Seabourn Club cruise loyalty program: Everything you need to know

Gene Sloan

Staying loyal to Seabourn brings some big rewards.

The luxury cruise line has one of the most generous frequent cruiser programs of any brand, offering its most loyal passengers such truly stellar perks as free cruises upon hitting certain milestones.

Dubbed the Seabourn Club, the six-tier loyalty program also rewards frequent cruisers with discounts on cruises, shore excursions and premium wines, and it offers such alluring freebies as complimentary massages at onboard spas. The more you sail, the more you get.

The Seabourn Club loyalty program is particularly notable when compared to the loyalty programs of many rival luxury lines. Typically, luxury lines (and other small cruise lines) have relatively modest loyalty programs, if they have a loyalty program at all. Many luxury lines have a loyalty program with just one tier. So a six-tier program with a robust array of perks for a line such as Seabourn is impressive.

Ways to earn

The Seabourn Club point-earning system is relatively straightforward. In most cases, members earn one point for every day they sail on a Seabourn vessel. The only exception is for passengers staying in top penthouse and premium suite accommodations, who earn two points for every day they sail. In addition, members earn one point for every night they are on one of the line's pre- or post-cruise land-based excursions known as Seabourn Journeys.

There is also one final, bonus way to earn points. Members will get one additional point for every $500 they spend on onboard or pre-cruise online purchases for things like spa treatments. The number of extra points that members can earn this way is limited to one for every day they sail.

Program tiers and benefits

There are six tiers to the Seabourn Club program:

  • Member (1 to 19 points)
  • Silver Member (20 to 69 points)
  • Gold Member (70 to 139 points)
  • Platinum Member (140 to 249 points)
  • Diamond Member (250 to 649 points)
  • Diamond Elite Member (650-plus points)

Typically, lower tiers of cruise line loyalty programs offer few valuable rewards. However, the Seabourn Club loyalty program brings one great perk for all members right from its very first tier: a 5% discount on cruises booked on board a ship. Given that many Seabourn accommodations can cost $1,000 a day or more, this is a perk that can save you hundreds of dollars even on a relatively short cruise.

The Seabourn Club's initial tier, the Member tier, also brings special savings on select voyages, advance communication of special offers and invitations to special events and receptions on board ships, plus a few more minor things.

Related: A beginner's guide to picking a cruise line

seabourn cruise visa

The valuable perks just get better from there. Upon reaching the Silver Member tier, members will get the choice of one of the following perks on every sailing:

  • A 10% discount on shore excursions
  • A 10% discount on premium wine and spirits
  • A complimentary, two-hour internet package
  • 20 minutes of complimentary telephone calls
  • A complimentary Signature massage
  • A complimentary day in the Spa Serene area
  • A complimentary bag of laundry

Upon reaching the Gold Member and Platinum Member tiers of the program, members get two or three of the above perks, respectively — and some of the perks are enhanced. The savings on premium wines and spirits jump to 15% and 20%, respectively, at the Gold and Platinum level, for instance. The shore excursion discount rises to 15% at the Platinum tier.

At higher tiers, the telephone minute allowances also increase, as does the complimentary internet package allowance.

At the Platinum level, members get access to a dedicated Seabourn Club concierge in advance of their sailing who can help with arrangements. They also get a 15% discount on luggage shipping services (Gold members get a shipping services discount of 10%).

Reaching the first few tiers of the program isn't all that difficult. It takes just one cruise to reach the initial Member tier. Reaching the Silver Member and Gold Member tiers would take just a handful of cruises if you do a few longer cruises or stay in top suites.

Related: A beginner's guide to cruise line loyalty programs

With a requirement of 140 points, the Platinum tier of the Seabourn Club loyalty program is a bit harder to reach. It would take 20 seven-night cruises to reach Platinum, assuming you spend no extra money on your sailing (to get those bonus points) and don't stay in top suites.

