This means that we have all of the required safety equipment on board!

Bella is examined by the US Coast Guard annually to ensure compliance and safety.

Pick Up/Drop Off Location:  Behind El Torito at 13715 Fiji Way, Marina Del Rey, CA  90292. (called Dock 55)  When facing the water, it’s located to the right of El Torito restaurant.

Can we bring our own food aboard?

Yes!  We have a fridge, freezer, ice maker, cooler and grill. 

Plenty of room for whatever you're looking to drink and snack on.

Can we bring alcohol aboard Bella?

It would be weird if you didn't. As long as guests are over 21, you are welcome to bring and drink whatever you like.

*Please no Red Wine or Cranberry juice. If you drink, do it responsibly*

Is Bella kid-friendly?

Absolutely, guests of all ages are welcome.

If anyone has a tendency to get motion sick or sea sick, please be sure to take something ahead of time.

Is Bella dog-friendly?

While we love our dogs, it is not appropriate to have them aboard.  Space is limited and they can shed a lot.

Out of respect to ALL guests, we ask that you leave your furry friend at home, ESA's included.

How many people can we have in our group?

12 Max.  1-6 guests for our Standard Contract or 7-12 guests for a Bare-Boat Contract. Captain and Crew do not count in the number of passengers. We're happy to help you with the details, please e-mail us [email protected]

Can we smoke aboard Bella?

NO.  Just below your seats are 350 gallons of diesel fuel, plus we want to keep the boat nice for a long time to come, and burn holes are hard to repair.  You can vape responsibly.

What about weed, man?

Since we will be on federal waters and marijuana is not federally legal, that's a big NO .  You can leave the drugs at home... you're going to have a great time without them.

Have a question before booking, cancellation  policy + damage.

Late Arrivals: The City controls Dock 55 for loading and unloading passengers. We have to arrange times in advance with a 15 minute time-slot with the city for our pick-ups and drop-offs. If you’re late it will count against your time.

Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit reserves the boat, a captain, a crew member and the county dock. 

If a charter is canceled within 7 days of the charter date or no cancellation received, the full deposit is forfeited by the client.  

Any cancellation greater than 7 days from the charter date will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee to cover expenses of pre-paying the county dock, the credit card transaction fee, committing to captain and crew member, and administrative fees. The balance will be returned to you within 7 days.

Holds Boat, Time/Date, Captain and Crew Member

This security deposit is necessary for damages or excessive messes that require additional or professional cleaning. For example: Upholstery tears, carpet stains, bodily fluid clean up.

Outsourced cleaning or repairs will be billed for the amount to repair + 15% Service fee

Additional/excessive cleanup ie. bodily fluid (non-outsourced) $250 fee

Cuoco Mancini will take you through creative fusions from his Italian childhood, and professional career working in many fine dinning restaurants. Seadoo PWC Excursions

Fly across the open ocean with your friends on a brand new 2017 SEADOO personal water craft. With the fastest and most luxurious personal water craft on the market, you can fly across Santa Monica bay and back in under two hours. The Lobster Adventure on the Captain's Dinghy

Cruise on the Captain’s Dinghy from Marina del Rey to his secret lobster spots in the Santa Monica Bay. Leave right after sunset and make our way under the stars and the moonlight as you learn how to bait, and drop traps to catch the noctural Pacific Lobsters, Dungeness and Soft Shell crabs. Whatever we catch is yours to take home!

Fly across the ocean on 2018-2021 Seadoo's. We offer a variety of guided personal water craft (PWC) adventures onboard the most luxurious jetskis on the market. Weather your are a beginner, experienced, or expert rider we have the expedition that will calm your adventurous soul! For you beginner and intermediate riders whom are wildlife enthusiast, join us for the two or three hour Wildlife Seascape excursions, where you can get up close and personal with some of the most incredible animals of the Pacific Ocean. Including Pelicans, Sea Lions, Dolphins and Whales! For you intermediate and expert riders looking for an adventure to last a lifetime, join me on the Paradise Please or Island Seascape packages for a half day adventure up to Paradise Cove in Malibu, or a full day to Avalon or Two Harbors on Santa Catalina Island! Fly across the ocean at high speeds, get up and personal with incredible wild life, and get the ultimate thrill of anchoring and swimming into the beach with daypacks, to enjoy a relaxing lunch in the prestine sands of Malibu or Catalina Island. The perfect combination of excitement and relaxation. This Adventure starts after sunset as we motor through the Marina to the Captain's secret lobster spots. There, Captain will teach you how to bait, drop, and set the lobster cages for Pacific Spiny Lobsters, Dungeness and Soft Shell Crabs! Hey, he may even share a few tricks up his sleeve. Enjoy the gentle movements of the moonlighted sea as we kick our feet up and relax in the captain's dinghy as we wait for our dinner!

