The pick up and arrival points in Singapore is at the famous tourist attraction spot, Singapore Flyers, and as for Kuala Lumpur, the check-in place and arrival points is located at Berjaya Times Square which is conveniently located at Kuala Lumpur’s Bukit Bintang.
The Genting Highlands’ check-in and arrival points is located at First World Bus Terminal where you can easily connect to facilities in Genting Highland. Lastly, the check-in and arrival points for Malacca is at Mahkota Hotel which easily connects the passengers to Malacca’s tourist hot spots like Red House (Stadhuys), A’Famosa, and Jonker Street.
The coaches deployed for WTS’s express service are mostly high-deck coaches with personal entertainment video on demand available. Despite the premium quality of service provided, the WTS bus tickets are reasonably priced within the range of S$20 – S$45.
Lately, WTS has even started a new bus service from Singapore to Mersing, as well as the bus and ferry package from Singapore to Tioman Island through Tanjung Gemok. The coach runs daily on the scheduled time of 6:30 a.m departing from Singapore to Mersing and Tanjung Gemok, before transferring to the Bluewater Express Speed Ferry.
With a fleet of more than 60 deluxe coaches, WTS Travel & Tours buses goes through various stages of stringent screening and testing. Unlike many bus operators that expect you to come to them, WTS buses go to where the customers stay. There are 12 pick-up points across Singapore. You can travel from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, or Malacca from the nearby MRT station or shopping mall pick-up points located in Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Sembawang, Sengkang, Tampines and Woodland.
WTS Tampines Hub Pick Up Point
WTS Travel and WTS City Express coaches pick up point at Tampines is located at the South Plaza of Our Tampines Hub, opposite the Arena@OTH. In addition to the WTS Travel's daily departure from Tampines to Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands, you can now take the WTS City Express from Tampines to Penang, Ipoh, Klang and Shah Alam on every Friday evening.
The travel time from Tampines to Kuala Lumpur is about 7.5 hours. If you take the 7am coach from Our Tampines Hub then you'll arrive at Berjaya Times Square Hotel about 2.30pm.

Reviewed March 31, 2023. So we took WTS coach to Genting Highlands. Chose it for its convenience on the pick up location. The trip towards Genting Highlands was good, the drive was smooth and no one got car sick. The trip from Genting Highlands to Singapore was the worst in my entire life. There has never been a coach service that was this bad.
Lousy hotel (Resort Hotel) as stated by WTS hotel just upgraded. First time encounter hotel with no wifi, hotel room doesn't look like is has been Reno before. Room with a stink smell when enter. Worse of all, bus back to Singapore been delayed for 2 to 2hrs 30 mins. Been informed just 10 mins before reported time stipulated by WTS.
