• Can I pay at the boarding point? The rate mentioned on the website is valid only if booked online on bookmytour.ae
• What happens in case I missed the cruise?  In the event of no show, the booking will be marked as absent and 100% charges will apply. Heavy traffic can be expected in the Dubai Marina so please ensure you arrive on time.
• How does the seating work? Seating as per cruise operator. Any seat/Deck request will be charged additionally AED50/person
• What should I wear to the Dhow Cruise Dinner in Dubai? There is no specific dress code as such however Smart Casual is recommended.
• Is alcohol available on board? Yes, cruise is licensed to serve alcohol and can be bought at additional cost

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

Ticket Redemption Point

• Please display your vouchers to the abra cruise representative at Dubai Festival City Mall with a valid photo ID.
• If you are coming in your own vehicle, please park your car at the Dubai Festival city mall - Robinsons Mall Parking and walk towards the IMAGINE Fountain Show.
• Once you reach the fountain show area the boat is on your right side below the Intercontinental Hotel.

On this two-hour cruise, you’ll enjoy a buffet dinner with live entertainment and views of popular landmarks in Dubai. You’ll begin with a tasting Arabic coffee, dates and refreshments. You’ll then be served welcome drinks on board a two-tiered, glass-enclosed dhow. You’ll also enjoy a lavish buffet of Arabic appetizers, grilled meat, fresh salads, Arabic sweets and hot beverages, accompanied by a live Tanoura dance performance.

Additionally, as you cruise along the Dubai Water Canal, you’ll get to catch views of attractions such as the Sheikh Zayed Waterfall Bridge, Burj Khalifa, the IMAGINE Fountain Show water screen projection at Dubai Festival City, the Jadaf Native historic dhow building yard and the Ras al Khor Bird Sanctuary.