We are purest at heart. Classic monohull sailing aboard a vintage sailing yacht is an incomparable experience. Sail aboard a luxurious modified Islander 36 redesigned and refitted by Captain Mancini. We're also big fans of the adage, "use the right tool for the job", and when it come to speed at sea, nothing beats our 2018-20021 SEADOOs. So whatever your pleasure, we're got the toys to accommodate your interest. Our Primary Sailing yacht is PRIMA STELLA. A modernized vintage luxury sailing monohull, manufactured by Island Yachts in Costa Mesa in 1976. The Hull was designed by sailing legend Alan Gurney and redesigned in 2021 by Captain Mancini with exterior synthetic teak imported from Norway, an updated galley with glass teak bright works, modernized helm, state of the art underwater and exterior smart lighting displays, and modernized rigging designs. Prima Stella is a classic Islander 36 cruising / racing vessel at heart, capable for Bluewater sailing and built and rigged to circumnavigate around the world. With the displacement at 1500 gross tonnage, Prima Stella delivers stability in the sea with its fin keel and skeg rudder, while traveling up to a respectable 8 knots for its heavy displacement. The Islander 36 was an award winning design for its class and continues to be a choice of many avid cruising sailors. When you sail aboard Prima Stella you will surely enjoy and understand the luxury and classy feeling while under sail.

Producing a project? We have the perfect location for you! From a variety of locations including docks to shoot on, or a vessel to capture the ultimate sailing shot, Captain Mancini has the toys and locations to help bring your project to fruition! We regularly work with local and international production companies seeking sailboats and seadoos for film, television and photoshoots. Captain Mancini is accredited on IMDB with credits including FYI network’s show “Arranged”, and many commercials and music videos produced by Born Ready Films, and American Aircraft Productions. He has also wrote and produced and award winning short film Mercy-Less. Captain Mancini attended Columbia Film school, where he studied screenwriting and producing. He has also appeared on NCIS, and the films, He's just not that in to you, and Yes Man. Captain Mancini continues his acting training of "The Method" at, Friends and Artists Studios, in Toluca Lake, CA.

A mid-westerner at heart, Matthew grew up on the lakes of Ohio, but always dreamed of the Open Sea. At the age of 20 he moved to Los Angeles to study film before making his first professional short film and appearing in a few Television series. The dream to sail the Pacific Ocean is still very much a driving motivation for Matthew who intends to venture around the world via sail power. Recently, Matthew has sailed from Napoli, Italy down the Amalfi Coast to Salerno, enjoying the incredible rustic and Mediterranean towns of Praiano, Conca dei Marini, Furore, Amalfi, and the Island of Capri! Matthew is a professional sailor and a licensed USCG Captain carrying a USCG Merchant Mariner 100 ton masters credential and is endorsed for coastwise sailing charter. He also spent 10 years working in some of Los Angeles's finest and most exquisite fine dinning restaurants, and loves to share the cuisines of his experiences from his Italian heritage, and from notable chefs he has learned from along the way.        

Andi is a devoted Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier that loves the open seas, sneaking a few hors d'oeuvres and offering an occasional complementary on the ship pedicure. No matter how quiet she is, she can be found in the first mate chambers of the quarter-birth. Andi has lived aboard for 13+ years and has logged hundreds of hours sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding and afloat in the captains life boat. Hannah Green has continued her love affair with Wilshire Golf Club to successfully defend her LA Championship crown with one of the most commanding displays of the year.

Australia's former major champion produced a brilliant back-nine blitz to close with a five-under-par 66 and blow away the field in the shadows of Los Angeles' iconic Hollywood hills backdrop.

With a five-under stretch in five holes, Green finished with a 12-under 272 total, three strokes clear of in-form Swede Maja Stark (68).

