Great Staff the rooms are very clean the hotel has great parking and its safe and quiet! Have stayed several times this week and I give it a 5 rating the TV channels are good and has a fridge and microwave in the rooms

No breakfast ,no TV,'s maid only every couple days, owner complains ,and no guests allowed.Even relatives. And they shift you to other rooms.insect infestations in bed ,in every room.way too gross and nasty.

So many concerns with this hotel... do not book here. Praying for a refund and will see if it'll be given due to problems and the inconvenience. Feels like the red light district with spray painted over head lights and feels disgusting with broken walls, filthy sink and blood on the wall and shower curtain??? Disgusting

Shut this place down! If it's in "business " it's because they must be paying someone off. Hookers in the streets, I literally saw used condoms at the entrance. So sick I got hives from the blankets that fell apart when I used them and the only chair that was there.... Well it had a huge RED STAIN! HIV? No phones, no lamp, no soap, the towels smelled like mold and were crunchy just like the sheets. If I could give this place a zero I would. Never stay here it's near Disney, it's not worth it. First thing I did when I got home was take a boiling hot shower. Investigate this place.

Booked this place spur of the moment because the pictures looked nice enough for a quick stay in Anaheim; but after we got here and stayed a few nights, both my girlfriend and I got sick because of the dirty uncleaned air vent that seemed to have mold in it right by the bed. We stayed at a much better place prior with no issues then after our stay here are now still sick and dealing with the repercussions of our stay. Honestly, I wish I could say I am surprised, but I am not. First off, it is illegal to try & charge a fee for service animals as well as illegal to turn away a service animal. But the owner of this place very obviously did not care about that. He threatened to put us out on the streets at damn near 2am because my roommates service dog needed to go to the bathroom. He would not hear any kind of reasoning we attempted to make with him, he was extremely indignant & you know how people behave when they "know" they're right & it's so alarmingly obvious that they aren't but they have that smug look of satisfaction with themselves on their face? This guy took an absolute pleasure in berating my roommate for having the audacity to be disabled and be in need of a service animal to perform life saving behaviors for her. Her poor pup had to sleep in the car all night. We could have gotten past that, maybe. Overall it wasn't a horrible stay. The room was fine. However, upon checkout, despite our efforts to rigorously clean the room before checking out, we missed one incredibly small (& you would think completely insignificant) detail before we left- last night my roommate & I had a short but much needed impromptu photoshoot just to remind ourselves that life is still beautiful.. she wrote a small "you are beautiful!" message on the mirror in a very light/pale pink (EASILY REMOVABLE) lipstick. We missed it, and I'll concede that I shouldn't have missed it, but I don't think I would have seen it as a huge issue even if I had remembered it, if I'm being totally honest. It seemed so harmless. Well, when I went to go collect my deposit, the owner very excitedly told me that I wouldn't be getting my deposit back, due to "messy writing all over the mirror and the chair was not where it was when you checked in!" ........um. What? This guy actually took pleasure in, quite literally, STEALING from us. We are currently experiencing homelessness, mostly living out of a very small car, due to some troubles we both faced in our personal lives recently. While the deposit was only $25-and honestly that's the only reason I didn't completely lose my cool and go off on this vindictive & pitiful little man with a napoleon complex- we were planning on putting that $25 toward a room somewhere else today.. and now we are starting from scratch. I hope this guy feels good about himself. BEWARE. DO NOT COME HERE.

I personally find it rather difficult to give this business and motel even a 1 star, however I don't see any option for 0 or below. This place dishonestly lists itself on Priceline as a 3 star hotel, whereas it should be identified simply as a motel and allowing the guests to rate it. What is even more upsetting and frustrating is Priceline which a large number of people rely on does not check the motel and allows the owner to falsify the information. Another fact that is rather disturbing is the motel is not forced by Priceline to provide identification on Priceline until one has made reservations and only after making reservations the motel name appears and since the pricing is competitive and there is no cancellation offered the guest or travelers are forced into staying at the place. The profile on the Priceline indicates this supposed hotel offers spa bath tub The profile also indicates there is a garden at this lower than 1 star motel, in my opinion there is no garden but narrow planters at the best if one can call them even that. Also there is no security at this motel and due to that fact one might not even be able to rest since in the middle of the night one could wake up to people loudly and rudely knock on other rooms door while yelling and screaming profanities and kicking stairway hand railings, that might be the reason this place, homes many undesirable to the public guests. The profile does not indicate an enforceable deposit which could be from $25-$100 depending on what the front desk attendant can collect. There is no indication that the motel does not allow pets , however while out of your room please be careful because even after allowing the manager know you do not need room service, while you are away they sneak into your room and post a note on the backside of the door as to the motel policies. Another disappointing matter is if you are in your room and sleeping, be ready for the room service person to obnoxiously knock on the door and even if you let her know you don't need room service she will continue to knock obnoxiously on the door until you open and let her know you don't need service so forget sleeping in the morning or later so long as the room service person is there . Also due to language barrier the staff and management appear rather rude. Needless to say my fiancé and I will never again not only not stay at this place, we will not even step into this place and will do all within in our power to stop others from staying here. We also will refuse to use Priceline as a source for referring any hotels or motels

Was approached by the manager before I could even enter my room. Such a creep. They're having children check guests in and out. Crazy that child labor is allowed. Cockroaches, rude service, and NO ACCOMMODATION whatsoever. I called to report the roaches and they called me a liar and told me I could leave in the morning. LOL, this place is a shit show. NEVER AGAIN .

Horrible, dirty, unsafe. I had booked this place because it was a preferred location on Priceline. I prepaid & it was non-refundable. We arrived late without no other options. after I gave the lady my credit card she slid a disgusting taped up dirty remote control under the safety window. I knew what was to come next would not be good. I talked to Priceline & wanted to show them the photos so they could remove it as a preferred property. I didn't want anyone else to have to go through what we did. See my photos!

ZERO stars if I could. I have no idea on where to start. I knew within seconds after stepping inside, that we could NOT possibly go through with this decision. Room smelled like a drug cocktail that was intoxicating. Graffiti covered on the door, dead bugs SPLATTERED on the bed sheets, the list goes on. We aren't bougie people, but damn! Who in their right mind could possibly stay here? No one! Only the drug addicts and prostitutes. Such a shame how misleading this listing is. This is not a safe area, let alone clean. Heroin foil and other drug paraphernalia is through the property grounds & this should be deemed as unsanitary & should be closed. Health department needs to step in immediately. I'm surprised BBB hasn't gotten involved, they need to demolish the property & start fresh. DO NOT stay here unless you want the worst environment possible!
