Clearwater Tiki Boat Tours exceeded all expectations! The crew was top-notch, ensuring a fantastic experience from start to finish. With drinks flowing and a lively atmosphere, my family and I had an absolute blast cruising along the beautiful Clearwater waters. 10/10 would recommend for a fun and memorable outing!

We booked the sunset tour for Labor Day. Really nice scenic backdrop. The selling point was the open bar however, we quickly realized it wasnt mixed drinks as one might think based on the site. It was all canned seltzer like beverages. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed the music, scenery and commentary.

I feel so bad that the bridal party couldn't enjoy this event. Communication between the employees and us was horrible. We were running five min late because of parking and we're told that we could not board for the original time @1:30. Over the phone we were told that we were going to be able to go onto the next boat tour the same day @3:30 with a $15 rescheduling fee per person. We waited and came back on time for the next tour and they turned us away saying they were all booked until Tuesday but went online and saw availablity. It was bad enough that we couldn't make the original boat tour but then we couldn't even make the second boat tour that we were TOLD we would be able to get on. Oh forgot to mention we did not get refunded. Super rude and unprofessional kids. Seamed like it was two kids running their parents business.

I was excited to take this trip. I paid for myself and five of my friends to go on the tiki boat. I read all the emails they sent. I read the reviews. I knew that I needed to allow extra time to get there and park. We left two hours and 15 minutes before the trip. This should have gotten us there at least 30 minutes before hand. Unfortunately, we live in Sarasota and both the Skyway bridge and I-75 we're backed up and our party got into the marina at 4:10. We circled around the parking lot several times and never found a parking spot. We had passed one of the parking lots that was suggested on the website and it said that it was only open for hotel guests. I spoke with the man from the company at 4:15 and told him I was struggling to find a parking space he said 'yes, it's busier than usual' and that if I couldn't find a spot in the marina then I should park at any one of the hotels close by. I dropped off my friend and found a hotel close by that charged $40 to park. I was willing to do this since it was the closest place I could find to park to get to the boat ride. He told me I needed to be there at 4:35 or he would leave, I parked and walked as fast as I could to get to the boat. The other five people from my party were at the boat and told him where I had parked and then I was on my way. He proceeded to pull out of the boat slip just as I was walking up at 4:37. I completely understand why a boat trip would not wait for people. However, he had five out of six of my party there and knew where I had parked, and then I was rushing to get there. I am unable to give this company a good rating since I couldn't take the trip. I have seen now that they have left many people behind. It seems parking is a major issue. He says they make this very clear- but don't offer any good suggestions. I would not recommend this company simply for this reason. And- when I emailed I also got a very snarky response. I will choose another company in order to experience this type of trip.

This was our second cruise with the tiki boat Clearwater. We had a wonderful time again. Not only is the boat beautiful, but the staff couldn't be nicer. They are very helpful and very fun. We recommend this to everyone!

6 DOLPHINS, 2 manatees, 1 cow nosed stingray, 5 Bird species, tons of friends, crystal clear water, and alcohol! OKAY GUYS THIS COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE IS AMAZING!!!!! you really get a lot of bang for your buck $49 for UNLIMITED alcohol (fairly certain the only boat company in Tampa Bay Area with this offer), while having fun with friends in the gorgeous inter coastal. My 4 friends and I went on the boat yesterday and Captain Chris who has his Bachelor's in Marine Biology AND is a coast guard certified Captain was really entertaining, informative, welcoming, and most of all- FUN! I told him I'm having my bachelorette party on Clearwater Tiki LLC (once I get the ring lol). it's a very shaded boat and the alcohol consists of local beers and seltzers (so if you want any other alcohol you'll have to talk to the company beforehand). Bring your own food and water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE :)
