Kesari tour charges a bomb price and provide a very substandard services. Hotels they make you stay are 1 or max 2 star and the food quality in stay or during travel is par below.

In my case it took 2 hours. but 2 hours are still good.

I think their prices are much better than makemytrip or goibibo.

I booked Kesari tours to explore Europe's Christmas markets in December 2019. I was meant to meet the group directly at Budapest and join them for the bus journey ahead travelling thru Prague, Slovakia, Vienna, Dresden and culminating in Berlin.

Except for me, everyone else travelled from India as individual families. I found the tour guide to be extremely partial. I got slightly lost in Prague and was late by 10 mins to meet the group. To my utter surprise, the tour manager spoke to me very rudely and I got emotional. Because I made the payment already, I decided to say sorry and move on. I was just waiting to reach the final destination - Berlin from which I can be on my own heading back to London while this tour headed to Mumbai.

In more than two occasions after the Prague episode, there were families coming late to rejoin the group, some were late by over 30 mins but to my utter surprise, the tour manager did not say a word rather had a laugh with them. I perceived that he couldn't because there was a man involved. Had it been single woman, he sure would have shown his attitude. I decided to give this feedback to Kesari upon my return from the tour. It didn't surprise me either that the tour manager asked me to provide a feedback for him but immediately after took back his ask realising that not much I had to say about him and his work.

Couple of days later post the conclusion of the tour, I was in Copenhagen holidaying when I received a call from Kesari tours asking for feedback. I provided the exact feedback as above to the lady on the phone but not sure if any action was taken hence sharing my experience on this platform.

We recently took South Africa - Kenya with Victoria Falls tour with my family from 21st Oct till 3rd Nov 2023.

I would like to highlight the non-professional attitude and In-efficiency of your tour guide Mr Santosh Munde.

A) Day 1 we reach the Airport and we see Santosh at the check-in counter. After that he is not traceable till the boarding is announced for the flight. NO INTERACTION with the guests and he was no-where to be seen. This behaviour continued throughout the tour.

We landed at Nairobi and Santosh said "aapko ek hi bag le jana hai extra luggage separate kar dijiye it will go to hotel.

When the guests said - : aapko pehle batana chahiye that he said I had called.

On checking with each other we found he had called only 3 /4 families regarding this. WE DEFINITELY DID NOT GET ANY CALL.

In-fact when I called SNATOSH a couple of times before starting from Delhi, he did not take my calls nor reverted ......there was no response from him, so I finally called up our OLD KESARI TOUR GUIDE (HITESH) -who helped us connect with Santosh - AMAZING ISN'T IT, how the image of KESARI TOURS is being played with.

Santosh also had the audacity to share with me during our conversation- Madam main kisi client/customer ka phone nahi uthata .....dekho (he showed his calls) main sirf company ke calls attend karta hoon- Well done!

Santosh made no efforts to introduce the guests to each other THROUGHOUT THE TRIP.

B) At every Airport when we landed he announced there is NO TROLLEY AVAILABLE, pls carry your own luggage. The average age group was 60 Plus. I was always able to locate a trolley at every Airport and was able to guide others to get one.

Is he handling the South Africa Kenya tour for the first time? Does he not know where the facilities are kept or parked??

C) He lacks manners and has no people skills and is extremely bad at handling people and queries. He was rough with my father when he enquired about the daily water needs- his response was quote" ismein main kuch nahi kar sakta aapko pehle se pata hona chahiye" Unquote .....REALLY?? We are suppose to know things beforehand? Then why do we need such guides?

He is insensitive and also expresses displeasure by making a dirty face at you!!

D) We reach a hotel in Victoria Falls, we disembark from the bus, have some welcome drinks and give our passport to Santosh for room allocation ......AFTER 15 Minutes, we get to know WE HAVE LANDED AT THE WRONG HOTEL !

E) On day 4 (When we visited Victoria Falls) we completed our walk and were doing local shopping ....he kept driving us away from the local shops and kept saying there will be plenty roadside shops ......we had no other agenda lined up it was only checking out from 1 hotel and check-in at other. We reached back and stayed in our rooms for 2 hrs before checkout....I THINK HE WANTED TO REST so the guests were not his priority. And in all the other days, we never found a local shop to purchase souvenirs. All he did was take us to MALLS where we could possibly not buy much....at Nelson Mandela Square (Johannesburg) when the guests complained...HE STARTED LAUGHING - Madam bas ab yahi hai.....jo bi lena hai idhar se hi purchase kar lo.

F) He was only comfortable talking to some guests who were not asking questions/or had any queries.

We finally saw the SYMBOLIC Kesari Flag/ Placard on the 8th Day of our Tour when he wanted to click THE GROUP PICTURE.

HE VERY SMARTLY MANIPULATED PEOPLE INTO GIVING GOOD AND POLITE FEEDBACK ABOUT HIM & TRIP OVER THE VIDEOS HE MADE....including my parents (Senior Citizens, always polite and very forgiving)

YOU MAY CHECK ALL THE FACTS ABOVE WITH OTHER PASSENGERS AS WELL....The Rao's, Desai's and others who travelled with us.

I have travelled with your organisation since 2015 and I'm saddened to say this was my worst experience I had till now, as a good Samaritan, been singing praises about KESARI TOURS, I will never in future take anymore trips with your organisation and will not recommend any of my friends and relatives to take your services.

Firstly, no senior person of Kesari will talk to you and neither will the staff give you their full names or email. All staff are call center staff.