That said, many Seabourn cruisers gravitate to voyages that are longer than just seven nights. If, like many Seabourn cruisers, you book a mix of sailings that are 10 to 20 days or more and spend a modest amount on board for extras, you could hit the Platinum tier in fewer than 10 cruises even without staying in top suites.

The elite level that makes a difference

We are big fans of the Seabourn Club at all its tier levels. This is a very solid cruise loyalty program. However, the tier level that really starts knocking it out of the park is the Diamond Member level.

At the Diamond Member level, members get all the perk choices on every cruise, and in many cases, the perks are even further enhanced. Plus, there are a couple of all-new perks at the Diamond Member level. Specifically, Diamond members will receive:

  • A 15% discount on shore excursions
  • A 25% discount on premium wine and spirits
  • Unlimited, complimentary internet
  • 40 minutes of complimentary telephone calling
  • Complimentary laundry and pressing
  • Daily delivery of your preferred newspaper
  • Priority embarkation

In addition, Diamond members get access to a dedicated Seabourn Club concierge in advance of their sailing who can help with arrangements and a 20% discount on luggage shipping services.

The breadth of all the above is one reason we give high marks to the Seabourn loyalty program.

Related: The best credit cards for booking cruises

seabourn cruise visa

The only downside of the Diamond Member level of the Seabourn Club loyalty program is that it can take quite some time for a member to attain it. With a requirement of 250 points, the Diamond tier is a level that would take 36 seven-night cruises to reach, assuming you spend no extra money on your sailings (to get those bonus points) and don't stay in top suites.

That said, as noted above, many Seabourn cruisers opt for longer sailings, and with some extra onboard spending thrown in (which will get you those bonus points) and a few stays in suites, you could reach Diamond level after far fewer voyages.

Best elite perk

The very best elite perk that Seabourn offers its Seabourn Club members, by far, are the free cruises that come with achieving certain milestones in total number of days sailed with the line (more on that in a moment). It's not something that is a part of the tier system that we have been discussing above, and it is such a huge reward offer that it deserves its own section.

As for the best elite perk within the Seabourn Club's regular tier structure, we are partial to the disembarkation/embarkation transfer to and from the ship that comes with the program's top Diamond Elite Member tier. As long as you are within a 50-mile limit, the line will send a car to pick you up and bring you to your ship and then take you from your ship to wherever you are going at the end of a cruise. What a nice touch.

At the Diamond Elite Member level, members also get a $100 spa credit every time they sail, complimentary dry cleaning and a few other perks in addition to all the rewards that come with Diamond Member-level status.

Related: Inside the most expensive luxury ship ever

Just be warned that reaching Diamond Elite Member status takes a lot of cruising with the line. With a requirement of 650 points, it would take you 93 seven-night sailings to reach Diamond Elite Member status, assuming you don't spend much on board when sailing and don't book top suites.

Note that, as is often the case with cruise line loyalty programs, Seabourn customers do not have to requalify for status each year. Seabourn Club members keep their points at the end of each year and continue to accrue points indefinitely. That means that someone who hits Diamond Elite Member status will remain at that top tier level forever (or until Seabourn makes a change to the program).

Such "forever status" is one of the great allures of cruise line frequent cruiser programs. Many airline frequent flyer programs, by contrast, require loyalty members to requalify for status each year.

Milestone Cruise Awards

In addition to all the perks of the six-tier loyalty program discussed above, Seabourn rewards its most loyal passengers with what it calls Milestone Cruise Awards. These are free cruises that the line offers members for every 140 to 250 days they sail with the line.

This is how it works: For each day you sail on a Seabourn ship, you will earn one "sailed day" with Seabourn, and the line will keep track of these in your account. Once your account reaches 140 sailed days, you can redeem them for a complimentary cruise of up to seven days. Alternatively, you can continue to accrue sailed days until you reach 250 and redeem them for a complimentary cruise of up to 14 days.

