Tyler, the Creator Announces 2022 North American Tour
In support of his summer album Call Me If You Get Lost , Tyler, the Creator is embarking on a North American tour that will begin in February and run through April 2022.
On the tour, Tyler will get support from frequent collaborator Kali Uchis, "Are You With That?" singer Vince Staples , and Texas rapper Teezo Touchdown - who is featured on the track "RunItUp."
Tyler, the Creator released Call Me If You Get Lost , the follow-up to his Grammy-winning Igor , back in June. It hit #1 on the Billboard 200 Chart in early July: thus becoming his second album after Igor to rank on top of the chart. Besides his album release and upcoming tour, Tyler recently gave a performance at the 2021 edition of Lollapalooza.
Not only is Tyler's tour a celebration for the rapper, but for his guests as well. In addition to Teezo Touchdown being featured on Call Me If You Get Lost , Kali Uchis is still riding the success of her highly-acclaimed 2020 LP Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) , and there's been buzz around Vince Staple's recently released 10-track self-titled LP.
Tickets for Tyler's 34-stop arena tour will be available to purchase starting Friday, August 6 at 10am local time via Ticketmaster.

Tyler, the Creator’s Tour Opener Was a Cross-Generational Triumph
By Jeff Ihaza
PHOENIX – Tyler , the Creator sits at the center of multiple generations’ imaginations. That much was clear last night at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where he kicked off his Call Me If You Get Lost Tour. Not since the cathartic early days of Odd Future has the 30-year-old rapper seemed this in command of an audience. The only difference is that now, in addition to an audience of teens enthralled by his most recent work, Tyler’s fan base includes aging millennials nostalgic for when he first came onto the scene and the parents of today’s youth, themselves enthralled by one of today’s most musically vibrant and energetic performers. Last night made for a detente among Gen Xers, millennials, and zoomers.
The entire show was still decidedly youthful. Opening act Teezo Touchdown ‘s performance left many of the older members of the audience with confused looks on their faces, but it was clear the kids loved it. The same can be said for the perennially underrated Vince Staples , whose set was a welcome reminder of the durability and longevity of his output over the past few years. Kali Uchis rounded out the openers, and easily gave Tyler a run for his money in terms of audience excitement. Uchis’ many years of consistency have paid off, as seemingly every teenage girl in the country is completely obsessed. The teens in Phoenix mouthed the lyrics to the 2015 cut “Ridin Round,” despite the fact that most of them don’t have any of the college-age memories associated with the track’s blog-era release.
That felt like a theme throughout the evening. Tyler’s catalog now features more than 10 years’ worth of music. He’s one of few living artists today that can say they’ve created adolescent anthems for kids in high school right now, as well as adults who were in high school a decade ago. So, when he emerged onstage — seated in that baby blue Rolls-Royce slowly rising from a platform beneath the stage — you got the sense that, for a moment, everyone in the sold-out arena got to channel their inner children.
Editorâs picks
Every awful thing trump has promised to do in a second term, the 250 greatest guitarists of all time, the 500 greatest albums of all time, the 50 worst decisions in movie history.
Call Me If You Get Lost is also something of a shift for Tyler, as he leans into a more sophisticated aesthetic. The loud pastels of the early OF era have made way for subtle, tastefully selected hues. The commitment to a more elevated simplicity shined through in the show’s set design. Pyrotechnics popped at the opening and closing of Tyler’s set, and he traversed the audience, from the main stage to a secondary stage styled to look like a meadow, on a giant prop yacht. Still, there was something elegant about how low-fidelity the set work looked. Like a room decorated with just enough frills, Tyler’s set design brought you into the universe of the performance without distracting from it.
No matter how engrossing the sets were, though, it would have been hard to upstage Tyler himself last night. The set was a reminder just how long he’s been in the business, and just how much he’s touched in that time. During his performance of the Goblin throwback “She,” the crowd made easy work of Frank Ocean’s entire verse. When he performed “IFHY,” from 2013’s Wolf , the crowd erupted in a cathartic kind of ecstasy. Tyler’s credo, of making space for the misfits and outlaws, resonated more deeply than one might immediately think. You just need to be in the presence of the parents of teenagers letting out their frustrations to a song whose music video features Tyler in a make-believe dollhouse.
Tyler’s set featured a handful of emotional peaks that provide a sense of what he’s been able to offer young people these past few years. During “Boredom,” the crowd huddled as close to the stage as it could. This, it seemed, was the song that most moved them. And why not? This generation had a chunk of its teenage years robbed by a pandemic. So when Tyler raps about being bored in his room eating cereal, it simply hits different.
You could say that the entire show hit differently, in fact. It certainly never feels safe to say we’re out of the woods with Covid, but Tyler managed to pack the stadium full of joy in a way that has felt impossible these past few years. He closed the show with “Runitup,” a confident and confessional cut from Call Me If You Get Lost . It gave the show a feeling of triumph. No one thought we’d make it this far, and Tyler can relate.
Call Me If You Get Lost Set List: “Intro” “Corso” “Lean” “Lumberjack” “Massa” “Wusyaname” “Boredom” “911” “See You Again” “IFHY” “She” “Yonkers” “Bimmer” “Tamale” “I Thought” “Who Dat Boy” “I Think” “Earfquake” “New Magic Wand” “RunItUp”

