With their universally acclaimed 11th album But Here We Are stacking up Best of 2023 So Far accolades and singles “Rescued” and “Under You” cementing the band’s tally of more #1s than any other artist at Rock and Alternative Radio, Foo Fighters have confirmed a massive run of summer 2024 U.S. Stadium dates. The newly announced leg of the Everything or Nothing at All Tour will kick off with the band’s return to New York’s Citi Field for the first time since 2015 for a July 17 and 19 doubleheader and will see Foo Fighters host 12 rock ’n’ roll marathons at 10 stadiums, including a pair of shows August  9 and 11 at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

Foo Fighters’ 2024 stadium dates will mark the band’s biggest U.S. headline shows since the June 2 release of But Here We Are , which has landed on the mid-year best of lists of Alternative Press, Consequence, Entertainment Weekly, The Los Angeles Times, Loudwire and Uproxx among others, while generating some of the most positive critical notes in Foo Fighters history, including:

Foo Fighters Annnounce Two NYC Shows at Citi Field on 2024 Stadium Tour

Foo Fighters have announced the 2024 Everything Or Nothing At All Tour, in support of their 11th full length record But Here We Are . The tour kicks off with two shows at NYC’s Citi Field on July 17 and 19.

With singles “Rescued” and “Under You,” Foo Fighters acclaimed album But Here We Are was released on June 2. It debuted at #1 on UK charts, marking the group’s sixth official #1 album. But Here We Are is the group’s first release since the passing of their longtime beloved drummer, Taylor Hawkins in March 2022. 

Foo Fighters’ 2024 tour begins with two shows at New York’s Citi Field on July 17 and 19, and continues with shows at legendary stadiums, such as Boston ’s Fenway Park, San Diego’s Petco Park, and Seattle’s T-Mobile Park. The tour will see support from Pretenders, The Hives, Mammoth WVH, Amyl and The Sniffers, Alex G, and L7 on various dates.

General onsale for tickets begins on Friday, October 6 at 10AM. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning on Tuesday, October 3 at 10AM, until Thursday October 5 at 10PM through the Citi Entertainment Program . More information and tickets are available here .

Great performance.

Foo Fighters is always wonderful. They are so fun and interactive at concerts and play the best music. The 713 Music Hall is such a nice and clean place and I love that it's a little smaller than other venues so you always have a good seat.

Everyone is Kung Foo Fighting

Seeing such a huge band in a small venue is an experience we should all be so blessed to experience. My heart is full of Foo joy. Being in a room full of people all there to see a group that we all love just does something to you.

Foo fighters were great, some fans were not

This was my 3rd Foo show this year so it goes without saying, they were amazing. Also, kudos to the venue for letting them extend their set for 30 minutes! My only gripe was the fan in front of me holding her phone in my view for the majority of the concert. I was in the section just behind the pit. To have paid that kind of money for tickets only to have a view obscured by a phone held up above her head was incredibly frustrating.

They put in the best show I have ever seen!!!! I can’t wait to see them again one day! Best experience ever!

Excellent, as expected

It’s the Foo Fighters. It was just as amazing as I’d hope and dreamed for. We had great seats, parking rgt near the entrance where the seats were, easy access to the bathrooms and to the beverages. Just perfect.

Best concert ever

Venue 713 in houston was great. No much ppl, close space, great sound. It was the perfect environment. And the band played perfect!

Best case scenario

A legendary rock band with a large repertoire of songs known by all, in a small intimate venue, equals the perfect live music night. Foo Fighters did not disappoint! Dave Grohl commanded the stage and connected with the audience through music and conversation. Everything about this nit was magic! 713 was an awesome venue!!!!

Best concert of my entire life

This concert was by far the best concert in my entire life! The energy was almost tangible and Dave Grohl is the best frontman ever!

Great show great venue

Foo Fighters rocked like they always do! They made a short notice appearance at 713 music hall, which was my first time there. This is a smaller venue which makes every seat a great seat. The concessions were top notch! Wait time maybe two minutes. Really great experience can wait for the next show.

Foo Fighters reveal 2024 U.S. summer tour with The Pretenders, The Hives, and more

Foo Fighters will embark on a massive trek across the United States next summer.

Revealed today , the tour will find the rock band headlining stadiums in 10 cities. The trek will kick off with a two-night stint at NYC’s Citi Field on July 17 and July 19, and it’ll conclude with a stop at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park on August 18. For this trek, The Pretenders and The Hives will be direct support on select dates. Mammoth WVH, L7, Amyl and The Sniffers , and Alex G will take over the opening spot on select dates as well.

