Singer-songwriter Glen Hansard added 2024 tour dates.

In conjunction with his new album, All That Was East Is West Of Me Now , the upcoming shows are planned at theatres and music halls from August into October at venues across North America. These headlining shows will be happening while he was already scheduled to be on the road opening 11 concerts for Pearl Jam. Next month, Glen will tour through the UK and Europe.

When do Glen Hansard 2024 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?

For the new shows, the general public on-sale begins as early as March 22. Presales for Artist are currently underway. American Express cardmember, Spotify, and local venues / radio presales will follow. Tickets for the previously announced shows are now on sale. Keep in mind, each date is different and details are subject to change.

Well what can I say - a triumph!

I took two friends brand new to Glen. Jane was on the edge of her seat the whole time. Lizzie said after an intense song: "That was what I imagine Hell sounds like" - meant in the most adorning way - pain and anguish and energy and rwwarrr.

The veil between heaven, earth and hell was thin and we were existing in some spiritual sphere that would only last as long as the beautiful concert.

I want to do it again!

This was my third time seeing Glen, and he always delivers a fantastic show. He is so genuine, completely present and puts everything he has into every song. From medleys that transition into Leonard Cohen covers and back into his own song, sometimes some unamplified vocals on some tracks that really let his wonderful voice travel by its own power in smaller venues, to the concert finishes where the band travels out into the audience and plays and sings together with them -- Glen's performances are usually the concert of the year for me. I love his music, and I love hearing it and seeing him live. You would too!

The ultimate best way to celebrate St. Patrick’s day ☘️ In St. Paul, MN. The concert was outstanding! The 2nd time seeing him and a HUGE fan. Glen’s voice, his banter, humor and over-the-top talent will always make me come back for more. Until I’m to my last breath I will never miss his show when in Minnesota. . My dream would be to see him in Ireland. I’m disabled and in crazy pain so Glen’s concert was the only thing keeping me from losing it all winter. So Thank you Glen. Keep on doing what you do!

In the lead-up to “Soft Hell”’s Friday release, Closure In Moscow have released three singles and videos from the 12-song album, with the most recent being the synth-laden track, “Keeper of the Lake”. The accompanying video features a performance video produced by Yovozol with filming by Rowey. Blending ‘90s VHS effects with the quirky and idiosyncratic performance of the band, it’s yet another glimpse into a new era of these genre-shifting chameleons. The song follows the band’s well-received singles, “Better Way” and “Primal Sinister”.

“Soft Hell” is the band’s third album and their first new album in nine years, following “Pink Lemonade” (2014), “First Temple” (2009) and their debut EP, “The Penance and the Patience” (2008).

Closure in Moscow formed in 2006 and soon attracted attention for their dynamic, catchy and energetic take on post-hardcore with their debut EP, “The Penance and the Patience”. They quickly signed to Equal Vision Records and relocated to the USA, recording their full-length debut “First Temple” with producer Kris Crummett and touring extensively with acts including Coheed and Cambria, Emery and Dance Gavin Dance. They returned to Australia for the Homebake Festival in 2009, completed a gruelling trek on the 2010 Warped Tour and all the while First Temple quickly earned a dedicated following for fans of their blistering musicianship, impossibly catchy melodies and formidable grooves. Pink Lemonade followed in 2014, with the band continuing to tour extensively, both pre and post-release. Alternative Press said Pink Lemonade “is anything but simple” and Heavy Blog Is Heavy noted “… psychedelic and theatrical… this isn’t your dad’s Closure in Moscow record”.