Amazing experience... Taco was an amazing DJ doing a great job of hyping the crowd up. Then Vince came out and killed it just a great set. the stage design was like no other the rotating screens were really cool and it was nice that they put timers up so we knew when Vince would come out. Tyler's performance was just amazing he performed for 2 1/2 hours and he really is a great performer, he performed both old and new songs there wasn't a favorite of mine that he missed. The stage design was so cool with a huge tree for Tyler to stand on. Tyler really cares about his fans he sang happy birthday to this one dude which was so sick. The show was sold out so 2,400 people were all singing the words to his songs which was just amazing the best concert experience I have ever had I have to go see him live again.

Rex Orange County opened with dope beach vibes then later joined in on "Boredom". After Rex finished, Tyler carried the show alone reflecting the energy of the whole crowd. He is a lightening storm on stage. He said that one of his goals on this tour is to see the crowd dance and his beats strongly reflect that sentiment. If you find yourself lucky at one of his shows, do yourself a favor; wear sneakers and don't bring your drink into the mosh pit, you're in for a treat.
I loved every min of his performance.. I loved and appreciated the re-verb of ''tell these black kids they can be who they are'' means so much to us. And I know this isn't his favorite album and It didn't come out as this ''star studded'' album. But there's no one couldn't have said it better than Tyler at this time. So I want to thank him for that. Maybe he will finally be able to score a movie that would be so !!!!

Taylor Swift is about to go back on tour: Here's what to expect on the Eras Tour in Paris
After a two-month break, Taylor Swift is revitalizing her titanic Eras Tour in Paris, and fans believe there are changes coming to the show.
If you are wondering where she's playing, if there will be changes and how to score tickets, here's everything we know.
And if you're new to the Eras Tour party, you can get caught up on the first 83 shows here .
When does the Eras Tour start again?
Swift kicks off the European leg of her tour on Thursday, May 9, in Paris. She will perform Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, as well, in the City of Light.
Need a break? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle.
What are Taylor Swift's tour dates in Europe?
There are 69 shows left in the Eras Tour: 51 in Europe, nine in America and nine in Canada.
The European leg stretches from May all the way through a five-night stand at Wembley Stadium in London in mid-August.
See a complete list of international dates here .
After she wraps up in Europe, Swift will stop in Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis before wrapping up in Canada.
See the remaining U.S. dates here .
What is the Eras Tour set list?
The Eras Tour has featured a massive 45-song set list you can check out here . But speculation is swirling it won't look the same when Swift takes the stage in Paris.
Will Taylor Swift add 'The Tortured Poets Department' to her set list?
The tortured poet has been on hiatus keeping her stamina up by releasing a double album of 31 tracks. The 2-hours-and-2-minutes project broke a number of Billboard records as the superstar did zero press to promote it. Fans flocked to stores and streaming services to listen to all the songs from "Fortnight" to "The Manuscript."
Although the singer has not confirmed whether her 11th era album will be added to her Eras Tour set list, she did post a YouTube shorts video with two scenes that sent Easter egg decoders into a frenzy. In one of the shots, the singer is next to a railing where a "TTPD" logo appears to be (at 0:11). In the succeeding shot, her back-up dancers perform holding canes and wearing top hats, something they have not worn previously.
Swift's dancers and bandmates posted to their Instagram stories as they left for France last week. The singer did not appear at two media events with her boyfriend Travis Kelce: the Kentucky Derby and a Formula 1 race in Miami , Florida. Patrick Mahomes, Kelce's friend and Kansas City's quarterback, attended the car racing spectacular with his wife, Brittany.
Can I still get Eras Tour tickets?
Swift's show is completely sold out in Europe and North America. There are resale sites with tickets, but be wary of scams. The best way to avoid getting swindled is continuously checking links on Swift's website . There are some for resale on the sites verified by her camp.
Singapore was a hotbed for fans who traveled thousands of miles only to get turned away at the venue. In Tokyo and Australia, last-minute ticket drops happened a few days â without announcement â ahead of the shows.
Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis â the three U.S. cities Swift is visiting in the fall â have some of the heftiest price tags with Canada closely behind. In may be cheaper to travel to Warsaw, Poland, or Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Here's a list of cities with the cheapest resale tickets, according to travel website Islands.com .
10. Vienna, Austria â total average cost: $1,089, safety score: 69.72
9. Cardiff, U.K. â total average cost: $1,061, safety score: 61.83
8. Lyon, France â total average cost: $1,047, safety score: 44.3
7. Lisbon, Portugal â total average cost: $1,028, safety score: 70.15
6. Munich, Germany â total average cost: $1,000, safety score: 78.88
5. Paris, France â total average cost: $971, safety score: 41.83
4. Stockholm, Sweden â total average cost: $935, safety score: 53.86
3. Hamburg, Germany â total average cost: $903, safety score: 57.51
2. Gelsenkirchen, Germany â total average cost: $749, safety score: 51.33
1. Warsaw, Poland â total average cost: $712, safety score: 72.98

