MAX is ready to get back on stage. On Wednesday, July 13, the “ Blueberry Eyes ” singer announced he’ll be embarking on a North American tour that will include nearly 30 dates in the United States and Canada. The concerts will take place across seven weeks starting this October, and MAX teased they’re sure to be “wild.”

The star made his music breakthrough in 2016 with “Lights Down Low.” The single peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 20 and went triple platinum. Since then, MAX has come out with more hits like “Love Me Less,” “Naked,” and “Butterflies.” His most recent single, “GUCCI BAG,” arrived on April 29, and up next, he’ll release “WASABI” on July 15.

Ava Max is ready to bring her Diamonds & Dancefloors album on the road. On Monday, the dance-pop star announced her first-ever headlining U.S. tour — aptly titled On Tour (Finally) — this summer.

“FINALLY on tour…” Max wrote on Instagram, announcing the dates. Max is set to begin her tour in Europe before returning to the U.S. in late May. Her first North American stop will be in Detroit on May 31 before stopping in New York City, Nashville, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Minneapolis. Tickets go on sale Friday.

The tour announcement comes several months after Max released her album Diamonds & Dancefloors , featuring songs such as “Maybe You’re the Problem,” “Weapons,” and “Dancing’s Done.” Max explained to Rolling Stone that the album translated her personal heartbreak into danceable records.

“I just want to dance. I’d rather cry and dance,” she added.

LAST NIGHT WAS F***ING CRAZY!! I had already anticipated his performance to be off the roof even though that was my first time seeing him live. My expectations were MAXed out! Pun intended!. Could his performance have gotten any better?...probably not! It was freaking AMAZING!!! The lights and the backdrop were on point. That was just icing on the cake! His energy and his vocals were to die for!...I litteraly lost my breath when he previwed songs off his new album out in November. I wanted to cry when I left because it was just too good and I needed more!! The DC crowd is where it's at. I think it was his first time putting on a show there..? But DAMN was it spectacular! Feeling a little bad for people who passed on his performance... They missed out big time!!! Can't wait for him to come back to perform his next album:)

Despite the venue cancelling the show, MAX put on an incredible performance outside of his tour bus in a dirt lot. The show was stripped down to the max (pun totally intended), and it was magic. MAX and his team threw together a show in two hours and delivered one of the best performances I have ever experienced. With the help of Kenzie Nimmo and Call Me Karizma, MAX gave the crowd a beautiful and totally intimate show that all of us would love to experience again and again.

The best concert i’ve ever went to, Max had so much energy and the whole crowd had the same vibe, everyone was dancing, singing and jumping. His voice is even better in real life and he switches up some of his songs to make the concert really worthy. He even sang a brand new song to us, for the first time at a concert!

THE CONCERT WAS AMAZING!!! Hopefully he’ll have a concert in NY again soon because he preformed great. I’d see this concert 5 days in a row and I’d still never get sick of it. 10/10 I love this guy.

Best concert I've ever been to- he fully exceeded my expectations. It was a dream come true to finally hear his voice live, the venue was the perfect size and the music was really feel-good music.

This concert was hella fuckin lit!!!! It was amazing!!! Max was energetic and while it was really hot inside the venue it didn't stop anyone from partying and having a great time!!

Awesomeness.Max is great.The band was great.The venue was great.I really love Max's passion and soul at his age for his music. I would tell everyone go experience the Max effect.

MAX Announces Dates for 2022 North American Headline Tour

Tickets will go on sale Friday, July 15 at 10am local time.

Gearing up for a momentous return to the road, global pop star MAX reveals the dates for his 2022 North American Headline Tour this fall. The seven-week jaunt kicks off on October 17 in Santa Ana, CA at The Observatory and visits major markets coast-to-coast, including a stop at LA's The Wiltern on October 28 and a two-night stand in his hometown of New York, NY at Irving Plaza on November 25-26.

Artist presale begins on Wednesday, July 13 at 12pm local, with general on-sale kicking off Friday, July 15 at 10am local time. I took the Antelope Canyon tour. It was a great day. Our driver was April. She was a fantastic driver. She was skilled and so friendly and informative. We enjoyed our day. I would take a tour from Maxtours again. Thank you Maxtours and April.

Our group selected MaxTour for a tour of the Grand Canyon and multiple national parks. It left from Las Vegas after picking up people from multiple hotels. Our van was a brand new Sprinter like van that had 14 guest seats . Very spacious , you could stand up fully in it, large windows to look out of , and plenty of legroom . No bathroom on van, but our guide/driver seemed to stop every hour or so, plenty of stretch time. Our guide/driver was Amber C. She was AMAZING. She got to know all 13 of us pretty quickly, and drove and incredible amount of miles while giving us important facts. We are so glad Amber was our tour guide. She drove an incredible amount of miles on our trip, but we all just sat back and enjoyed the view out of the oversized windows. We saw Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, HorseShoe Bend, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon, Route 66, the little town the movie Cars was based on, and maybe a few other places. Included two nights stay in Page, AZ. Really nice Wyndham property that had great breakfasts Our group was a mix of Australians, Argentinians , and US locals. Totally fun group. Highly suggest MaxTour!