Tour dates and show lineups can be seen below. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday (October 6) at 10 a.m. local time.

Foo Fighters to perform at Citi Field next summer

These shows are part of the band’s upcoming stadium tour throughout the summer of 2024, celebrating the launch of their 11th studio album in 2023, “But Here We Are.” Citi Field will be the first stop of this tour.

This will mark the band’s first series of shows at Citi Field since 2015, when lead singer and guitarist Dave Grohl was limited to sitting on stage after suffering a broken leg during a previous performance. Joining the Foo Fighters for these upcoming shows will be the groups “Pretenders” and “Mammoth WVH” on July 17 and “The Hives” and “Amyl and The Sniffers” on July 19.

Originally formed in 1994 by former “Nirvana” drummer Dave Grohl, the Foo Fighters have established themselves as one of the greatest rock bands of all time. The group has won 15 Grammy Awards (five for best rock album) and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021.

In addition to Grohl, the band’s current lineup also includes Nate Mendel on the bass, Pat Smear on guitar, Chris Shiflett on guitar and backing vocals. Rami Jaffee on keyboards and Josh Freese on drums and percussions. Freese joined the band in 2023, replacing the late great longtime drummer Taylor Hawkins after his sudden death in 2022.

Komsomolskaya metro station looks like a museum. It has vaulted ceilings and baroque decor.

Hidden underground, in the heart of Moscow, are historical and architectural treasures of Russia. These are Soviet-era creations – the metro stations of Moscow.

Our guide Maria introduced these elaborate metro stations as “the palaces for the people.” Built between 1937 and 1955, each station holds its own history and stories. Stalin had the idea of building beautiful underground spaces that the masses could enjoy. They would look like museums, art centers, concert halls, palaces and churches. Each would have a different theme. None would be alike.

The two-hour private tour was with a former Intourist tour guide named Maria. Maria lived in Moscow all her life and through the communist era of 60s to 90s. She has been a tour guide for more than 30 years. Being in her 60s, she moved rather quickly for her age. We traveled and crammed with Maria and other Muscovites on the metro to visit 10 different metro stations.

Moscow subways are very clean

To Maria, every street, metro and building told a story. I couldn’t keep up with her stories. I don’t remember most of what she said because I was just thrilled being in Moscow.   Added to that, she spilled out so many Russian words and names, which to one who can’t read Cyrillic, sounded so foreign and could be easily forgotten.

The metro tour was the first part of our all day tour of Moscow with Maria. Here are the stations we visited:

1. Komsomolskaya Metro Station  is the most beautiful of them all. Painted yellow and decorated with chandeliers, gold leaves and semi precious stones, the station looks like a stately museum. And possibly decorated like a palace. I saw Komsomolskaya first, before the rest of the stations upon arrival in Moscow by train from St. Petersburg.

2. Revolution Square Metro Station (Ploshchad Revolyutsii) has marble arches and 72 bronze sculptures designed by Alexey Dushkin. The marble arches are flanked by the bronze sculptures. If you look closely you will see passersby touching the bronze dog's nose. Legend has it that good luck comes to those who touch the dog's nose.

3. Arbatskaya Metro Station served as a shelter during the Soviet-era. It is one of the largest and the deepest metro stations in Moscow.

4. Biblioteka Imeni Lenina Metro Station was built in 1935 and named after the Russian State Library. It is located near the library and has a big mosaic portrait of Lenin and yellow ceramic tiles on the track walls.

5. Kievskaya Metro Station was one of the first to be completed in Moscow. Named after the capital city of Ukraine by Kiev-born, Nikita Khruschev, Stalin's successor.

6. Novoslobodskaya Metro Station  was built in 1952. It has 32 stained glass murals with brass borders.

7. Kurskaya Metro Station was one of the first few to be built in Moscow in 1938. It has ceiling panels and artwork showing Soviet leadership, Soviet lifestyle and political power. It has a dome with patriotic slogans decorated with red stars representing the Soviet's World War II Hall of Fame. Kurskaya Metro Station is a must-visit station in Moscow.

8. Mayakovskaya Metro Station built in 1938. It was named after Russian poet Vladmir Mayakovsky. This is one of the most beautiful metro stations in the world with 34 mosaics painted by Alexander Deyneka.

9. Belorusskaya Metro Station is named after the people of Belarus. In the picture below, there are statues of 3 members of the Partisan Resistance in Belarus during World War II. The statues were sculpted by Sergei Orlov, S. Rabinovich and I. Slonim.

10. Teatralnaya Metro Station (Theatre Metro Station) is located near the Bolshoi Theatre.
