Delicious, amazing, friendly! Went here unknowingly that this is a family restaurant of the wonderful people who own and ... operate baba's hummus (my favorite) so naturally, had to go eat for my hummus fulfilling dreams. First, what an absolutelybeautiful restaurant. The space is so open and inviting and just so fun to look at. The staff is extremely friendly and the foodspeaks for itself. I personally am a fan of the flafelicious bowl and highly recommend it. My meat eating partners also enjoyedtheir meals and would happily come back! I admit their dishes smelled and looked incredible. It would also be a great place tohang out or catch up with a friend at the bar as their bar has an incredible selection. Read more

Great happy hours food and drinks option! We got mango and pom margarita for drinks. We also had chicken kabob and gyro pocket ... and shawarma appetizer. We end up had too much food for two people. Here in the cities for work craving Mediterranean food. Drove by restaurants then found Mediterranean Cruise cafe on a Google ... search. OMG, I chose the Mediterranean combo platter, grape leaves and the spinach mushroom pasta with shrimp. Fantastic! Ihave lots of leftovers to share. This was a fun place to dine -- dinner and a show (belly dancing). The ecstatic of the restaurant makes it feel like you're not ... in cold Minnesnowta anymore. I liked how spacious and high the ceilings were. We love lamb, so we were excited to see lambchops, lamb kabobs, and rack of lamb on the menu. And of course we ordered it. Delicious! Tender and flavorful. In fact,everything we had was delicious. They even fried up the bread as a special request by my fiance because he wanted somethingcrunchy with his hummus. Service was good. My husband and I stopped by for a glass of wine and some happy hour treats. The atmosphere was warm, light and truly enjoyable. The wine paired with the gyro taco very well and we went home with a "to go" box. The tacos were... so generous that after the hummus and single taco, we had to take home the extra taco. Excellent value and well worth the venture outside on a cold MN evening after work. More

A great selection of eastern Mediterranean food. The portions are bigger than you can eat. Even the kid portions! The Mandarin salad Alfredo pasta with shrimp and the Shawarma were all prepared excellently. Our waitress, Halley was fantastic. As good as food and service gets!... A top of the list area restaurant. More

During COVID 19 Shelter in Place, we ordered take out. First time trying this restaurant and we extremely pleased. We ordered the Lam Experience - chops, shank and kebabs, with Greek salad and grilled vegetables - plenty of food to feed two. I only give... this review a 4, instead of 5, because lamb had cooled by the time we got it home. We look forward to visiting for a sit down meal when the restaurant is open again! More

We arrived a bit after 4 for Happy Hour. We had to wait approximately 5 minutes for someone to show at the front desk to seat us. There also was a delay for a server to get to us and we ordered HH Margs for... $6 which were good as was the ahummus and Coconut Shrimp. Chicken Wings were mediocre. Two in our party had Gyros one of which was good and the other very greasy for some reason. A shrimp screen was also mediocre. I had a lamb and beef screen order Med Rare which came Med to Med Well. I’m not in the habit of sending things back but felt justified in this case. The replacement came and was also Med to Med well. Mgr came over and offered another order which I declined so to their credit they took it off the bill. I really wanted to like this restaurant but with the service we had and the food experience I don’t see us making a return trip. More

Food OK, nothing that I would ever rush back for, but the staff are just not friendly. Never a smile or an interest at what's going on at the table. Totally glum. I never saw ANY wait staff that looked like they were happy to... be there or interacting with the table in a cheerful way (except the belly dancers). Based on that I would not return. More

For Starters, the Wait Staff is a Big part of the experience…the staff seemed afraid to come around…yet, were very Sneaky, in the way they tried to get a 25% tip…be aware of that on your bill charge. The Restaurant was very Impressive on the... inside, considering it looked like a Large office building on the outside. The food was “Hit or Miss” for example, the Chicken Kabobs were over cooked…therefore tough. The Rice was good. The Garlic Sauce needed more of a Garlic taste, as it was to be added to the Falafel, Beef/Chicken Kabobs. The Greek Salad was good. The Falafel lacked in taste. The Baklava Fingers seemed Dry. The Spanakopita was very Tasty. Though, I felt so Blessed for the Family & Friends that I was dining with, as it was very Enjoyable. Not sure that I would return…Considering the prices, more Quality is in Both the Service & the Food is Expected. 😞 More