Once you redeem sailed days for a complimentary cruise, they are removed from your account. However, you can continue accruing more sailed days toward another free cruise in the future.

Seabourn is one of just a handful of cruise lines that offers free cruises to its most loyal customers. Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line are two others.

In addition to free cruises, Seabourn's Milestone Awards program also brings recognition in one other very classy way. As Seabourn regulars hit various milestones in total days sailed, they are recognized at a special onboard event with a gift from Tiffany & Co.

The onboard recognition comes at the following milestones:

  • 100 sailed days
  • 200 sailed days
  • 500 sailed days
  • 1,000 sailed days
  • 1,500 sailed days
  • 2,000 sailed days
  • 2,500 sailed days

Bottom line

Seabourn treats its most loyal customers right. The more you sail with the line, the more you will be rewarded with truly valuable perks.

There is no cruise perk that we can think of that is more valuable than a free cruise, and Seabourn hands out free cruises to its most loyal customers at regular intervals. That's something nearly no other line does (Royal Caribbean is one of few others that makes this a habit ; Norwegian Cruise Line only awards a free cruise to top customers once, when they first hit the top Ambassador level).

We also love the little touches that Seabourn extends to its most loyal customers, like the Tiffany & Co. milestone gifts. Bravo, Seabourn.

Cruise Ships Visiting Halong Bay: Port of Call and Visa Requirements

  • Requirements to Enter the Mainland
  • How to Get from the International Cruise Ports to the Local Ports
  • How to Book a Halong Bay Tour and For How Long?
  • Diamond Princess Cruise
  • Azamara Cruise
  • Celebrity Cruise
  • Holland America Line
  • Seabourn Cruises
  • Norwegian Cruise Line
  • Crystal Cruises
  • Silversea Cruises

For traveler’s dropping in on Halong Bay on an international cruise there is limited time to make the most out of their trip. Visitors on international cruises should be clued up on everything they can do to make their overnight stay go smoothly. To help save time, we’ve gathered all the essential information that travelers need to get all the boring bits out of the way so that the fun can begin!

Cruise Ships Visiting Halong Bay: Port of Call and Visa Requirements

Most foreigners require a visa or other official permit to enter the Vietnamese mainland. This can be applied for by the individual themselves or via the cruise operator. It’s easier to allow your cruise operator to apply for your permit for you and this is usually done at no additional cost.

Foreigners also need to be registered with the local police authority to stay overnight in Halong Bay. Travelers need not worry about this if they are taking a Halong Bay cruise whilst there, as the local cruise operator will register you. Cruise operators need their passengers’ passport numbers and international cruise ship information (if applicable).

Tip: Check out our visa exemption page for a full list of visa requirements to Vietnam and Halong bay.

seabourn cruise visa

There are currently four possible ports where international cruise liners dock:

  • Van Hai Port
  • Cai Lan Port
  • Vinashin Port
  • Halong International Cruise Port

From these ports it may be possible for your Halong cruise operator to pick you up by shuttle bus. The distance from the international port to the local ports is around 30 minutes on average.

If the weather is good, it may be possible for the cruise operator to send a small boat to pick up guests from the international cruise port.

Travelers should contact their Halong cruise operator to arrange a transfer from the international cruise port. Be aware that transfers may be charged as an additional fee outside of your cabin price.

If a transfer isn’t available, tourists can make use of the taxis that usually stay around the entrance of the port. When taking a taxi in Vietnam always make sure the taxi driver uses the taxi meter.

To book a Halong Bay tour, tourists should book in advance online through a Halong cruise operator’s website or via a comparison website. Alternatively they can also contact the operator directly by email or phone. It’s highly recommended that visitors book in advance as tours and cruises may become fully booked if left to the last minute.

If it’s not possible to book a cruise in advance, we still recommend booking online even if you are physically in Halong Bay. This is because there is a risk of being scammed or overcharged if you try to book in person at one of the ports in Halong Bay.

