We have always taken pride in booking our own trips, flights, accommodations, activities; everything has always turned out fine. But it was work. Traveling buddies of ours suggested that we join them on a November 2024 Holland America cruise to the Mexican Riviera. They sang the praises of their travel agent, Donna Nelson, who had just booked their trip for them. Although we live in different states, we contacted Donna. Donna spoke with us on the phone about our preferences. We found her to be 100% efficient and personable as she effectively communicated with us and arranged our booking on the cruise, including our cabin, and also our flights and seats, also our hotel accommodation for the night before sailing. We were impressed with her competence, the ease in booking, and the reasonable prices she found for us. Subsequent emailings of documents for our upcoming trip have been clear and thorough. We wholeheartedly recommend Donna Nelson to work with you in booking your next trip!

Excellent arrangements with a mix of experiences. Listened to our wants. Quickly helped to fix an error from one of the tour providers while we were in Portugal. Used Bon Voyage for a big trip to Spain and Portugal. Michele was responsive and made our arrangements with us. Our Barcelona, Montserrat, and Madrid leg was a hoot, especially the private tours. Air travel arrangements were clear and seat upgrades were worth it. Hotel was in the 4-5 star range we requested and was proximal to sites we enjoyed, though not in the middle of it all. Made for a quieter experience and longer walks, which we enjoy. The flamenco dancing was one to skip-- food gave both of us problems through the night and the singers filled the room with cigarette smell, but Bon Voyage wouldn't have known about those details. The Portugal half of the trip was just as stellar. We arrived in the evening as dusk and rain came. At first were concerned with Porto. Hotel was more industrial and no view from our room. We walked to what we thought was the downtown, which was really small. All had a dark warehouse vibe with moderate noise that first night. Were we wrong! We hadn't gone far enough east. Suffice to say from the Mercado do Bolhão, to the winery, to the Palacio da Bolsa and churches, to the shore and river cruise, to the Livraria Lello and Majestic Cafe that inspired JK Rowling, to the walks through the shops and riverfront, to the trip over to Aveiro, to the bifana sandwiches... IT. WAS. EPIC. For our one main issue, a tour didn't pick us up as designated. Michele quickly got us a refund and we pivoted to a tour bus. The Porto hotel staff were amazing in that. No harm, no foul. Michele and Bon Voyage couldn't have done a better job and I appreciate the attentiveness. Her planning directly contributed to a supremely enjoyable trip. We'll be a return customer.

Susan Entringer of Bon Voyage Travel continues in her role as an outstanding agent. Just recently, we contacted her regarding a Truck tour of the Canyon lands of Utah and the Grand Canyon. Within an hour, she was back to us with the available dates for 2024. We were able to make our selection and within another hour received a written confirmation. We have exclusively used her even though she operates out of the Oro Valley office and we reside in north Scottsdale. She is efficient and understands we desire a quality travel experience. And, her customer service is well off the charts.

In recent years, we have exclusively used Susan Entringer of Bon Voyage Travel as our travel adviser. All we can say is she is the best agent we've ever dealt with. She is both very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Susan knows we desire a quality experience when traveling and has done an outstanding job in hotel accommodations, ocean cruises and currently has us booked on a Great Lakes cruise for 2020. We can only say we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

We had been making our own travel arrangements for several years, but decided to try a travel agent. After checking reviews on several agencies in the Tucson area, I was impressed with the amount of positive feedback on Bon Voyage, and specifically for Susan Entringer. From the first, we were totally surprised by the prompt replies we received to all our questions (our previous experiences with cruise line employees had often been several days for responses). So far we have booked a cruise and a land tour with her and are very happy. We'll never go back to doing it all on our own!

When we first contacted Bonvoyage in 2022 we were happy with the fast response addressing our needs and helping us with our cruise for next year. Since our initial contact we added on to the cruise for next year and added another cruise for 2025. Everything was handled fast and efficient. All that had changed since we cancelled the second half of the cruise next year and cancelled and rebooked a different cruise in 2025. We felt like we were chastised for doing what we did. When I asked why we didn't the gratuities paid for on the 2025 cruise I was told it wasn't guaranteed and that Bonvoyage didn't have any perks. That not what the web site says. Then I asked about arranging the air I got push back again saying she was busy with other guests. When I pushed she arranged the air and then didn't listen to what we wanted and thankfully I found it before we paid. I did ask to switch to another agent and I was told I couldn't! Today I asked about a hotel we wanted to stay in and was told that hotel wasn't on their list. So so I asked for a list and again I was told she was busy with Other customers and when she had time she would investigate and send me a list. This is the first time we've worked with a TA and we are highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Is this the norm? I have no idea. I am a planner and like to have everything arranged ahead of time so I don't have to worry. I guess that's not the Bonvoyage way?

We just started using BonVoyage Travel this fall. Susan Entringer has been great in assisting us with our bookings. She's responsive and answers all our questions timely. We would highly recommend BonVoyage and Susan for all your travel needs.

My husband and I booked a Scandinavian cruise with an additional side trip above the Arctic circle.The latter was a bit complicated but Susan Entringer was amazing! After our cruise ended she found the connections we needed to continue with the extension. More recently she helped with a family cruise to Alaska, easily (well, easy for us - she definitely worked hard!) finding the accommodations we needed within our budget. I highly recommend her. She responds to email quickly and does her best to answer our questions as quickly as possible.
