Strabane Down syndrome Support Group all set to go to Euro Disney

Independent Travel Agency, Mango Travels, has secured a booking for a local community support group ‘Strabane Down syndrome Support Group’ to go to Euro Disney.

Daljeet Guram, a director of Mango Travels said: “Since we opened our store on 16th November 2018, We have been receiving great support from the local and surrounding community.

“We have been really fortunate as we have recently managed to secure a group booking of fifty five passengers from a local group ‘Strabane Down Syndrome Support Group’, who are going to Euro Disney next year. We were able to arrange this trip with the great support from one of our key suppliers – Travel Solutions.”

The support group’s founder member and chairperson Hayley Devine said: “Strabane Down Syndrome Support Group was established in 2014. It was set up to support families who have a child with Down Syndrome.

“We provide therapy sessions, training and social outings for the child and their family. In March this year we launched our biggest fundraiser to date. ‘Help us get to Disney’ is our campaign we want to take our group to Euro Disney, so hopefully we can make this dream become a reality.

“We want to say a special thank you to the Proprietors of Mango Travels who believed in us and have accommodated all of our requests to make this experience as memorable as possible for our special children.”

How it all began.

Mango Travel has been helping Groups travel the world successfully since 2008. Mango specializes in making volunteer and student travel simple, particularly for the travel organizer. Our groups range from 8 to 100 people, and average around 30 people at a time.

From the initial travel research to securing flights through the trip itself, we’re with you every step of the way.

We specialize in:

• Travel research. We’ve traveled the world ourselves with groups. We know how to find the best deals, airlines, travel seasons, and more.
• Reservations and customer service. We handle the large group process with airlines and tour operators so that you can focus on your group and the trip itself.
• En route service. Issues frequently arise once travel has actually begun for the group, from initial arriving at the airport, through the boarding process, and upon arrival. We’re there for you every step of the way.

When you book a flight, holiday, cruise or make other travel related bookings with us, we will collect, process and use personal information so that we can deal with all aspects of your booking.

Making a booking on behalf of another person

We use personal information to let you know about products and services that we think may be of interest to you.
