Wouldn’t refund me because we had to cancel because of a sick person.

Asked the tour guide about putting on pants brought with for ATV rode and was told not necessary. Should wear socks and pants even though tour guide says shorts and water shoes are fine. When told tour guide the ATV was burning leg was not taken seriously. Ended up with what are considered stage 1 level 2 burns (blistered and will leave scarring) the heat shield was not working properly. Had to seek medical attention for burns. Foot rests were also broken on ATV. With the exception of the issues wih ATV and injury had fun ziplining and swimming in cenote. Happy Tours called due to another reason and when told the Happy Tours caller about the burn and havig to seek medical attention got ignored.

I use Happy tours for all of my transportation needs .Now that they book excursions, even better. Had no issues booking tours on their website. Very simple and straightforward.

Happy tours was great for booking. No issues. Any questions all you have to do is call and they will help you no problems. Definitely use their service again.

First, have correct snorkel vests. Life jacket is not good for snorkeling. Everything was just to rushed. Crew was great. And also platinum is not worth the xtra money. Other tours did exactly what we did. Just a few less people.

Overall great experience; they showed up right on time to pick us from and to the airport.

Everything went perfect as planned. Minod delay at pickup time but overall very enjoyable and much much better thane expected after reading TripAdvisor bad reviews of many other different Tour companies. I would highly recommend HappyTou rs to anybody who wants to do a tour in Cancún area.

Description

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Cancun's famous  Kukulcan Boulevard . There, we'll catch a boat across the  Nichupte Lagoon and the mangrove area until we reach the open sea, where we'll switch to a boat with a glass bottom .

Once we've gotten settled in the bottom of the boat, we'll sail to the Punta Nizuc reef , the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Through the glass, we'll see tropical fish , turtles , more than 230 species of algae and, if we're lucky, the friendly resident  manatees !

But that's not all. This region is home to the Cancun Underwater Museum of Art , consisting of sculptures by British Jason deCaires Taylor and Cuban Elier Amado Gil . We'll likely be able to see some of the most famous ones such as The Speaker , Vein Man and Self Immolation . 

After 2 hours, we'll return to the starting point and the activity will come to an end.

Ulises was our guide very informative and very patient. Tips would be carry cash, carry sunscreen because it going to very hot and sunny. We stopped at a souvenir mayan shop before going to chichen itza. Then paul was a great tour guide for that. The cenote was gorgeous as well as the food. Then we did tequila tasting in valladolid. They were 20 minutes late picking us up but I'm sure it wasn't intentional. The bus has nice AC. It's a great way to see alot of things in one day. Ruth was knowledgeable. Alfredo and Ruth our tour guides, and Jose our driver were very helpful and made sure to share all their knowledge on Mayan history and culture. It’s a full day trip so you’ll definitely need comfortable shoes, a hat, towels, plenty of water, and a change of clothes to get back onto the bus after jumping in the cenote. There are plenty of opportunities to buy artisanal items and souvenirs, it’s cheaper in Mexican pesos than USD. If you want to do a bit of everything the Yucatán peninsula has to offer this excursion is definitely worth it. We left from Tulum and were the last ones to get picked up in the morning and first ones to be dropped off which we loved! Alfredo and Ruth our tour guides, and Jose our driver were very helpful and made sure to share all their knowledge on Mayan history and culture. It’s a full day trip so you’ll definitely need comfortable shoes, a hat, towels, plenty of water, and a change of clothes to get back onto the bus after jumping in the cenote. There are plenty of opportunities to buy artisanal items and souvenirs, it’s cheaper in Mexican pesos than USD. If you want to do a bit of everything the Yucatán peninsula has to offer this excursion is definitely worth it. We left from Tulum and were the last ones to get picked up in the morning and first ones to be dropped off which we loved! Cesar and Miriam were engaging and informative, and the whole thing was very organized. The bus was comfortable and the tequila tasting at the end was delicious.
