We had an amazing time at the show, talked with Jelly, Boston and numerous other production members. Fantastic crew and professional performance throughout. We are looking forward to the fall show. For all the hurdles to get things up and running after the bus issues and many other things along the way to pull off that intense and amazing of a show. All one can say is get it Fam!

It was amazing! The opening acts were good though there was a little bit of sound issues throughout the whole show but it honestly didn't deter from the experience at all. It was my first time seeing Jelly Roll and Struggle live and I'm already planning when to take off to see them again!

Jelly Roll Announces North American Backroad Baptism Tour

The 44-Date Headlining Arena Tour is Set to Kick Off This Summer in Mississippi

Tickets on sale starting friday, february 24 at 10 am local on ticketmaster.com  .

After dominating Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart for a record-breaking 25 consecutive weeks – ultimately breaking the record of most weeks spent at No. 1 – with his single, “Son Of A Sinner,” multi-genre hitmaker Jelly Roll today announced his Backroad Baptism Tour. Produced by Live Nation, the 44-city arena tour kicks off on Friday, July 28th at Bank Plus Amphitheater in Southaven making stops across the U.S. in Milwaukee, Kansas City, Cincinnati and more before wrapping up in Tampa at  MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater on Saturday, October 14th. Tour openers include Ashley McBryde, Caitlynne Curtis, Chase Rice, Elle King, Merkules, Struggle Jennings, Three 6 Mafia, Yelawolf and Josh Adam Meyers. As previously announced, Jelly Roll will also open on several dates as direct support for Eric Church.

The Backroad Baptism Tour comes after a momentous year for Jelly Roll. The chart-topping, multi-genre phenomenon scored his first No. 1 on Country radio with his debut Country single “ Son Of A Sinner” and earned a two-week Rock No. 1, “cemented his rising mainstream stardom” ( Tennessean ). More recently, he released  “ she ” as well as his current radio hit, “ NEED A FAVOR ” — both from his highly anticipated forthcoming album. Having independently amassed more than 4 Billion career streams to date, Jelly Roll made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2022 and continues to sell-out venues across the United States-recently playing to more than 16,000 fans at his sold-out show hometown venue at Bridgestone Arena. His 2020 single “Save Me” — a confessional, vulnerable expression of self-doubt set the stage for his new season of life and took him to new heights- has earned more than 155 million views on YouTube and Platinum certification from the RIAA- and continues to resonate with fans and tap into Jelly’s uniquely-connective ability to bring fans “therapeutic music.”

About Jelly Roll

Outright genre-bending singer/songwriter/rapper Jelly Roll has quietly been building a remarkable career, under the radar and on his own terms. Since his days selling his mix tapes out of his car, he has constantly been independently releasing new music (more than 24 albums), touring relentlessly, consistently topping various iTunes charts, engaging a rabid fanbase and creating videos that have amassed nearly 2 billion views on YouTube. He pairs deeply personal lyrics with music that blends Old-school Rap, Classic Rock, Country and Soul to create music that is therapeutic, raw and tackles the heaviness in life.

His 2020 single “Save Me” — a confessional, vulnerable expression of self-doubt set the stage for his new season of life and took him to new heights, with more than 155 million views on YouTube and Platinum certification from the RIAA. Born and raised in Nashville’s Antioch neighborhood, the former addict and drug dealer released his album Ballads of the Broken in 2021, ahead of his sold-out hometown show at the famous Ryman Auditorium, which sold out in under an hour. The introspective 10-track album shows Jelly Roll’s growth as an artist and man, drawing from his personal experiences to tell the story of a man who has been through the ringer and isn’t afraid to share his raw truth, featuring his multi-week No. 1 Rock hit “ Dead Man Walking ” and his No. 1 Country debut single “ Son of a Sinner .” Now after a history-making “breakthrough year” ( American Songwriter ), having just sold-out Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and released the riveting anthem “ NEED A FAVOR ” along with the soul-stirring ballad “ she ” from his highly anticipated forthcoming album, the reigning No. 1 of Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart for more than 25 weeks and counting is well on his way to mainstream, multi-genre stardom.

Jelly Roll announces Beautifully Broken tour: Here are the dates, how to get tickets

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

Jelly Roll has announced dates for a run of 37 tour dates to take him from Labor Day through Halloween of 2024.

Tickets will be available starting with various presales beginning on Feb. 26. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on-sale beginning on March 1 at 10 a.m. local time on jellyroll615.com .

