Here are some general guidelines to help you write a permission letter from parents to school:

Use a polite and respectful tone while addressing the letter to the appropriate school personnel, such as the principal, teacher, or counselor.

Begin the letter by clearly stating the reason for writing the letter, such as granting permission for an activity or event or giving consent for medical treatment.

Be sure to include all the necessary information related to the activity or event, such as the date, time, and location of the event, as well as any equipment or clothing requirements.

If there are any conditions or restrictions on the permission, such as allergies, medical conditions, or special needs, be sure to clearly state them in the letter.

Provide your contact information, such as phone number and email address, in case the school needs to contact you for any reason.
