On 1/30/2020 my husband and I had to leave our room "that we booked for a week"at 4:30am because we woke up to a LARGE rat eating our food! This morning we called to explain the situation and ask for a refund, because we will not be returning and was told no. She loudly explained that it was their policy that no refunds are allowed and she would return a portion of the deposit in the amount of $5, the insult. She offered another room, but who wants to stay in a hotel that has rats! Not I, I wish I could give it 0 stars!
