We encourage you to attend one of our live auditions, but if you are not able to attend, we invite you to submit your information online by creating a profile. Registration will take place at the audition location so no pre-registration is required. Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older to be hired. Female and Male Singers who Dance: Seeking true triple threats: We require experienced and technically trained vocalists with a strong dance background in jazz, ballet, tap & partnering. All Female Dancers must be able to perform in 3 inch heels including turns, leaps, floor drops & partnering. Especially seeking women 5’5” – 5’9” with a strong high pop/rock belt and men 5’8”-6’1” with rock baritenor to A4 or pop tenor to C4. Must be capable of understudying lead vocalist tracks as well as performing in the ensemble of dancers. **Singer/Dancers must attend the dance call first prior to attending the singer call.** Female and Male Dancers: Seeking Female Dancers (5’5”-5’9”) and Male Dancers (5’8”-6’1”). Especially seeking fit, athletic, technically trained dancers with a strong background in jazz, ballet, contemporary, commercial, tap & partnering. Male dancers should have a strong physique, be capable of lifts and be comfortable performing onstage shirtless when required. Females should have lean silhouettes. Gymnastics, aerial training, tumbling & partnering skills are a plus! Aerial Opportunity: Dancers interested in aerial tracks must possess well developed, strong bodies to sustain the rigorous demands of aerial work. Aerial performers must be willing to work at heights of up to 30’. All Female Dancers must be able to perform in 3 inch heels including turns, leaps, floor drops & partnering. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a stapled headshot and resume to the audition. Vocalists should present their best 16 bars and have a contrasting piece ready if asked. Please note -- We are not looking for traditional musical theatre voices. We encourage singers to showcase only their best pop/rock audition material. An accompanist will be provided at the auditions and sheet music in the proper key is required. Female Dancers should be prepared to dance in 3" heels and men should bring character/jazz shoes. You must be a minimum 18 years of age to audition. Performers of all ethnicities are encouraged to attend. Union and Non-Union members are welcome. Any vocalists selected will be sent song cuts to prepare and Live Character Actresses will be sent sides. Due to the amount of submissions, we receive, we may not be able to see everyone who submits. If you are not selected, then may receive a notification on how to be considered for employment in lieu of a live audition.

PRODUCTION VOCALISTS: actively seeking all ethnicities. Seeking excellent vocalist that can do Broadway, rock and contemporary pop. Must be strong actors and move well.

* Men should be High Baritone to Tenor – Full voice, A4 above middle C who are also strong actors and move well.

* Women should have a full voice rock belt to at least C above middle C who also have a legit soprano up to a minimum of G5. THERE ARE NO BELT ONLY TRACKS ON OUR SHIPS.

LIVE CHARACTER ACTRESS: Seeking a dynamic and versatile performer with strong hosting skills and good comedic timing who can interpret the roles of JOAN BREWER – QUEEN OF THE PIRATES and FORTUNA LUCK on our ships. Performance duties include hosting interactive live events and games around the pool and public lounges whilst remaining in character. And leading interactive demo games in the Casino. Must be able to do a standard RP British accent and American accent. Must be between the heights of 5'5 to 5'7.

Parking : Parking garages are located on the Blvd of the Allies and Third Ave. (please refer to the campus map or website). 

Building Access : Point Park University is a secure campus. All external visitors are asked to access campus using the Third Avenue entrance to Academic Hall. (PDF of campus map and AH Atrium diagram attached). Your team will be asked to sign in at the security desk. Also, please leave your phone number with the desk attendant, so they will be able to contact you quickly, if an emergency arises.

On the day of auditions, way finding signs will be posted directing participants to the GRW Dance Complex. 

Dancers should be warmed up and ready to dance in appropriate dance attire and shoes with a picture and current resume. Women should bring character heels and a flat dance shoe or sneakers. Men should wear dance shoes that they can turn in or sneakers. You will not be allowed to dance barefoot or in socks.

MALE DANCERS: 18 to late 30's, actively seeking all ethnicities. Seeking fit, athletic dancers with strong technical training and outgoing personalities. No singing required.

FEMALE DANCERS: 18 to late 30's, actively seeking all ethnicities. Seeking fit, athletic dancers with strong technical training and outgoing personalities. No singing required.

NYC Invited Production Vocalist Call (April 17-19, 2024)

We will be holding auditions by invitation only from 10:00AM - 5:00PM on April 17, 18 & 19, 2024. You will be considered for any appointment day, unless you make a specific note on your application.

To be considered for the invited call please apply below. There are only a limited number of spots available. All submissions must be in no later than Monday, April 15, 2024. Due to the number of submissions, we receive, we may not be able to see everyone who submits.