Tourists can book a day cruise or 2 day 1 night cruise which should enable them to see enough of Halong Bay and get back to the international cruise ship in time.

Whether a day trip or a 2 day 1 night cruise is the best option is down to how long the individual’s international cruise is in port. If you can stretch to do a 2 day 1 night cruise we would strongly recommend doing so as this gives you enough time to truly experience a stay in Halong Bay.

If you cannot stay overnight in Halong Bay, choose your day trip carefully and make sure it gives you enough time to return to the international cruise ship.

Does Celebrity Solstice offer shuttle transportation from Cai Lan port to the entrance of the port or it is a short stroll to the entry? Thanks

@Miho, Thank you for contacting us. Celebrity Solstice does not offer shuttle service from Cai Lan port to the port. So if you book the cruise with us we will arrange a private car to pick you up from Cai Lan port to the cruise pier. May I know the date and time of Celebrity Solstice arrival? So we can send you our best cruise. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Harzel

I”m trying to apply for e-visa for my travels on Azamara Onward. I cannot find Halong Bay. I called the cruise line they said either Cai Lan or Bai Chay but they are not listed?

Hello, Most cruises now dock at either Hon Gai or the Halong International Cruise Port. Therefore, you can select 'Hon Gai' as your port of entry for your cruise ship.

https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn

I am arriving on the Celebrity Solstice in Jan 24 at the Celebrity website mentions Cai Lan port however I am trying to apply for a Vietnam visa and it asks for you to select an "allowed to entry through checkpoint" however Ha Long or Cai Lan are not listed as seaports. Any suggestions?

Hello Sarah, For the e-visa application for Halong Bay, only Hon Gai port is listed. Kindly check with your cruise operator to determine which port they will dock at.

Hello, We will arrive at Ha Long Bay on 3/4/2024 via Seabourn Encore. Do you know what port Seabourn will be docking at? Could you recommend a half-day tour of Ha Long Bay, pick up at the port? Thank you.

@A. VU, Sorry we have no idea of the exact port that Seabourn Encore will dock at. Please check again with your cruise organizer. There are 3 international cruise ports in Halong which are Cai Lan, Ha Long International Cruise Port (Sunworld Port), and Tuan Chau Port. However, Halong International Cruise Port and Tuan Chau are the only 2 ports offering Halong Bay cruise trips currently. Besides, the pickup service is only available for those starting from Hanoi. From Halong, you can take a taxi to get to the port. It is better if you provide the port and arrival time so that we can suggest the day cruise accordingly. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards,

We arrive at Cai Lan port on a Celebrity cruise ship and want to go to Sun World. What is the best way to get there?

@Charlene, It is around 15 minutes from Cai Lan Port to Sun World by car. In our opinion, the best way is to take a taxi. You can refer to some brands such as Mai Linh Taxi, Bai Chay Taxi, Thanh Cong Taxi, Sao Mai, Phu Binh Taxi, etc.

We arrive at Cai Lan port at around 11.30am on Feb 17th 2024 on a Celebrity cruise ship and would like to book a boat trip around Halong Bay for several hours on that day. Could you recommend any boat trip operators that we could contact please? Thankyou

@Shirley Ledger, Kindly note that it takes you around 20 - 30 minutes from Cai Lan Port to Halong Cruise Port or Tuan Chau Port. As your arrival time is 11:30, we suggest you book Alova Day Cruise departing from Tuan Chau Pier at around 12:15 - 12:30 pm. We offer a day tour at the cost of $60/person including lunch. Please get back to us if this works for you. Regards,

can you walk from the celebrity cruise in chi lan bay to the main gate and how long is it.

