The Idaho Junior Tour has partnered with the Rocky Mountain PGA Section and the Idaho Junior Golf Foundation to bring Youth on Course to Idaho! Allowing juniors to play golf statewide and nationally for only $5 green fees!!!
Eligible Juniors and Benefits
Juniors age six to eighteen, not playing on the Idaho Junior Tour
$5 green fees at participating facilities statewide and nationally
$30 Membership Fee | Valid January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024
All YOC memberships are managed through YOC headquarters. Any questions regarding refunds or auto renewal please contact them at [email protected]
It can take up to two business days from the date of membership purchase before juniors will have full access to the YOC mobile app.
Youth on Course is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf. Private funding makes it possible for members to have access to play for $5 or less through subsidies to thousands of courses throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.
Members have the opportunity to succeed through Youth on Course programs : DRIVE Club, Careers on Course, Leadership Council and College Scholarships. In addition, Youth on Course has an Alumni Network which extends membership to those 19 and older. This elevated membership offers opportunities for young adults to connect at complementary events, access exclusive deals, find jobs, and much more.

ABOUT THE IDAHO GOLF ASSOCIATION
The Idaho Golf Association (IGA) is a 501 (C)(7) non-profit organization founded in 1969 with the goal of being an all-encompassing and governing body for amateur golf in Idaho. The mission of the IGA is to promote the best interest of amateur golf, by providing course rating and handicapping services to member clubs, conducting championships, providing playing opportunities for members, education, and protecting the spirit of the game. The IGA is comprised of approximately 18,000 members and approximately 75 member courses.
The IGA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 15 men and women who serve three year terms. Operations are administered by five full-time employees and multiple USGA P.J. Boatwright Interns. Its 18 state championships and various USGA qualifiers are conducted each year in addition to over 30 events on the Idaho Junior Tour schedule.

PBE Status will be awarded if all criteria including the following minimum field sizes are met:
Boys Oldest Junior Division or Overall = 40 Girls Oldest Junior Division or Overall = 12 Boys Younger Division = 20 Girls Younger Division = 6
Note: If older and younger divisions play from the same yardage, we will combine the divisions and look at the overall results when awarding PBE Status.

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

Chris Carew is a former Idaho Junior Tour player who went on to play golf at the collegiate and professional level. After a brief stint with professional status in 2020, Chris returned to Idaho where he began coaching the Men and Women's golf teams at The College of Idaho while helping the Idaho Junior Tour run events in the summertime.
