Fahrt mit dem Boot, bar in Boot,Kaffee oder ein trink wehren der Fahrt genießen. Monastir Panormitis eine Stunde und Simi 3,5 Stunden Zeit zum Essen,Schwimmen, spazieren gehen,finde ich absolut ausreichend . Wir haben einen sehr schönen Tag gehabt Danke

First of all I would like to point out the exceprional services that Manosgoing offers as well as the professional yet personalised approach of Manos and Gunta. I was picked up on time from my hotel with a luxurious black van and was dropped in front of the cruise boat that took me to Symi. The staff on the boat was very welcoming and polite and the captain throughout the journey was providing helpful and interesting info of the surrounding islnad and our destination. The initial stop at the bay of Panormitis was a lifetime experince to me and as we enter the bay you immediately feel the energy of that place which is indeed confirmed when you enter the church of the Monastery and you face the immense icon of St. Michael the Archangel that commands your attention. This was a thrilling experience to me and I urge you...

Nice AC bus met us on time at the meet point. Guide (Marieanne) was extremly knowledgeable/helpful and friendly. George the drive was also very accomodating. Fine day out enjoyed by my family.

Good quality on the (midi) bus used to transfer from hotel to the boat and back, bus came in time (six minutes early). The boat did also seem good. Would not hesitate to book another trip with this company (Manos going)

We were picked up punctually from our hotel. The driver described things on route and stopped for a short photo stop. Once we arrived he explained where to go and how long it would take. We walked up to the Acropolis which was a long uphill walk and you certainly need sensible shoes as there are slippery areas and some rough terrain when you get there. If you are over 65, take your passport and you can get a reduced entry fee. Views were well worth the walk.

This tour was the best day of our holiday! Everything about it was fantastic. We were very fortunate in that the bus picked us up outside our hotel (we were staying in Sunwing Kallithea), and were warmly welcomed by both the tour guide, and the bus driver. Throughout the entire day, the amazing tour guide lady provided us with lots of amazing information and knowledge of the local area, and the different areas that we were visiting. She was incredibly friendly, and provided honest advise about each sight we visited, for example, she suggested at the butterfly valley to complete the upper valley rather than the lower valley as we were able to see more, and she was correct. All three sights were worth the visit. We had to pay entry for the kallithea springs (2 euros), and the butterfly valley (5 euros), totalling only 7 euros which was fantastic....

Easy to book, great communication, bus on time, nice and clean good a/c. Trip was approx 4 hours long, which is enough to see all the sites. The acropolis isn’t as high as you think – so please walk and don’t use the poor sad looking donkeys, there isn’t any need. Picked up and dropped off right outside our hotel entrance. Great service.

Our interaction has started at the travel agency where we have been kindly and politely greeted by a very pleasant and professional woman who has made us feel welcomed and important. She was very well informed, had great communication skills and a no sale approach (which is always welcomed) and was very easy to talk to which put us at easy. The trip (in my opinion – considering the taxi one way cost €65 from our hotel) was a good value for money. The great service, my absolute satisfaction with this agency however comes from our misfortune. On the way back we missed the bus departure (what can I say, send 2 women into a labyrinth type of shopping mall and this is the outcome ?). We called the agency and they without any hesitation sent a separate mini bus for us – what an upgrade ? Manos (the boss)...

Well organized! Response to email is very quick and pleasant. Booked and paid online for the following day. Driver was very kind and ahead of schedule to pick us up. Prices are very good and kids under 12 go half price. Busses are new, air conditioned and clean. The best on Rhodes!

Sehr kompetente und geschulte Reiseleitung einen Tag durch Manos selbst und an den beiden anderen Tagen durch Marianna. Beide haben sich viel Mühe mit ihren Gästen gegeben. Marianna spricht nicht deutsch, aber perfektes Englisch. Manos spricht gutes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch. Auch Manos’ Ehefrau hat uns bereits im Vorfeld der Buchung sehr freundlich und ausführlich beraten und dazu beigetragen, dass wir ein Willkommens-Gefühl bekamen und wir sehr gerne wieder eine Reise nach Rhodos buchen.