We ordered carry out dinner. I ordered the Royal Kabob Feast with a small Greek salad. My wife ordered a Gyro also with a small Greek salad. I picked up the order and took it home. After we looked at the order, I saw that... I had no Greek salad at all and my wife had (literally) a few pieces of lettuce, one slice of cucumber and an incredibly thin slice of tomato. Not even one Greek olive. We have been to Greece and they would never have been able to sell this as a "Greek" salad there. We were each charged an extra $2.00 for this salad. The gyro and the kabobs were very good but we were really upset at the non-existent and the unbelievably small salad. We may eat here again but we do not being treated like this as a customer. The meal was expensive enough without the salad rip off. More

It was a dark and cold night and we wanted food. I have seen this place multiple times online and when attending events in the area. The location is very beautiful when you walk in you feel as if you have entered an old palace... on Egypt. It had every high ceiling and this place has a very impressive bar. We were seated right away. The service was spectacular and on top of everything. The food however some of the items were not up to what I have had in my travels of the middle east. The pickles was a strange one the menu said pickles and we asked right away if all that was in it was pickles or if it was pickled veggies. We were told it was a bunch if veggies like beans and beats and other things. Behold the pickles most of our plate was just pickles and we did get some colflower and olives. To be fair it had lots more pickles ans olives I was just late at taking the photo. The pickles were very very salt like If I was eating the sands of Egypt or sipping water from the dead sea itself. It had toooo much salt. The meat the khufta was salty also so if you have issues and need to watch your salt intake then this is not the place for you since almost everything we had was loaded with salt. The peta bread was fabulous! The flavour and the texture and just the taste was absolutely divine as if it was sent from the heavens. The garlic well was very lacking in garlic it's like someone didn't stir or mix it well and gave us the top. It had lots of salt too but not as much as the other items but the flavor was good the consistency was a bit off. It was like garlic that you would use as salad dressing and not to smother onto your meats or peta. The rice was cooked well and fluffy but was lacking those amazing flavors of the middle east. Lots of the dishes came already with lots of the "pickles" in them so pro tip if you want the pickles skip them you get plenty of them with other items. The wine menu was good as well as the drink menu so you could wash the salt down with plenty of options. I was very optimistic about this place but once I arrived I was disappointed. The service however was second to none. I may give this place another chance and review it again because the chefs may have had an off night. I'm not the type to complain about the food and have the staff do it over and sound like the crazy Hispanic so i just device to leave a review. If on my next visit its good or things change then i will update the review. Our server gave us a baklava on the house to take with us. I gave it 3 stars bases on the service provided and how nice and friendly the people were. It was a very warm and welcoming place. More

We visited for a pre-theater dinner and were VERY disappointed! The "Lemon Drop Martini" was too sweet,the spanakopita was "smuchy" and not crisp, the falafel sandwich was "boring" and flavorless, and the garlic-lemon salmon was so overcooked is was not worth eating. It seemed as... if people visit primarily for the "belly dancing" show which was "OK." Service was slow. We'll not be back. More

I love the food here and my 15 year old son did also. It has a beautiful restaurant, but that is not why I went back for a second time. First time was with husband and we also loved that visit. The food is great... and I think prices are very reasonable for the setting and quality of food. Service is also good. I cannot wait to go back. More

Despite what your opinion is on tipping when you place the order online, pay for the order online and then go pickup the food, just doesn't seem right to tip when you're doing all the work...but watch out for these guy when placing an order... online. If you check "No Tip" or 5% or 10% and then enter in your credit card information the tip automatically changes to 20%....shady at best! But the food is very good! More

Highly disappointing. Worst service I have received in a long time anywhere! I walked in they were only two people sitting at the bar and one table with two people. Took 10 minutes for someone to Come address me. The servers were busy sitting down... at the bar talking to each other and such instead of serving. Truly disappointing as the food was good but not once did I have anybody come back to check on me or to see if I need anything. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible service. I was at first a bit unsure of this restaurant because of the name. I certainly would not call this place a Cafe. But the food was sooo good! My husband and I split the Mediterranean dinner for two, so we got to try a... bunch of different items. Everything we had was really good. That was a lot of food, so we brought home leftovers and it was very good the next day as well. More

Delicious Mediterranean food. Servers were excellent and gave good advice. I had the Mediterranean stir fry, and WOW, it was mouth-watering delicious! (I couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers the next day!) Nice classy Mediterranean setting and ambiance.

Every time I go here, it Never disappoints!! The food is phenomenal and the service is great! I come here from out of town about once every 2 months to see my best friend and this place is so much fun with the dancers. They... are great to watch and let you come onto stage if you want.
