The Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association, HSVPOA, is a private, tax-exempt homeowners’ association, and the governing body of Hot Springs Village. Hot Springs Village is a gated community nestled in the Ouachita Mountains and the POA staff has the privilege of providing quality services with integrity, accountability, and innovation to Hot Springs Village property owners. The welcoming dynamic lifestyle with first class amenities makes Hot Springs Village the perfect place to live, work and play.
The POA office is in the heart of Hot Springs Village; however, our team is spread over more than 26,000 acres of beautiful scenic land. Our talented team members are a cut above the rest. There are numerous types of positions offered at the POA. We employee personnel for police, fire, waste-water, water, public works, public utilities, golf shops, golf maintenance, restaurants, marine, administration, fitness center and many more.

Radium Hot Springs is an idyllic mountain town nestled between the towering peaks of the Canadian Rockies and Purcell Mountains, with the Columbia River running down its spine. Radium Hot Springs is within a few hours’ drive of 6 National Parks and many Provincial Parks, and only 1.5 hours west of Banff.
In the summer, explore endless nearby trail systems for hiking and biking, visit one of the nearby campgrounds, or head out on a guided adventure. I n the winter, enjoy the nearby ski areas at Panorama Mountain Resort or Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, explore the Nordic trails at Nipika Mountain Resort, and skate on the World’s Longest Skating Path in Invermere.