#Lynn, Celebrity Cruise usually docks at Cai Lan Port which is around 15 minutes from Halong International Cruise Port and 20 minutes from Tuan Chau Port by car. You need to check the port of Halong cruise and take a taxi to get there. Regards,

I will be on Celebrity Solstice cruise to Halong Bay that docks at Cai Lan Port and I am booking a local cruise on Halong Bay. My local cruise will pick me up but I need to give the pick up location - should I say Cai Lan Port or Halong International Port? And how do I go from Cai Lan to Halong Int. Port? Thanks. Sandra Jeanne - [email protected]

@Sandra, If your cruise docks at Cai Lan Port and your local cruise offers pick-up service, you can tell them your location wherever you want, either Cai Lan or Halong Port. From Cai Lan, you can take a taxi to get to Halong International Port. It takes you around 20 - 25 minutes. Regards,

Visa for Papua New Guinea

By kej1 , January 13 in Seabourn Cruise Line

Cool Cruiser

We are on a 30 day expedition cruise which includes a number of stops in Papua New Guinea.  USA citizens need a Visa.  In the past ( pre Covid) on a trip to West Africa where many countries required Visas most were handled on board by Seabourn for a fee.  Does anyone know if this will be the case?  I haven’t been able to get an answer from Seabourn or our TA.  We can get one ourselves but it’s so much easier to get on board.

Thank you in advance if you know the answer although I realize this itinerary is new to Seabourn.

I have been doing some research on visa for PNG also. One thing I learned from another post is that visa is only good for 6 months from approval so be careful not to get started too soon. Like you I have had trouble getting answers from Seabourn other than to use a visa service.

Usual Seabourn embarrassing "no reply for weeks" policy I see. Not sure how they can be that bad and get away with it

FWIW on our Silversea expedition to PNG last year we did not need a visa.

Take a look at  Papua New Guinea International Travel Information (state.gov)

You do need a visa. Papua New Guinea is listed as a Level 3 - Reconsider Travel Risk destination. Check the wording of your Travel Insurance. If you find a company that will provide coverage in a Level 3 country please post the link. I couldn't find one and so scrapped plans for a cruise.

Thank you to all for your input and good to know visa wasn’t required for Silversea in PNG.

But, I  continue to get different answers on the visa questions - depends on who I’m talking to at Seabourn - nobody seems to know.  So it concerns me.  They sent me to an outside visa service and they said needed for PNG and Niue.   They also said visas on arrival were required for several of our stops.  I went back to Seabourn to confirm they would handle the visas on arrival as they had done on our west Africa trip and they said no, then another person said they weren’t sure, another said maybe.    My TA has been given mixed answers as well.  I have a local visa service in San Francisco my company uses when we are traveling and it requires visas.  I’ve been using them for years for business so I have a call into them and will likely just bite the bullet and get the visas I may need.   I just can’t believe I can’t get a straight answer from Seabourn.  I know they state it’s up to the passenger but I’d hope they would be able to at least say yes or no.  And given they handled the visas in many cases in the past……

On the travel insurance I will double check but from what I read and what they told my TA I believe it’s covered but thank you for bringing it to my attention.  Allianz is who ours is with fir this trip.

How terribly frustrating.  Please keep us posted.

I usually don’t bother with Seabourn or visa services until I have established the need for a visa or not. I begin with the official site of the country. Try  https://www.papuanewguinea.travel/usa  .

If you still have doubts the contact information for your embassy in the country is listed. I drop them an email or give them a call. When contacting a Canadian embassy I have found them to be responsive and helpful, not only with visa information but also security concerns. With a level 3 designation I would definitely contact them.

Thank you for your reply.  I started with the US State Dept site.  Looked at the various country websites and then called Seabourn to see if they would issue on board and that’s where the run around started!  I only did this as on our west Africa trip 2019/2020 Seabourn took care of some of the visas on the ship for a fee which is always easier.  Subsequently my TA has received multiple answers too.  Most recently told no visas were needed which is contrary to what she’d been told previously.  So perhaps being handled as it was for highplainsdrifter on Silversea.

