Jagannath Mandir is dedicated to Jagannath, an incarnation of Vishnu. Constructed in 1198, a total of two walls surround the temple. ARRIVE PARO, THEN TRANSFER TO THIMPU 

Warm greetings to your Bhutan Tour! Arrive at Paro and transfer to Thimpu, the modern capital of Bhutan. Evening free to walk around Thimpu market on your own. Overnight stay in Thimpu.

THIMPHU 

After breakfast visit outer view Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue known as Buddha Point), Hindu Temple, Outer view of National Memorial Chorten (Monument), Tashicho Dzong (outside view), Simply Bhutan, BBS Tower View Point, Handicraft Emporium (Handicraft product and Local product can be Found here) and Art & Craft School. Overnight stay at Thimpu.

THIMPHU - PUNAKHA

After breakfast transfer to Punakha you have to cross Dochu-la Pass from where one can see of Beautiful Mountain ranges of Bhutan (Subject to weather condition) and here it is built 108 memorial chorten (small stupas). On arrival check in later visit Punakha Dzong & Suspension Bridge. Overnight in Punakha.

After breakfast day excursion to Phobjika Valley later back to hotel. Overnight stay in Punakha.

PUNAKHA - PARO

After breakfast transfer to Paro. Post lunch local sightseeing covering: Ta Dzong, Drukyal Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang and Rinpung Dzong. Overnight stay in Paro.

After breakfast visit Taktsang Lhakhang also known as “Tiger’s Nest Monastery” (or you can visit the base of the Tiger Nest if you wish to not climb up), Sangay choker Lhakhang, Neymezampa photo session, Dumtse Lhakhang, Drugyel Dzong view. Evening Free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.

EXCURSION TO CHELE LA PASS

40 kms. One way / Driving Time: 2 hrs., Altitude of Chele La Pass - 3,810 mts

After breakfast, you would be taken for an excursion to Chele La Pass, the highest motorable pass in Bhutan and separates Paro Valley and the Haa Valley. From here you can also see Paro Valley on side and Haa Valley on the other. Later return back to the hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.

PARO AIRPORT DROP
