Human Resources

Controlling

Im Controlling planen, steuern und kontrollieren wir sämtliche Unternehmensabteilungen und bilden somit auch die Schnittstelle zwischen diesen. Bei uns laufen alle Daten des Rechnungswesens eines Unternehmens zusammen. Die daraus entstehenden Kennzahlen ergänzen die Buchhaltung und unser Ziel ist es, die Unternehmensführung mit relevanten Daten zu versorgen.

Unser Marketing ist verantwortlich für Brand- und Kampagnenmanagement. Wir nutzen verschiedene Kanäle, darunter Content, Newsletter, Social-Media, Retail, SEO und SEA, um unsere Marke zu stärken, effektive Marketingkampagnen zu entwickeln und somit unsere Präsenz online und in unseren STA Stores zu stärken.  

Produkt Management

Um unseren Kunden ihre individuell zusammengestellte Traumreise zu ermöglichen benötigt es auch ein umfangreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Produktportfolio. Ein Teil dieser hochwertigen touristischen Angebote stammen direkt von unserem eigenen Produkt Team. Unsere Produkt Manager führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, kaufen touristische Leistungen von lokalen Partnern ein schulen unsere Travel Expert über die neusten Angebote um unseren Kunden ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu ermöglichen.

Ein besonders wichtiger Bestandteil, um unseren Kunden eine unvergessliche und individuelle Fernreise zu ermöglichen sind die notwendigen Flugreisen. Unsere hauseigene (Flug-)Ticketing Abteilung bündelt in unserem Head Office die gesamte Flugexpertise unseres Unternehmens. Im Bereich Flug gibt es immer neue und anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen, die einer proaktiven und kreativen Lösungsfindung bedürfen. Unsere Flugexperten verfassen komplexe Tarifberechnungen, erstellen Flugscheine und unterstützen unsere Travel Shops bei Rückfragen.

On-Site Resort Staff

The On-Site Representative will represent Student Travel Services in Cancun, Punta Cana, Florida, Cabo and other destinations, assisting with STS's on site programs. They will also provide help with promoting parties, meet and greet arrivals at airports, help resolve problems with accommodations, etc. This position is available in the Spring from February to April. Actual amount of time on-site varies depending on destination. The Ideal STS On Site Representative is responsible, a recent college graduate, and fluent in languages other than English (Spanish preferred).
