Trotter’s RV

Nathan Wilkins has been in the RV business over the last 20 years mastering all fields of the industry. His experience has put him into position to take ownership of Trotter’s RV, July of 2021, and continue offering quality craftmanship and great customer satisfaction to both locals and all customers passing through in need of service. Trotter’s RV handles everything from basic repairs to complete solar systems, they also handle most manufactures warranties as well as all extended warranties.

OUR SERVICES

Insurance and Warranty Work Accepted .  We accept most extended warranty or services contracts.

Water Heater Services

• Check condition of anode rode
• Check relief valve
• Adjust burners and electrodes
• Check thermocouple
• Check module boards
• Check burner asssembly, remove nests, bugs, webs etc.

Slide out Maintenance

• Inspect slide operation & inspect seals
• Lubricate tracks and gear slides
• Treat rubber seals and wipers
• Check battery connection

Wheel Bearing Packs

• Inspect brake shoes, bearing and magnets
• Clean and repack wheel bearings
• Verify the operatoin of the electric brake magnets & break-away switch

Gas Generator Service

• Clean and check battery and connections
• Visual inspection of exhaust system
• Check air filter- replace if needed
• Check fuel filter- replace if needed
• Perform load test
• Change Oil & Filter

Electrical System Inspection

• Converter operation and outputs
• Hot skin test
• Monitor Panel
• 110-Volt system priority

LP Inspection

• Inspect regulators and LP Tanks
• Complete a drop down pressure test
• Complete a line pressure test
• Check all LP detectors

Laser Alignment

• Spring Hangers
• Tire Pressure
• Tire Wear and Condition

Rubber Roof Preventative Maintenance

• Clean rubber roof with specially designed claning agents
• Apply UV-blocking treatment to protect the rubber membrane

Refridgerator Service

• Ensure Refridgerator is properly vented (Roof and side wall)
• Clean and adjust burner and orifice
• Inspect and test all door seals
• Check LP pressure and proper Voltage

Trotter's RV, Kingman's oldest and best RV service center, began on July 26, 1984. Perry Trotter moved here in 1982 from San Diego, California. His passion for RV's, RV service, and customer satisfaction, is unequalled in the industry. Perry has traveled extensively throughout the great USA spending at least one night in every state.

We do electrical trouble shooting, air conditioning, awnings, trailer hitches, tow bars, plumbing, sheet metal, fiberglass, roof repair, windows, doors, and accessory installations. We service Cummins, Onan, Generac, and Kohler generators. Solar Systems is one of our specialties.