Among the locales on the country music star's most ambitious tour to date include New York City. Regarding the venue he's playing, it's special.

After Sept. 27, the next time he speaks with Jon Bon Jovi and Sir Paul McCartney simultaneously, they can swap stories about playing the stage at the "World's Most Famous Arena," Madison Square Garden.

Live Nation produces the "Save Me" and "I Need A Favor" vocalist's Beautifully Broken Tour, starting on Aug. 27 at Salt Lake City's Delta Center. Other stops include Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New Orleans and more.

The tour wraps on Oct. 27 at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Tour openers include Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay .

Jelly Roll's 2024 follows a break into mainstream superstardom a year prior.

He enters 2024 as a platinum-selling and multiple Billboard chart-topping Country Music Association and CMT Award-winning, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter. Moreover, his difficult upbringing was featured in a widely seen ABC News documentary .

At 2024's recent People's Choice Awards , the artist born Jason DeFord and Lainey Wilson (his collaborator on a re-released version of "Save Me" ) won awards as the "The Female Country Artist of the Year" and "The Male Country Artist of the Year."

The performer was also featured in an Uber Eats commercial during Super Bowl 58.

Also, Jelly Roll's desire to be "part of the solution" has led him, most recently, to testify in a hearing during an open, hybrid-format session of the United States Senate's Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs entitled, "Stopping the Flow of Fentanyl: Public Awareness and Legislative Solutions."

Jelly Roll's 2024 tour announcement follows his 44-date "Backroad Baptism" tour a year prior, which featured acts including Elle King, Ashley McBryde, Chase Rice, and rappers, including Academy Award-winning legends Three Six Mafia, Struggle Jennings, Merkules and Yelawolf.

"My spirit as a person has changed so much recently," Jelly Roll told The Tennessean , part of the USA TODAY network, in 2023.

"I have love and forgiveness in my heart now. I still have so much work to do, but I hope that people see what I've accomplished and realize if I can do it, that it's possible for them, too."

Jelly Roll

Jelly Roll “righted a wrong” to a fellow performer and offered up a brand new song during a concert Wednesday night (April 24) on the eve of the NFL Draft in Detroit.

Bunnie XO Says Jelly Roll Quit Social Media Due to Being Bullied About His Weight

He then invited her on stage to perform the song with him, letting her take lead on the second verse.

Merlot, who’s been releasing music since 2014, was a second season contestant on NBC’s writing competition show Songland. Her most recent EP, Slide , came out during 2022, while a new single, “Time + Faith,” was released last September and reached No. 6 on Billboard Canada’s Country Songs chart.

Jelly Roll also used the special small-venue show — dubbed The Night Before, but not an official NFL Draft event — to preview a brand new song, “Liar,” a muscular rock track that he said was destined for his next album. He and his eight-piece band muffed the opening — “We’ve never done this before, so… we’re figuring it out,” he noted — but started over and made their way through on the second attempt. “Should I put it on the new album or what, Detroit?,” thes singer teased afterwards, to unanimous approval from the 3,000 fans in attendance.

He also urged those fans to post videos of him performing the song online immediately so that his wife, Bunnie XO, who was on the West Coast taping episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, “will see it before I get off stage.”

The Detroit concert presented by Audacy’s WYCD served as a warm-up for Jelly Roll’s Stagecoach festival performance on Friday (April 26). He also has dates currently booked into October, including his own Beautifully Broken Tour with Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay and a pair of stadium shows with Morgan Wallen in Tampa on July 11-12.

Jelly Roll's New Album 2024: Everything We Know So Far

By Maxim Mower

JELLY ROLL'S NEW ALBUM 2024

Expected release date: second half of 2024, expected title: tbc, expected tracklist:.

  • ‘Dragging These Roots’

Since releasing his first official country single in 2021, ‘Son of a Sinner’, Jelly Roll has ripped up the rules and established himself as one of the most popular artists in the genre.

After the reflective, spiritually inspired Whitsitt Chapel , which was championed by many as one of the albums of the year, Jelly is now hard at work on his keenly awaited follow-up.

He's so far been keeping the details of the project relatively close to his chest, but he did treat the Grand Ole Opry crowd to a live debut of an unreleased track, ‘Liar’ .

The stirring, anthemic track follows in a similarly motivational vein to fan-favourites such as ‘Need A Favor’, ‘Nail Me’ and the Lainey Wilson-assisted ‘Save Me’, with the Tennessee crooner once again reminding listeners of what truly matters in life.

