Excellent service
Booked a private transfer to Auschwitz - Birkenau where we joined a small group for the tour. Our driver was excellent - he was friendly, informative and professional. Tour guide was very good, did not feel rushed despite lots of visitors.

Tour in Krakow
My wife and I visited Krakow last week and booked a one-day tour of Auschwitz and Salt Mines. Please be aware that you're basically paying a company to bus you to the sites and organize a group tour. I assumed we were paying for hotel pick-up and drop-off, given the overall cost of over 100 euro a head. However, we were dropped off at a location about a kilometre from our hotel, in the rain!

Krakow direct tour company
Krakow direct did airport transfers for us and we also used them to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau (which is a must, moving, but so worth going to to learn and pay respects). Krakow direct employ English speaking drivers, they were polite, well informed and easy to talk to. All our pick ups were on time and they only use comfortable Mercedes cars or mini buses. Highly recommended.
Booking from Krakow Direct was easy; prepayment not required. Service was great. Private driver was on-time for pick-up. Charles/Karol was warm, friendly and funny, making our 1.5 hours journey each way very comfortable. The local guide in Auschwitz was really informative. Definitely a must-visit!
Four of us visited Krakow in October 2019 and we used Krakow Direct Private Tours for our transfers to and from the airport, and an all day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau followed by the Salt Mines. The drivers were punctual, polite and professional. Our driver for the all day tour (Andrew) went above and beyond by getting us a lunch box from the local bakery (25 zloty pp) while we were on the tour. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Great value too as they do everything for you. Would use again if ever in Krakow, and highly recommend.
We used Kraków Direct for our airport transfers & 2 trips : Auschwitz & saltmines, We got picked up on every occasion on time with friendly drivers & top condition vehicles The trips were amazing & every one needs to visit theses places who goes t Kraków We were never hassled for our money & we paid in Polish to our driver after each trip Would definitely use again & definitely recommend
Booked our airport and tours back in the UK, was pleasantly surprised that initially emailing with an enquiry in the morning I had everything booked by the afternoon! Fast response, payment taken online was fab also. Airport drop off/pickup was prompt and 2 lovely drivers. We also booked Auschwitz through them and again prompt and on time! The staff that dealt with us are a credit especially Natalia who organised everything and answered any of my queries. Would definatley recomend.

An absolutely well organised and knowledgeable tour operator. We would strongly recommend Krakow direct for this full day interesting yet moving experience. Hi Linda and Annabelle, I book Krakow Direct Tours through their webpage. They answer quick. We booked a private taxi and they arranged the visit to both camps. They picked up us in our hotel (van just for 2) Once there, you enter with a group, visit Auschwitz, then with a bus to Birkenau. The private van brings you back to the city.
