Vey helpful travel agents want into Hayes Travel in Northfield…

We want into Hayes Travel in Northfield Avenue, Kettering, we were helped by a really nice lady Sophia, we wanted to book a holiday to Australia with stopovers. She was very informative and helpful and got us a great deal on our holiday. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she got us different quotes and gave us helpful advice.

The travel consultant she was brilliant . Made it interesting and offered a lot of choice to suit us. Printed out lots of information to look through. Although it was getting near her time gto go home but she didn't hurry us at all . Lovely lady

We are very happy with the service we received. Sofia listened to our requirements and we were open to suggestions during a small date window. She came up with a particularly good suggestion, somewhere we would have not thought of but had everything we asked for.

Lovely lady who served me was very helpful and found us the perfect holiday. I cannot fault the service I received. My daughter and I also signed up for a Hays top up card which she discussed with us. Looking forward to our holiday. Thank you Hays x

Sophia at kettering Hayes was really helpful

Sophia is a great member of staff she listened to what we wanted and needed. She advised us what's best and was more then happy to book our holiday for us. Intact it's our 2nd holiday we have booked with her. We are also looking to book another shortly with her too. She is really helpful and friendly person to deal with.

Very pleased with the service.

Justine served us and she was very friendly and helpful. She understood our needs. She booked our cruise and explained everything fully, mentioning passport information too. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Tailor made Spain…

Holiday 2025

We had a good idea of the holiday we wanted and were welcomed at the store by Wendy. She asked what we wanted and found the holiday we'd already considered.She gave us some extra advice and a few other things to consider and within a few minutes, we'd booked our holiday for 2025! Lovely lady, very helpful and obviously knows "her stuff". Thanks Wendy.

We booked a Disneyland holiday with Maxine in the Kettering branch and her expertise in knowing the area and endeavours prompted us to book with yourselves. From the initial enquiry on day 1, Maxine was on it and without being pushy, she sent us quotes and different options on most days. A really good experience from you and it seems the whole team are very close knit and make each customer experience a memorable one. Thank you again, you made the whole process very, very easy.