Who are the opening acts?
Paramore launched the Eras Tour in Glendale, Arizona, in March 2023, so it's fitting the American rock band is opening the tour's second year. The act will open for Swift for 51 shows across Europe . The band was dubbed the 2024 Record Store Day global ambassador and surprised fans in Nashville the weekend following the release of "The Tortured Poets Department."
When the tour comes back to North America in October , Swift's opening act will be Gracie Abrams.
Where can I watch if I don't have tickets?
The Eras Tour is one of the first tours that has been followed, globally, by thousands of fans on digital platforms. Fans dedicate part of their concert experience to livestreaming as Swift performs. A few Swifties have learned how to host their own shows over social media including Tess Bohne , known as the livestream queen. Bohne goes live for (almost) every show pulling streams from Instagram and TikTok. When a livestream goes down, she fills the time with banter.
On YouTube, user @TaylorSwiftHockeyBro also livestreams the three-hour show, and on Twitch, @folkleric , is a host fans follow.
There is also an app, Swift Alert , that notifies fans who only want to watch certain eras like the acoustic, surprise set. The app sends out push alerts if there are any major announcements.
What secret songs are left?
For the past 83 shows, Swift has played an acoustic set she customizes at each stop with a guitar and piano performance. In 2024, the Eras Tour star added mashups of her songs for each stop. Here are the songs she has yet to perform:
- "Taylor Swift" (debut album): "Mary's Song" and "A Perfectly Good Heart"
- "Fearless": "The Way I Loved You," "Change," "Superstar," "We Were Happy," "That's When," "Don't You" and "Bye Bye Baby"
- "Red": "Girl At Home," "Ronan," "Forever Winter" and "Run"
- "1989": "Sweeter Than Fiction"
- "Reputation": "I Did Something Bad"
- "Lover": "London Boy," "Soon You'll Get Better" and "It's Nice to Have a Friend"
- "Folklore": "Hoax"
- "Evermore": "Happiness" and "Closure"
- "Midnights": "Paris" and "Glitch"
- "The Tortured Poets Department": all 31 tracks
Will Taylor Swift perform in 2025?
There have been many rumors that Swift will continue her show in 2025, but they are only rumors. Nothing has been announced for next year, and as of now, the tour will end in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Dec. 8.

Drake has had a tumultuous month, engaging in an increasingly personal diss battle with Kendrick Lamar that has seemingly ended in his defeat, but Thursday (May 16) brought some good news: He leads the nominations for the 2024 BET Awards .
Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s Rocky Relationship Explained
Drake received seven nods, followed closely by Nicki Minaj with six. J. Cole , Sexyy Red , SZA and Victoria Monét each have five nominations. 21 Savage , Beyoncé , Doja Cat , Megan Thee Stallion , Tyla and Usher each have four.
Trending on Billboard
BET also announced the first artists confirmed to perform on the show: GloRilla, Latto, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey and Victoria Monét.
Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is in its third week at No. 1 on Billboard ’s Hot Country Songs chart. Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ’Em,” which headed that chart for 10 weeks immediately preceding Shaboozey’s smash, is nominated for the Viewer’s Choice Award. So, as genre walls blur, a performer and a nominee on the BET Awards could find themselves nominated for CMA Awards later this year.
Monét’s Jaguar II, which won a Grammy in February for best R&B album, and Killer Mike’s Michael, which won a Grammy for best rap album, are among the BET nominees for album of the year, along with Chris Brown’s 11:11 , Gunna’s A Gift & A Curse , 21 Savage’s American Dream, Usher’s Coming Home , Drake’s For All the Dogs (Scary Hours Edition) and Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2.
Monét’s “On My Mama,” which was Grammy-nominated for record of the year, is nominated here for the Viewer’s Choice Award. Other nominees in that category include two tracks that won Grammys in February – Lil Durk featuring J. Cole’s “All My Life,” which won best melodic rap performance; and Tyla’s “Water,” which won the inaugural award for best African music performance.
Drake and Burna Boy are both nominated for BET Awards for both best male R&B/pop artist and best male hip-hop artist. Doja Cat is nominated in the equivalent categories for female artists, a sign of all three artists’ broad appeal.
Blue Ivy Carter, the 12-year old daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, is nominated for the YoungStars Award.
Halle Bailey is nominated for best actress and also for the Dr. Bobby Jones best gospel/inspirational award for “Angel.”
Nominations were determined by the BET Voting Academy, which is comprised of entertainment professionals and influencers in the fields of music, media, digital marketing, sports journalism, public relations and creative arts.
Voting for the BET Awards’ 2024 Viewer’s Choice Award begins June 6 and ends June 30.
Connie Orlando, EVP, specials, music programming & music strategy, will oversee and executive produce the annual show, with Jamal Noisette, SVP, tentpoles & music community engagement to co-executive produce for BET. Jesse Collins Entertainment is the production company for the show, with Jesse Collins, Dionne Harmon, and Jeannae Rouzan-Clay also serving as executive producers.
