1. View the list of participating Pharmacies to find the most convenient store for you.

2. Register and Login to complete an e-travel form for yourself or a family member. This form requires  you to provide us with your medical history , your  immunization record , and your travel itinerary in order for our expert travel medicine staff to be able to provide you with the best and safest possible recommendations for your trip. 

• Travel Physician Review of Health History, Shot Record and Travel Itinerary
• Required Physician Recommendations/Directive consistent with latest guidelines
• Travel Booklet: Travel recommendations/information and vaccine information sheets

4. You will be notified by email within 2 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) of submission that your travel recommendations are complete.

5. Log back in to SafeGard Travel to obtain your Travel Booklet.

6. The pharmacy will also be notified and will contact you to review the recommendations.

Our ACPE-accredited online course has been designed to assist pharmacists and other medical professionals in expanding their knowledge and skills related to improving care provided to patients traveling internationally (international travelers).  When used in conjunction with TravelCare's decision support software, this online training course fully empowers medical professionals to add value to their customers and patients and deliver best in class travel health and safety advice.
