provided only one day and at 11:00 hrs. They charge for the guide for all 4 days. Akbar travels Abudhabi was not responding in timely manner. Not given proper itinerary also. The hotels they booked were worst. Too much dusty, carpets are not clean, rooms are smelling badly, no proper air conditioning. It was waste of money and energy.

I booked a Singapore tour package through Akbar Holidays.Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for providing us with a perfect experience for our time in Singapore. We had a wonderful trip. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about our food or transport or sightseeing. The accommodation was also perfect. Please don't go with Akbar Travels

Please don't go with Akbar Travels. I have booked ticket through akbar travels from COK to MLE. But I met an accident then I requested them to cancel my tickets,. But they denied, they said their cancellation charge is more than my ticket charge.

I am very impressed with the kind of service Akbar travels has provided me for my visa. Kajal was the person I got in touch with for my Malaysia visa, she was so quick with her responses and so helpful. She explained me the entire procedure and also the what kind of documents I was supposed to submit, which visa should I choose, and everything. Thank you Akbar travels for all your efforts. I am always going to apply for my visa with you guys and also I want to recommend them to everyone.

Got Refund on time

Very pathetic service from Akbar…

Very pathetic service from Akbar travels. the agent Rahim is not responding on my several chasers on whatsapp. I do not have any option to attach screenshot here otherwise i would have attached the same as a proof of no response from the agent. I will never recommend Akbar travels to anyone.

Fake and pathetic customer service

Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

Thailand visa process

Recently I applied for Thailand visa through them. They have the worst staff who are extremely rude and never respond in timely manner. Moreover, the staff lacks professionalism and fail to give proper information over call and email for the documents required from us and in turn blame us for not providing proper documents. The staff does not take onus of inefficiency and leave you suffering without any solution. Waste of money and energy.

Took wrong date for travel and i missed my flight due to visa validity date of my child. Worst ticket booking experience. Please Make sure that the ticket purchased is matching with the date customer preferred.I paid Rs 68000 to reschedule my flight date for airlines due to this. I will never trust Akbar Travels anymore.

Initially i would like to say that it…

Initially i would like to say that it was a mistake from my side to trust Akbar travels (Abu dhabi branch) to apply for UK standard visa. But, they should've told me that they don't have much experience for applying UK visa, instead they asked me to send the documents and proceeded with the application. Nobody has ever seen such a lengthy rejection letter i received from UK Embassy mentioning i didnt even submit the basic documents which i was supposed to submit during application. I was scared that i would be banned for my future travels. Luckly, i tried with another travel agency and got the visa very easily. Talking about customer service - Even though i know her name, its not right to mention such details in a public forum. 1. The agent told me that it was my mistake that i was not aware of the required documents which should've been submitted. 2. Agent told the UK Embassy did not inform them about such rules. They should know that the embassies don't call each agency to inform about the regulations. 3. Told me that this was not the first visa rejection they received from UK embassy, which they should've told me before applying so i could've gone for other options and might avoid losing my money. We all know that it's up to the embassy whether to accept or reject an application. But rejecting due to lack of some basic documents is a total negligence from the travel agent. Literally the embassy had no choice but reject our application due to this, and we came to know about this when we applied for the second time with another agency. Choose your agents carefully. Check their expertise, history and customer service before trusting them with your money. Hoping that this experience doesn't happen to someone else. -tom

I applied UAE visa with them on…

I applied UAE visa with them on 25-11-2021, i paid for express service and sent the documents straight away. Its been 12 days no clue what they doing, they disappeared with money and documents, i had a flight booked which i had to cancelled jus because of them, no communication at all, finally hired a lawyer sending them a legal notice in couple of days. Guys dont trust em they ripp u off mudcarters.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

Worst travel Agency..Don’t ever book…

Worst travel Agency..Don’t ever book anything through them. It's a fraud agency. I applied job seeker visa they were not able to process and claim that they will refund my money in 2-3 days and it’s been almost 20 days, everytime they say give us 1-2 days more. Poor executive service, less experienced staff.

Fraud Company dont use their service

Chutiya Company hai, pahale to Paise deduct kar lenge and ticket confirmation will be waiting. after 30 minute they will call and will ask for more money or else they will say you will get your refund after 7to 10 days. If you are not ready to pay extra no option you will pay extra. Leh to Delhi they did it with me. Extra money they will not give you GST invoice. Fraud company