Suddenly at the airport Kesari provided an electric kettle and some 3 in 1 sachets of tea and coffee. We couldn't understand at that time but later on, while in Europe, we realized that Kesari did not want to pay Euros 4/- per coffee cup. While taking money, they have charged us fully, but they are doing kanjoosi for coffee! The sachets were the cheapest in the market and most tasteless. Kesari will take you miles to give you Indian food but not the local food. So much time is wasted. The bus is also not the the most comfortable.

The guide was useless. In Krakow( Poland), I requested her to drop me in the hotel while returning from the salt mines, but she told me very arrogantly that they were taking another route. But after 15 minutes of the bus ride I found our hotel passing right beside our bus. She had no answer. I asked for tea/coffee instead of the dreary "hostel" food, but our "super" guide did not heed to my request. Obviously, the guide is close to someone in Kesari.

We spent two nights in Berlin but the sightseeing was limited to half day. Waste to money.

Last stop was Budapest, but they did not provide any time for shopping.

I will not recommend Kesari to anyone.

We travelled to Europe in June 2023 through Kesari tours..Best of Europe..It was arranged by Kesari to the minutest details..be it Hotel, food, transport and sightseeing.. every time we felt we could manage it thanks to Kesari tour along with the the best tour leader Pramod Rane who took immense efforts to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the tour..He was truly Kesari cha Apla Manus...His knowledge of Europe along with the ease with which He arranged each sightseeing was

Commendable..Also many thanks to Prachi and Avinash of Kesari Borivali Br.for All the booking and visa arranged...to perfection with personal touch. Finally many thanks to Kesari tours for this wonderful tour to make it A Dream come true..

Cunningham road office needs to learn how to communicate with clients better. We recently booked a tour through them but there was no communication from their side about anything related to the tour. We had to constantly follow up and keep asking and prodding them for information about visa, and other tour related information.

One more thing that was a damp squib was that we were promised stay for three nights at Engelberg but then we were given stay in Zurich. Engelberg being a more picturesque location it was what we were looking forward to. So Zürich stay was a disappointment.

But the tour went on well. The tour guide was good.

As I was employee for this Kesari Tour's .. and legit the owner of company Mr.shailesh patil used to beat employee .. very bad and pathetic behaviour with their employees with zero value guys think before travel.. actually I don't prefer kesari for any group tours because it's too costly and they don't even keep a watch about there people..

We had a Char Dham tour with kesari. We were asked to book our own tickets till Dehradun as they said that the tour is ExDehradun. On reaching there we found that the tour was Ex Delhi also so we had to pay extra rupees 15000 for our Delhi Dehradun Delhi flights. They dis not mention that this tour is having a mobile kitchen, we would not have booked the tour by paying 77k for ordinery and limited food. They served half cooked sometimes insufficient food. The places they used to stop for breakfast/lunch/dinner were unhygienic with no proper sitting arrangements. One hotel dining room was the bed room for the kitchen staff, their mattresses were there. The hotels had no power backup and no running hot water. After complaining they said that this is yatra...accepted that this is yatra then charge accordingly...you are charging 4 rates and providing 1 hotel is not done. They say no hidden charges but after booking they tell that no accomodation and food shall be provided if you stay at Kedarnath. You go by horse or dolli on your own and don't stay there. As we walked, we wanted to stay at night. One goes once in a lifetime to such a place and this company tries to convince you not to stay at that Dham. They tell there are no proper arrangements for stay, no western toilets but where we stayed in kedarnath on our own was the good place with running hot water, western toilet and also fresh Jain food, much better than that provided by Kesari. Worst experience, no customer care ...they are saving their money but we are wasting our hard earned money

Please please do not book any spiritual tour with this company

I had a bad experience with Kesari about Kashmir tour. They need introduction to customer care.Never expected this level of careless approach.

Very primitive hotel at nubra. Lacked basic necessities. Both hotel and Kesari representative were hostile. After very tiring day, we needed rest, instead they took us out at 4 pm without any tea/coffee. We have done lots of tours with Kesari but this is worst experience. Local tour guide tells only when asked. No proactiveness.

We traveled to dubai with kesari tours in October 2022 it was not good their service is very bad their bangalore office people are very rude especially the lady who told she is a manager thier to us our entire dubai trip was spoiled by them every day same food, hotel was not good where we stayed tour manager was also ok ok ultimately we are not happy with their service any thing we ask they tell us to speak to Mumbai office and they never pick the calls at all we never refer to kesari tours to our friends and relatives.

They dont respond once you pay money. We trusted Kesari and my family used their services for foreign trips also. But this time we booked Dubai trip and had to cancel it for medical reasons well before the tour dates. They said for medical reasons they will pay refund. We provided them medical certificate they asked for. My husband kept calling then and they kept saying “we will come back”. Called them 40 times and now then they stopped answering. Such as unprofessional behavior. We wrote to email ids mentioned on their website and no one bothered to respond. We have been following up for my refund from December 2022 and still no response from them. I strongly feel bookings through online or apps is more reliable than Kesari. Once upon a time Kesari was one of the most reliable tour operators. But now they have become unreliable tour operators. They are loosing their valuable customers by their unprofessional behavior.

No response from dombivli office. Horrible response at the office. Not received properly. No proper behavior. Not spoken properly.

FRAUD!!!!! Kesari Tours will take money from you for tour. Then they will cancel the tour and will NOT refund money to you. I had paid Rs160000/- for Europe Tour. They cancelled the tour themselves. But they are NOT refunding the amount paid by me. Innumerable calls and emails sent to their official email addresses remained unanswered. Friends, be careful before you are cheated by Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd.

Ppl traveling with this group are really low standard and doesn't have manners to behave in public.. they can create fights anywhere and for any reason.. really uneducated illiterate people. If there can be minus ratings. Would like to give -100. Worst experience ever.