I have looked at the PNG visa website and what I will do is call them Monday to clarify on New Guinea at least as we are making multiple stops and we don’t want to be left on the ship!   if I learn something definitive I’ll post in case others want to know.

I’m just a little surprised that nobody is concerned that PNG is at level 3 interns of US and Canadian government warnings and that travel insurance may be nullified. I have looked at my Allianz policy and it is very specific. I would not be covered.

I don't think you will ever get close to any dangerous zone, most likely small ports and a few very safe excursions. I wouldn't worry about that.

I also think the same and I think your Embassy will concur but that’s not the point. If I were to have a medical incident while in PNG I would not be covered by my health insurance simply because I was in a level 3 country. I checked with my insurers. Maybe worth a call?

Sfovoyage, thank you for the information.  I have not received this in my several attempts to clarify with Seabourn.  Can you let me know how you found this out?  Who you spoke with?  I want to make sure the same holds true for our cruise which ends as yours begins.  I assume it would but after all the various answers I’d like to confirm,  thanks so much!

The information is from Seabourn's documentation department, which is usually the ultimate resource for visas and related paperwork.  Next time you talk to Seabourn, you can tell them to get the answer from this department.  Let me know what you find out!

Thanks

I spoke to Seabourn today.  First call was a bust.  I called back and got a very good “ concierge” who did some checking with the document group and got back to me with the same feedback sfvoyage provided.  For all US citizens we will fill out some forms and Seabourn will take care of the Visas for Papua New Guinea.  Thank you again to sfvoyage for your information!  Now it’s double confirmed!

Thanks for the info, we are on the 5/15/24 cruise also. Do you have any information on the time the charter flight to Sydney departs Honiara, Guadalcanal (if you end your cruise in Honiara)? I hope it's later in the day so we can visit some of the WW2 battle sites. Thanks

I might book that cruise myself, I was first looking at the Papeete-Sydney  but 7 sea days on a 17 days journey seems just too long and boring. The  Papua New Guinea itinerary seems way better as there is a port pretty much every day.

The info I got:  QF301 dep HIR 8:00, arr SYD 13:10

While this is subject to change, obviously, I wouldn't count on having any time on 29th May to explore Honiara before the charter flight.

I agree.  The expedition ships are designed for expedition voyages - hence repositioning voyages on the 2 ships are priced much lower.

For me, sea days and expedition ships are not compatible.  I go on Venture and Pursuit for expedition voyages, and for other voyages with more sea days and non expedition-type ports, I go on the regular ships with more space, regular Seabourn entertainment and activity options, and more dining options.

No time to see anything plus we will  need to get up very early to catch an 8 am flight!

Thanks for all the info. I have been trying to clarify this too for this cruise and have found only conflicting info. This is best info to date. Best I can confirm no advance visas are required for this cruise but couldn’t confirm PNG. Appreciate your effort.

You mean before the ships set sails or during the sailing?

2 hours ago, Khareef said: You mean before the ships set sails or during the sailing?

Khareef, the paperwork is to be completed on board.  At least that’s what I was told for our trip from Papeete to Guam.  ( two legs, the second starting in Guadalcanal ( Honaria).  I hope that helps. If you want to call to verify ask the concierge to speak to a supervisor in the documents group.  The regular person in documents said must be done in advance but when questioned asked a supervisor to get the answer I had as well as sfovoyage.

How much does a Seabourn cruise cost?

Want to go on a luxurious Seabourn Cruise but confused about its price, itinerary, and policy? Then, read on to know each detail about the Seabourn Cruise.

