If you want to learn about classic Danish cuisine then this is the tour for you!

On this 4 ½ hour culinary walking tour we will go around the center of Copenhagen and try something from the sea, the land and something to satisfy your sweet tooth. You will also get to taste Danish beer and spirits.

You even get to see some of Copenhagen’s famous sights along the way…

Brew & Chew Tour

If you want to drink great beer and try amazing food along the way then this tour is for you.

On this 4 ½ to 5 hour brew and chew walking tour we will visit two to three very different but lively Copenhagen neighbourhoods. You will definately be going off the tourist trail. 

You will get to drink plenty of Danish produced beer. We go from microbreweries to modern taprooms and get plenty of amazing food to try along the way too.

cR AFT bEER cRAWL

This tour is all about beer. So if you love beer then this is the tour for you. There will be food and snacks – we will also get to see some sights and you will hear some stories along the way, but craft beer will be at the centre of it all.

Think of it as sort of a pub crawl, but with great snacks and street food.

So experience Copenhagen with beer in hand as we walk along one to two different Copenhagen neighbourhoods. Check schedule for what neighbourhoods we are touring through. Different neighbourhoods means completely different tours.

Tours last between 3 to 4 ½ hours (depending on location) – and about 3-5 times a year we do a complete Copenhagen Craft Beer Crawl – about 5-6 hour tour.

Overview of the tour in Copenhagen

We will eat a danish "ristet hotdog med det hele". Then walk to a restaurant and eat "stegt flæsk". Further we go to another restaurant and eat "smørrebrød". And then end at Steen & Ole Lagkagehuset and taste Danish Pastries. I hope you are hungry. However, we will not eat a full meal in the four places; otherwise, we cannot walk :-) - A Danish hot dog is a cultural institution and has been feeding hungry Danish men and women for over a century. - Danes were asked to vote for their national dish a few years ago. The winning dish was a classic pork recipe 'stent flæsk med persillesovs'. The crispy pork with parsley sauce and potatoes is an old dish that has won hearts, and tummies for many hundred years. -A "smørrebrød" is an 'open faced' sandwich. "Smørrebrød" is simply a slice of rye bread with various combinations of toppings such as pickled herring, roast beef, and eggs topped with mayo and shrimp -Danish pastries rose in popularity over the centuries and are now a firm favorite of ordinary Danes.
