Jesse & Joy Announce Summer Tour In The US

The Grammy-winning Mexican duo will embark on a 29-date tour of the US and Canada  

Presale tickets available starting tuesday march 28th at 7 am pst; general onsale begins friday, march 31st at 10 am local time on livenation.com  .

Extraordinaire Latin pop duo Jesse & Joy are embarking on a tour across the US and Canada to support their latest album, Clichés . Produced by Live Nation, the 29-city tour kicks off on June 15th at Palladium Times Square in New York making stops across North America in Toronto, San Diego, Las Vegas and more before wrapping up in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Revolution on August 12th. 

Thanks to their authenticity, talent, and unique style, Jesse & Joy has become Mexico’s most beloved musical power duo, connecting with millions of people around the world. Their platinum-certified hits like “¡Corre!”, “Llorar”, “Me Voy”, “¿Con Quién se Queda el Perro?”, and “Espacio Sideral” are just a few staples of their vast catalog of memorable lyrics and melodies. Their career has been marked by sold out shows and multiple nominations to the music industry’s most prestigious awards, earning them a Grammy and six Latin Grammys so far, among many other accolades.

Latin sensation, Jesse & Joy, announce summer 2023 tour

Six time Latin Grammy winners Jesse & Joy , made the announcement on March 27th that they would embark on a “summer tour” of the United States and Canada, beginning on June 15th of this year in New York City. 

According to a statement from Live Nation, the duo will tour in 29 cities in North America and Canada in support of their most recent album Clichés , released on May 6th, 2022. Their tour ends on August 12th, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

In addition to other locations, they will stop in Boston, Las Vegas, Charlotte, Toronto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Atlanta, San Antonio, Houston, El Paso, and Austin.

Jesse & Joy have gained worldwide recognition as Mexico’s most adored musical power duo as a result of their honesty, talent, and distinctive style. Their huge collection of endearing lyrics and melodies includes hits like “Dueles,” “Corre!”, and “La De La Mala Suerte.” Their career has been defined by sold-out performances and several nominations for the most prestigious awards in the music business, earning them so far a Grammy and six Latin Grammys in addition to many other honors.

Originally from Mexico City, the brother and sister musicians have released five studio albums, one live album and one EP. 

Folk, rock, grunge, and punk were influences for  Clichés , according to Jesse Huerta, the guitarist and co-producer of the album with Federico Vindver, who has worked with musicians like Coldplay and Kanye West in the past.

Presale tickets went on sale yesterday at 7:00am PDT. General tickets will be available on Friday, March 31st at 10:00am PDT on livenation.com or from the duo’s website (support the band directly!).

Jesse & Joy is an acclaimed and multi-award-winning pop duo formed in Mexico City in 2005 by brother and sister Jesse and Joy, who have achieved worldwide fame and recognition throughout their 15 years of artistic career, and in which the duo has released four studio albums, one live album and one EP on Warner Music Latin, they have toured internationally, and have been recognized with a Grammy Award for Best Latin Album and six Latin Grammy Awards in various categories.

"Jesse & Joy are probably some of the purest, most talented artists of our generation", wrote Latin Times.

The Huerta Uecke siblings were born in Mexico City to a Mexican father and American mother, this is why Jesse & Joy have dual citizenship, American and Mexican. In 2001, inspired by their parents love for classic, rock and folk music, when they were 18 and 15 years old respectively, they began writing music and songs with their father using instruments from his church, which they attended as children.

Jesse & Joy released their debut album Esta Es Mi Vida in 2006 under Warner Music Mexico. Their debut single "Espacio Sideral" was certified gold by the Asociación Mexicana de Productores de Fonogramas y Videogramas (AMPROFON), while the album reached the top twenty on the Mexican Album Chart and was certified platinum by the AMPROFON, helping the duo to win the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist the next year.

In 2008, Jesse & Joy released Esto Es Lo Que Soy, an EP featuring "Espacio Sideral", "Ya No Quiero", "Volveré", "Llegaste Tú", and the title track "Esto Es Lo Que Soy".

Their second studio album Electricidad, which was released in 2009, included singles "Adiós" and "Chocolate" and was certified gold by the AMPROFON.