Book Seabourn Cruises

In order to instantly have an effect on the ultra-luxury cruise market, Seabourn started operations in 1987. The Seabourn Pride, the first ship, was launched in 1988, and the Seabourn Spirit, a sister ship that was equal in size and design, started taking passengers the following year. After a series of business acquisitions and mergers by and with Carnival Corp. and Cunard Line throughout the 1990s, Carnival Corp. bought Seabourn in its entirety in 2001. Cunard Line, a subsidiary of Carnival, and Seabourn parted ways in 2004, and Seabourn started operating on its own. The Seabourn Odyssey , Sojourn , and Quest debuted in 2009, 2010, and 2011 following a 2006 announcement to launch three additional ships. These brand-new ships each held 458 passengers. The Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation , two ships with a combined capacity of 600 passengers, debuted in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

The Seabourn Venture , an ultra-luxury expedition cruise ship, debuted in late 2021. It uses technology for improved manoeuvrability to reach destinations in the Amazon, Antarctica, and Antarctic. The hand-selected itineraries offered by Seabourn let you discover destinations in a personal, educational, or adventurous way. In the wilds of Alaska, go kayaking, photo safari-ing, and whale-watching; in Queenstown, New Zealand, go on a jet boat excursion on the Shotover River; in Phuket, Thailand, ride an elephant; in Vietnam, cruise the canals of the Mekong River Delta; or in Saint Lucia, take an aerial tram through a forest reserve.

Not in the mood to venture? That's okay; you may travel to Athens, Greece, to see the Parthenon; Juneau, Alaska, to go whale watching; Barcelona, to shop at street markets; or Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to see the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, which both house breathtaking art collections. Seabourn has changed the cruise experience in terms of all-inclusive travel, top-notch customer service, and luxury, from the crew that takes delight in providing top service and remembers passengers' names to optional tipping and complimentary spirits and wines onboard at all times.

Refunds and payments for Seabourn Cruises

Seabourn stipulates that a 25% deposit is required within three days of the reservation or earlier. If the requisite deposit is not paid within the allotted option period, suites may be cancelled and resold. No later than 90 days prior to sailing, Seabourn must collect full payment for all cruises. If payments are not made by the due date, all reservations are subject to cancellation without notice. Reservations are only guaranteed when paid in full 90 days prior to sailing. According to Seabourn's rules, reservations made within 90 days of a voyage need full payment within 7 days of the reservation or earlier.

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, or Discover Card payments are the only ones that can be made in U.S. dollars. Any costs incurred by the guest for onboard services or goods, or by Seabourn on the guest's behalf, must be settled by the guest in full before disembarking.

Seabourn Cruise is very luxurious and the best in-line cruise. It will have all the amenities that you can ever think of. The price of the Seabourn cruise is higher than the usual cruise as it is best in line.

Seabourn Unveils 2025-26 Cruise Line-Up

S eabourn has unveiled its lineup of 2025-26 cruises, which includes several new itineraries in Japan, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia and the Islands of Hawaii .

From September 2025 through March 2026, Seabourn ’s four ships—Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Encore, Seabourn Quest and Seabourn Sojourn—will visit 105 destinations in more than 40 countries during 72 itineraries. Trips range from seven to 22 days in length and can be combined to create even more immersive journeys. Travelers can also add on pre- and post-cruise trips.

New for fall of 2025, Seabourn will offer autumn foliage cruises in Japan aboard Seabourn Quest. The ship will circumnavigate the Japanese archipelago, making maiden calls on all four main islands.

The cruise line is also sending Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Sojourn to the Caribbean , where the ships will sail new itineraries from San Juan, St. Maarten, Miami and Barbados.

Seabourn Encore, meanwhile, will return to Southeast Asia to offer 14-day cruises that include overnight stays in Ho Chi Minh City. Seabourn Sojourn will offer holiday sailings around the Hawaiian Islands.

“This collection of extraordinary voyages invites guests to become immersed in an ocean of ultra-luxury, personalized service and discovery, exploring hidden gems and staying longer in iconic ports with overnight stays," says Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn. “Our carefully curated itineraries will provide our guests with unforgettable ‘Seabourn Moments’ as they sail the high seas in Seabourn’s ultra-luxury style."