In the uplifting, energising track, he rattles through some of the lies he's been told in his life, “Saying drink another whiskey / Pop another pill / Money makes you happy / Heaven isn’t real / You won’t find nobody to love because your heart’s too broke”.

This is expected to be one of the first tracks to be made available from his upcoming album. However, Jelly did warn fans that the future of ‘Liar’ is yet to be decided, “I feel like this is a safe place to play a new song, is that okay with y’all? We might not ever release this song. We’re just gonna play it for y’all and see if it works”.

Although ‘Liar’s fate is up in the air, one thing that's certain is that Jelly Roll loves a collaboration, with the chart-topping artist releasing duets with Riley Green, Cody Johnson, ERNEST, Jessie Murph and many more over the past six months. With this in mind, we reckon Jelly's new project will feature some high-profile guests.

Jelly Roll spoke to Holler last year about how a collaboration with Morgan Wallen is “inevitable” , so we're hoping these two country megastars get a chance to hit the studio before Jelly drops the album. Another big name Jelly has floated as a dream duet is Post Malone , with the duo having spent time together on a number of occasions of late - and we'd sure be surprised if the prospect of working together didn't come up. Although it is worth underlining that, with Posty currently readying his debut country album , a collaboration between the two would seemingly be more likely to feature on that project than Jelly's at this point.

In July 2023, Jelly Roll shared ‘Dragging These Roots’ as part of Apple Music's exclusive ‘Lost & Found’ song series. We'd love to see the fiery, uptempo track given a full release, and we're hoping Jelly keeps it in mind when compiling his next album's tracklist.

The 8 best indoor herb gardens to grow basil, mint and so much more, where to buy tickets to morgan wallen’s “one night at a time”.

Morgan Wallen fans have a lot of options for tickets, including Ticketmaster , SeatGeek and Live Nation . And unlike many summer concerts this year, tickets are currently quite affordable, starting around $90. But if you’re willing to spend more money, ticket vendors are happy to accommodate you; seats at certain venues clock in at over $6,000 a ticket.

  • Ticketmaster has several ticket options starting at $99. The site also offers four VIP packages on select dates for die-hard fans who aren’t afraid to spend more money. These start at $555 and go up to $1300. For Wallen’s show on July 4, Ticketmaster has two options: reserved seats for £324.95 each (about $350) or a general admission standing ticket for £132.95 (about $142). For the latter option, Ticketmaster offers five choices—excluding tickets for children ages 2 to 9—beginning at £143.45 (about $153). Ticketmaster also links out to Event Travel if you want to get a combo package that includes premium tickets and a hotel experiences for the London event. Prices begin at £275 (nearly $300).
  • Prices at SeatGeek start at $90. The platform has tickets to all of Wallen’s shows except for his July 4 London performance at the BST Hyde Park music festival. Here, the average ticket price is $580, but you can get cheaper seats if you sit farther from the stage.
  • For Morgan Wallen’s two shows at Virginia Beach (June 6 and 7), your best bet is to visit Live Nation , which is the parent company behind Ticketmaster. Tickets start at $250 for both dates.
  • StubHub has many affordable options, with tickets starting at $95.
  • While Etix is the official way to get tickets to his performance at Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that option is sold out. Instead, Vivid Seats still has tickets starting at $250 (and going up to an eye-watering $6,400).

When Do Morgan Wallen Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets are on sale now for the last leg of his One Night At A Time tour, so don’t wait if you want to see Morgan Wallen live this year. There are plenty of tickets left to purchase for most of his tour dates so fans don’t have to make a mad rush to the online box office, but the longer you wait, the less likely you can get choice seats—and the more expensive your tickets may be.

How Much Are Morgan Wallen Tickets?

Compared to the likes of Adele and Taylor Swift’ s tour prices, Morgan Wallen tickets are quite reasonable. Prices start around $100, but can easily rise to four figures if you select one of the VIP packages available on Ticketmaster. And if you are interested in his single show in London, rest assured that it doesn’t cost much more than the U.S. concerts, with prices starting a little under the $150 mark.

Keep in mind that many ticket platforms will tack on fees at checkout that aren’t part of the original ticket price. Be sure to consider that when placing your order online.

