Hi there Mrs. M. I apologize if you were not pleased with our service. I actually see on our roster that you did in fact get home safely. I know you were initially concerned because the driver we assigned to take you to your appointment was sent home but we assured you we had another driver who’d take you back home around 6:30pm 1/3/2024 which he in fact did after your appointment was completed! If you have any other concerns always feel free to give us a call. We’d like the chance to improve on our customer service!
I haven't used this service yet but fully intend to as I know Chris Young from when he previously did some handyman work on my home and he is kind, trustworthy and reliable. I'll be using his car service as needed now as I don't trust Uber etc. for safety with strangers. Way to go with this Chris!
