Jason Aldean brings his Six String Circus Tour to Hersheypark Stadium on Thursday, September 15 at 7:30 pm with special guests Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses. Tickets for this show are $28.35, $61.10 and $77.35 (tax and applicable fees apply), and are available at Giant Center Box Office. They can be charged by phone at 717-534-3911 or 800-745-3000, and online at www.HersheyEntertainment.com or www.TicketMaster.com. For more information please visit www.HersheyEntertainment.com The wristband policy will be in effect for this concert. Fans are permitted on the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex property beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, May 6. Two hours prior to the on-sale, fans will be directed in front of Giant Center Box Office, where they will be issued a numbered wristband. Wristbands are available for one hour, and at the conclusion of that hour, a selected fan will randomly choose a wristband that will determine the line order. For example: If 1,000 wristbands are issued during that hour and the number 500 is selected, the person wearing wristband 500 will be the first person in line. Numbers 501 to 1,000 will proceed in line behind, followed by numbers 1 through 499. Once the line is in place, fans arriving after the wristbands were issued will be escorted to the end of the numbered line.

American Country Music Artist of the Decade Jason Aldean is returning to Hershey this week.

He'll bring his Highway Desperado Tour to Hersheypark Stadium on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

He will be joined by:

• Mitchell Tenpenny.
• Corey Kent.
• Dee Jay Silver.

Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com and HersheyEntertainment.com .

Aldean is a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum entertainer with 27 No. 1 singles and more than 20 million albums sold.

He released his 10th studio album, "Macon, Georgia," last year. It features 20 new songs and an additional 10 live tracks.

Recent controversy

The Susquehanna Valley show comes as Aldean faces some backlash for his controversial single, "Try That in a Small Town," and its music video.

Public outcry over the video erupted last week, and it was pulled from rotation at CMT.

Critics say the lyrics and video inflame racial and cultural tensions.

Aldean has defended the song.

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Jason Aldean's most recent tour is making a stop right here in Hershey, PA.

Amidst his most recent controversy tied to his single "Try That in a Small Town," music video, the country artist is still packing out the Hersheypark Stadium.

Let’s get this out of the way: Jason Aldean played “Try That In A Small Town” maybe halfway through his set at Hersheypark Stadium on July 28.

When he finally got around to discussing it (he mentioned near the top of the show he preferred playing music to making speeches), Aldean said that a lot of people were trying to make the song into “something that it wasn’t” and that six seconds of the music video (which featured video from Black Lives Matter protests ) were removed for legal reasons.