Jelly Roll Sued by Pennsylvania Wedding Band Jellyroll over Alleged Trademark Infringement

Jellyroll band member Kurt L. Titchenell's lawyers claim he's been using the moniker since 1980 — four years before country star Jelly Roll was born

A jelly roll is a sponge cake rolled with sweet filling. It's also the name of a popular country singer — as well as a wedding band from Pennsylvania, who claims its trademark rights have been infringed upon.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court on April 8 , according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, lawyers for Jellyroll band member Kurt L. Titchenell are asking Jelly Roll (born Jason Bradley DeFord) to stop using the name, claiming the group first adopted the moniker around 1980 before obtaining a trademark in 2010 and renewing the paperwork in 2019.

According to the complaint, Jellyroll has been performing at "celebratory and charitable events" in the United States — first in the Delaware Valley and later throughout the Northeast — "since at least 1980."

The band's onstage appearances include two shows "at the White House for President George W. Bush and his family," claims the suit.

Jelly Roll was born in 1984 and has spoken about how his onstage moniker was given to him by his mom as a child. He began releasing music in the early 2000s, though the complaint claims he didn't adopt the stage name until about 2010.

Name recognition is a main concern for Titchenell and his band. "Prior to the Defendant’s recent rise in notoriety, a search of the name of Jellyroll on most search engines, and particularly Google, returned references to the Plaintiff," reads the suit.

"Now, any such search on Google returns multiple references to Defendant, perhaps as many as 18-20 references before any reference to Plaintiff’s entertainment dance band known as Jellyroll® can be found," adds Titchenell's legal team.

Per the complaint, Titchenell issued a cease-and-desist to "various email addresses believed to be associated with" Jelly Roll and his team, who responded at the time, "wanting to discuss" the situation.

"Several conversations ensued and at one point Defendant’s counsel inquired as to whether Defendant really was in competition with Plaintiff," writes lawyers for Titchenell.

The suit highlights Jelly Roll's upcoming Beautifully Broken Tour, which features dates in the Northeast including a show at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia — where much of Jellyroll's business has been conducted.

Titchenell's legal team claims Jelly Roll's use of the name is "creating confusion in the marketplace as to" which of the acts will be performing at a given event.

A rep for Jelly Roll did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Since the release of his Ballads of the Broken album in 2021, Jelly Roll has risen to mainstream fame with hit singles including "Need a Favor" and "Save Me."

This year, he's won three CMT Music Awards and two iHeartRadio Music Awards — and received his first four nominations for the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards .

"I spent my whole life just thinking that what I was doing would never be heard or seen," Jelly Roll told PEOPLE in a recent interview. "I almost gave up on any dream of this thing ever being like it is now, and man, is it just incredible to be in the middle of it. I'm grateful."

Jelly Roll Sued for Alleged Trademark Infringement

Jelly Roll is on the receiving end of a lawsuit alleging trademark infringement over his stage name.

Rolling Stone reports that Kurt L. Titchenell has filed suit against Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord. Titchenell is the leader of a Pennsylvania-based dance band called Jellyroll , and in his suit, he states that his band has used that name since March of 1980, more than four years before DeFord was born. They received a trademark in August of 2010, and renewed that trademark most recently in December of 2019.

The band Jellyroll has performed in the Northeast and the Delaware Valley for decades, according to the suit, in a series of public and private events, including a 2007 invitation from then-President George W. Bush to perform at the White House.

According to the legal filing that Court Watch obtained, Titchenell seeks injunctive relief for service mark infringement, false designation of origin and/or sponsorship, dilution, common law palming off, trademark and trade name infringement and unfair competition, and injury to business reputation and dilution.

The lawsuit alleges that since Jelly Roll’s “recent rise in notoriety” — which includes No. 1 country hits with “Son of a Sinner, “Save Me” and “Need a Favor,” as well as CMA and CMT Awards wins and Grammy nominations — search engines including Google have consistently prioritized his results over the band’s, significantly injuring their online exposure.

The band’s attorneys sent Jelly Roll a cease-and-desist letter in February of 2024, followed by discussions between the parties’ lawyers in which Jelly Roll’s attorney allegedly “inquired as to whether Defendant really was in competition with Plaintiff.”

Jelly Roll has announced dates for a massive 2024 tour called the Beautifully Broken Tour , which the suit alleges constitutes continued infringement. The legal filing is asking for an injunction to prevent Jelly Roll or any of his representatives from using that name during the course of the legal action.

Jelly Roll has not commented publicly on the suit.