Well we met George Sialadakis and he talked our party, 6 of us, into allowing him to take us on a tour in 2 very nice touring cars and we are so glad that we did. He showed us the beauty of Rhodes as he told of the culture, people and history of the island. He took us to see sites that we would not have been able to see without a private tour. This turned out to be one of our absolute favorite places of all the Greek isles we cruised. I have been to Rghodes before and stayed at the same resort ( big mistake) This time I was there to celebrate my son wedding. We were a group of 17 and needed transport. I went on Google and was my lucky day because I found george and his incredible team. The first trip we got Apostolos no words can describe what an amazing guy he his. When I first spoke to George on the phone I knew that I could trust me and he was honest no hiden agendas . And this his all you want when abroad. On the wedding day there was loads of running around from hotel to hotel and George was patient and aleays friendly and polite. He has a gift of make us feel confortable and relaxed. This company will stay very close to my thought for their professionalism. The vehicles ( believe me we had a few) were all extremely clean and high mantained. All the little details from wet wipes to clean our hands when boarding the vehicles to bottles of water readly available inside vehicle to the magical trip Apostolos did to an ice cream shop at 1am after collecting us from town and we complained we had no pudding. Firstly, the car was spacious and clean (always so important). We let George suggest where to go in the time we had available,and headed for Lindos. George speaks excellent English, is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. The truth is that we felt that we were out for a day with a friend. I understand that George also has colleagues whom he can recommend on the other islands in Greece, and I can certainly recommend him as a wonderful driver/guide who provided us with a memorable excursion. We got so lucky to just walk off the ship and meet George. We talked with him about best places to go. He promised my group of 8 a 7 hour tour. When we arrived at the dock there was a guide waiting for us with a sign as described. We were told that we could customize the tour and we did. We saw the temple of Zeus, climbed to the top of Lindos, stopped at the Bay of St. Paul, had lunch on the beach with a swim, and then had a walking tour of Rhodes Town. The tour turned out to take 8 hours but true to his word the cost remained the same. Our tour guide was quite good and spoke excellent English. I highly recommend this company. Meeting Point

Your driver will meet you at the reception desk of your hotel or if you are coming on a cruise – at the pier, at the correct dock, with a sign on the car showing your name. We are licensed to get into the dockside and the car will be waiting for you just outside your ship.

Tour Extension

We can easily add an extra hour for lunch at an outstanding traditional Greek tavern or some free time at a beach of your choice. Alternatively, we can arrange a visit to a spectacular seaside tavern near the sea so that you can combine and enjoy both a fabulous lunch and some beach time.  Our drivers are very flexible to any change that you might want even during the tour itself.

If you wish to learn historical events, you must be accompanied by an official guide during your excursion. STOP 1 Rhodes Old Town

We will start our tour with a drive around the walls of the Old Town of Rhodes – the biggest inhabited medieval town in Europe. It was built in 1300s from the knights of the order of St. John. The Medieval Town of Rhodes is inscribed in the World Heritage Sites List of UNESCO. This list recognizes the exceptional value of a cultural site so that it may be protected for the benefit of all Humanity. If you want we can extend the duration of the tour with 1 hour and you can have also some free time to go through the Old town and explore it on your own.

STOP 2 Mandraki Harbor & Annunciation Church

Mandraki port is situated in the new part of the town where you will see some very impressive monumental buildings built by the Italians. Here at the harbor entrance is believed that once stood the great statue of the Colossus of Rhodes – one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World. We will stop for pictures of the area and you will be able also to enter and see the Church of the Annunciation which is the biggest Orthodox church in the town with very beautiful handmade paintings on the walls and spectacular chandeliers.

STOP 3 Colossus of Rhodes

The Colossus of Rhodes was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the most ambitious and tallest statue( between 30 to 33 meters high) of the Hellenistic period. The statue was a depiction of the Greek Titan Helios and was meant to celebrate the victory over the Dimitrios the Besieger (ruler of Cyprus) in 305 BC. Bearing a striking resemblance to the Statue of Liberty in the United States, the Colossus of Rhodes stood for no more than 56 years when a strong earthquake destroyed it. In the seventh century A.D., the Arabs conquered Rhodes and broke the remains of the Colossus up into smaller pieces and sold it as scrap metal. Legend says it took 900 camels to carry away the pieces. A sad end for what must have been a majestic work of art.

STOP 4 Rhodes Acropolis

Now we will continue through the city and see more of the great Italian architecture. We will stop for pictures also at the Northen tip of the island where the Mediterranean and the Aegean seas meet each other. Then we will drive to Monthe Smith Hill where you can enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the city and the seashore, and also see the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the impressive open-air ancient Stadium and the Amphitheatre.

STOP 5 Lindos Panoramic view & St. Paul's Bay

Little before we reach the beautiful village of Lindos we will stop at a place for a panoramic view of the village together with its Acropolis on the top. Before the village we will also visit the picturesque St. Paul’s Bay. It is claimed that St Paul landed here in the year 51 AD to preach Christianity to the Rhodians. There is a small church built there after his name. We will make a stop for pictures to capture this stunning view.

STOP 6 Lindos Village and Acropolis

You will have at least one hour stay to explore the village and to visit its famous Acropolis. The Acropolis in Lindos is the second most popular Acropolis in Greece after the Parthenon in Athens.

STOP 7 Rhodes Pottery Factory

Upon request, during your tour, you can also have a stop at a pottery factory. You will be able to see how beautiful ceramics are made. Rhodes has a long history of pottery going back many centuries at least to the time of the ancient cities. Replicas of designs produced in those times are still been manufactured today together with new modern designs in a younger generation.

We will return back to the city of Rhodes and we can leave you directly to your hotel or ship or at any point of interest

The sprawling, mind-boggling metropolis of Russian Moscow has long been one of the theatrical stages on which the great dramas of Europe and Asia have been played out in grand style.
