This new Parisian spot with a view invites you to take your time, in a setting created by the talented designer Ramy Fischler and architect Nicola Delon. They have dreamed up an interior with modern, inspiring design, opting for natural, eco-friendly materials in line with their own values and those promoted by Thierry Marx’s cuisine.

The menu features dishes created by chef Thierry Marx, displaying his expertise and his vision of a new kind of brasserie-style cuisine to surprise your tastebuds: like the delicious blue lobster with quinoa from the Artisans Guild* with seasonal vegetables and herbs, or the Jaune Fermière chicken cannelloni gratin, with spinach, Ile-de-France ricotta and Marengo jus. 

Madame Brasserie is sure to bring the finishing touch to the out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experiences offered at the Eiffel Tower, following the opening of the Michelin-starred The Jules Verne restaurant in 2019 and the exclusive Pierre Hermé macarons launched in late 2020. The menu offers a family-friendly range during the day, shifting to more refined dishes and a luxurious ambiance in the evening.

•     Dinner menu (starter, main and dessert) from €90 - Two services at 6.30 pm and 9 pm – reservation strongly recommended.

The menu bears the clear signature of the chef, displaying his expertise and influences and delivering brasserie cuisine that’s anchored in the Paris of today.

Your Madame Brasserie reservation includes access to the First Floor of the Eiffel Tower, but not to the Second Floor or the Top. 

On the ground floor of the Brasserie, the Madame Brasserie Lounge can be accessed throughout the day without reservation (depending on availability) for typically Parisian, gourmet breakfasts (between 10 am and 12 pm), afternoon teas to delight young and old (between 3 and 6 pm), as well as simply for a refreshing drink or alcoholic beverage, as you prefer.   

*Created on Thierry Marx’s initiative, the Eiffel Tower Artisans Guild is a network of artisan caterers from Paris and the Ile-de-France region who have remarkable expertise and have made a commitment to an eco-responsible and sustainable approach. It was our final night in Paris, so we wanted to make it very special. We dined at the 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant. Our experience was outstanding! The restaurant opened promptly at 6:30 PM for its first seating. We were ushered to our table quickly and the odyssey began. Our service was outstanding and the food was beautifully presented and very delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the first level as we dined. Both my wife and I felt that the costs were perfect for the service and experience received. Don't miss this very special treat!

Collect your lift ticket at the restaurant booth (between the north and east pillars, near the BNP Paribas cash machine) which gives priority access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower. *The restaurant does not have a cloakroom nor lockers for luggage.
