Le Jules Verne

Tout près du Champ-de-Mars, bienvenue chez Ryunosuke Naito et Kwen Liew : lui, le Japonais formé dans quelques-unes des maisons les plus prestigieuses de la place parisienne (Taillevent, Meurice), elle la Malaisienne. Ils composent à quatre mains une cuisine du marché aux saveurs intenses, offrant au passage un délicieux lifting à la tradition française.

Le Violon d'Ingres

Au bon accueil, le cassenoix, ducasse sur seine, l'ami jean.

La cuisine de Stéphane Jégo est à l'image de son caractère : sincère et bien trempée. Les plats alternent entre les registres marin – le chef est breton – et basco-béarnais (il a été le second de Camdeborde à La Régalade), avec gibier en saison, poissons, porc, agneau, champignons… Sans oublier le riz au lait de Maman Philomène. Vu le succès, c’est toujours bondé, animé et sympathique. Un super moment.

Dans une rue calme à deux pas de la Tour Eiffel, ce restaurant vous accueille dans un cadre sobre mais lumineux. Dans l'assiette, on trouve une cuisine traditionnelle, teintée de quelques recettes plus actuelles. A la carte, ce jour-là : terrine de lapin en croûte et jus de betterave acidulé, cuisse de canard confite sauce au persil, filet de bœuf cuit au feu de bois et pommes dauphine, soufflé aux myrtilles.

Don Juan II

Amarrée au pied de la passerelle Debilly, rive droite et face à la Tour Eiffel, un magnifique yacht Art déco, le Don Juan II, décorée de boiseries somptueuses et revêtue d'une moquette épaisse n'attend plus que vous. Embarquez pour une croisière touristique et gourmande de 2h30 sous la houlette d’un capitaine hors norme, Frédéric Anton ! Le chef du Pré Catelan a sélectionné quelques-unes de ses créations emblématiques (langoustines en ravioli, chevreuil rôti à la truffe d'automne, soufflé chaud au chocolat) pour régaler ses passagers. Au fil de la Seine défilent les plus beaux monuments de la Ville Lumière, dûment commentés par l’équipage, pendant ce voyage de luxe...

Monsieur Bleu

Comme emplacement dans Paris, on fait difficilement mieux que cette adresse... Nichée dans le palais de Tokyo, elle est superbe avec sa salle Art déco tout en gris, vert et or, et sa terrasse regardant la Seine et la tour Eiffel. L'assiette n'est pas en reste, sophistiquée et savoureuse. Un endroit très en vue !

Sancerre Rive Gauche

Sancerre, une colline, un vin et même un bon petit resto parisien dans ce quartier huppé – une adresse qui fut jadis le fief du grand vigneron sancerrois Alphonse Mellot. Dans une ambiance de bistrot moderne, Anne-Cécile Faye, rompue à l'art de l'hospitalité, accueille avec une verve réconfortante. Quant au chef Éric Lecerf, il réalise au cordeau une cuisine canaille aussi épatante que réjouissante : des pâtés, des abats et autres victuailles roboratives, sans oublier le plat phare de la maison, le chou farci, une vraie réussite. Tous présentés sur le comptoir, tartes et gâteaux entiers sont découpés par le serveur à la réclame.

Perché sur le toit terrasse du musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, ce restaurant entièrement vitré, dont Jean Nouvel a signé l'architecture intérieure et extérieure, fait un clin d'œil à la tour Eiffel toute proche. Supervisée par Alain Ducasse, la carte est mise en scène avec talent par un proche, le chef Alexandre Sempere. Pas d'ombre(s) sur cette cuisine moderne de saison et de beaux produits, qui se ressent des influences méditerranéennes de son mentor. Mention spéciale aux desserts du chef pâtissier Jérémy Schotte, comme cette mousse de skyr fermier à la main de bouddha et granité de feuilles de citronnier.

Pourquoi FRANCETTE ?

L'adresse tout d'abord, Francette est un restaurant  situé littéralement sous l'emblème national : la Tour Eiffel.

L'assiette et les vins ensuite, à travers Francette nous voulons mettre en avant la cuisine française et la diversités de ses vins. La cheffe Marie Pacotte (ex Ferrandi, et parcours dans des restaurants étoilés) est aux manettes en cuisine.  Francette a obtenu le label Ecotable en 2022.

L'atmosphère enfin, Francette c'est un hommage au paquebot le France qui opérait les croisières Transatlantique dans les années 60s. Cet esprit paquebot c'est précisément ce qui anime ce lieu, 3 étages, 3 concepts pour 3 ambiances différentes.