Green stretched her streak to 16 consecutive sub-par rounds at the course to slam the door shut on her chasers.

"It's really kind to me. I love it here," she said.

In adding to her HSBC Women's World Champions success in Singapore last month, Green joins rampant world No.1 Nelly Korda as only the second player to notch multiple LPGA Tour victories in 2024.

"To obviously already win in Singapore and then win here this week, I hope that I can get closer to my goal being in the top 10 in the world and solidify my spot in the Olympics," the Perth prodigy said.

Green will climb from world No.18 to the cusp of the top 10, as well as soar to third in the season-long points standings behind five-time winner Korda and New Zealand's Lydia Ko.

The 27-year-old also joins greats Karrie Webb (41), Jan Stephenson (16) Minjee Lee (10) and Rachel Hetherington (eight) as only the fifth Australian to win at least five times on the LPGA Tour.

After starting the day sharing the lead with compatriot Grace Kim, Green quickly established a two-shot advantage on the very first hole.

Green's birdie and Kim's bogey left Green with the outright lead, and she retained it all afternoon despite a strong challenge coming from Stark.

Runner-up to Korda at last week's Chevron Championship, the year's first major, Stark was just one shot back after making birdies on the seventh and 13th holes as Green toiled mid-round with seven straight pars.

But a chip-in birdie on the par-3 12th broke the shackles for Green, who picked up another shot on 13 to nudge two strokes clear.

"When I chipped in on 12, I kind of felt like I really snagged one there," she said.

"So I knew what I needed to do to do. I made it really easy on myself so I'm really grateful."

Stark received a huge break on the 15th when her bunker shot clattered into the pin and stopped dead for an easy birdie when a bogey looked more likely.

Green, though, more than held her nerve — she hit the go button with a spectacular eagle three on 15, followed by a fourth birdie of the day on 16.

In collecting a cheque for $US562,500 ($A858,700), the West Australian crashed through the $US5 million ($A7.6 million) career prize money earnings.

While Green rejoiced, Kim's horror weekend continued with a demoralising six-over 77 to slump to a share of 25th.

The 23-year-old had been four shots clear at the halfway point and on track to capture a second LPGA Tour title.

Instead Kim was reduced to a putting wreck, unable to fashion a single birdie all weekend and racking up nine bogeys and a double.

Despite her disappointment, classy Kim was the first to shower her triumphant playing partner with champagne on the 18th green.

Grace Kim opened a four-stroke lead Friday in the LPGA Tour’s JM Eagle LA Championship, shooting a five-under 66 in tricky afternoon conditions at Wilshire Country Club.

A stroke ahead after an opening 64, Kim had an eagle, four birdies and a bogey to get to 12-under 130. The 23-year-old Australian patiently worked her way around the tree-lined layup, trying not to get frustrated with the bumpy greens.

“I think the less thoughts, the better,” Kim said. “Obviously, during the afternoon round today, we’ve got poa annua greens so just have to stay patient with them. You can kind of see how it can get bumpy, so working with the course and not getting too wrapped up around putts not going in.”

Maja Stark was second after a 69, also in the afternoon.

“I feel like maybe not taking everything so personal because they are a little bit wobbly,” Stark said. “Especially late. Like the whole day pretty much the ball has been wobbling because there has been so many people walking on it.”

The Swede finished second last week in Texas in the Chevron Championship, two strokes behind top-ranked Nelly Korda in the first major of the year. Korda withdrew Monday , a day after her fifth straight victory.

Defending champion Hannah Green of Australia shot a 69 to join Germany’s Esther Henseleit (68) at six under. Denmark’s Kristine Pedersen (67) and American Auston Kim (71) were five under, and Irvine’s Rose Zhang (69) topped the group at four under.

Grace Kim won the Lotte Championship last year in a playoff in Hawaii for her first LPGA Tour title. She missed the cut in the Chevron, shooting 76-72.

She started play Friday on the back nine, rebounding from a bogey on the par-three 12th with the eagle on the par-five 13th and a birdie on the par-four 14th. On 13, she hit a 5-wood to 10 feet. She added birdies on Nos. 3, 6 and 7 on the second nine.

“I think I’ve got to breathe a little bit,” she said. “I did get a little bit nervous on my back nine, so making sure I don’t rush too much and just staying in the present.