Found this tour on TripAdvisor for late departure to Grand Canyon West Trim. They are a small local company and voted Travel's choice Winner of 2023 on TripAdvisor. They have several tour options to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon West or South rims, Antelope canyon, and Horseshoe bend. The late departure or sleep-in tour to West Rim is later start or 10 AM. The tour operator picked us up at our hotel. The van is clean and comfortable. We had 11 people in our group, fitted comfortably in 14-seat van. The tour company sent confirmation and detailed instructions regarding the map, pickup spot, and tour operator info. - First stop: Hoover Dam, about 30 min. We got to walk across the Mike O' Callaghan-Pat-Tillman Memorial bridge. - Second stop: Grand Canyon West Rim. We had about 2.5 hours to visit the Skywalk at Eagle Rock, and Guano points, with the option to visit the Skywalk for an extra $20. Due to a recent storm, the park did not allow tour buses and cars to get in the canyon. Everyone had to take the provided shuttle, taking visitors between 2 view points. There are bathrooms, gift shops, and a small restaurant at both viewpoints. At Guano Point, there is a one- mile trail with a good view of the Colorado River. Our tour guide/driver is Liz. She is knowledgeable of local history and very bubbly. During the trip, she has fun 80's music, plenty of water, soda, and snacks (included with the tour fee). We stopped at Subway outside of the park and got Subway sandwich for lunch picnic at Guano point. - Third stop: joshua tree in Mojave desert with beautiful sunset. We started at 10 AM and returned to Las Vegas around 7 PM. It is a fun trip. $250 well spent with many awesome photos and experience. I would definitely recommend this tour company and will check out other tour options (overnight to South Rim, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend or 3 days tour to Utah).

We decided on the Hoover Dam-Grand Canyon Tour, and Bobby was our Tour Guide. What a Guy! He entertains you with Fun facts throughout the Tour, is always explaining, educating you about the Things you see, truly one amazing Dude. He never loses control of the Group (we were 8 people from around the Globe, USA, Australia and Germany) Bobby doesn't make us the Clients, he makes us a Family, and he always makes you smile, sometimes laughing out loud. I enjoyed the Tour very much, even though it was pretty darn cold going up to Lake Mead or at the Hoover Dam. The Van Bobby drives is a very comfortable 12 Seater, more like a Mini Bus. Awesome! I will recommend my Friends to MaxTour and of course, request Bobby as their Driver. You can't go wrong.

We did the Hoover Dam, Seven Magic Mountains and Welcome to Las Vegas sign your. Our tour guide was Johnny and he was great! He was prompt and knowledgeable throughout the tour. We got to stop and see long horn sheep as a bonus. Next time we're in Vegas we'll be sure to check out what other tours they offer. Hoping they offer a trip to Death Valley in the future.

THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM! Don't be fooled by their *seemingly scammatic marketing behavior* on the internet like those ads etc. they're not, and in fact, they're actually a great tour company!! I booked 2 day tour to Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon along with my sister and 2 of my friends. Here's my take on the experience: First of all, there's no meeting point. They actually would pick you up and drop you off at your hotel! How nice is that?? As long as you're staying on the Vegas Strip hotels or Downtown Vegas hotels, they will definitely do that for you. Just let them know which hotel would you be staying at before and after the tour. Van was very clean and nice. Mac was our tour guide during 2 days stay. Mac was very nice to everyone here, he'll tell every story he could do (which, I think, was impressive, almost Wikipedia level but more fun). The park staffs know him, and was very chatty to him, that shows how great Mac is, and how great the tour would be, and it was great! There's 2 kids in my group during tour, and kids could be cranky during these types of tour considering the commute could be very long. But Mac did so well, those kids were well behaved during the tour and were entertained by Mac. Kudos to the parents too. They also chose the best hotel in Page. We stayed at La Quinta Inn, and I know, it's a 2-star hotel, but trust me, La Quinta in Page is much more comfortable and spacious than our hotel in Excalibur Vegas! The places the tour planned could look quite rushed and too crowded, but it's actually not. We did went to all the planned places after all. There's slight problem regarding the commute routes due to heavy snow, but I never doubted Mac's problem skills, he could managed it quick and well, we ended up going to all the places smoothly and timely. Best part of our trip to LV so far. The tour of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and the 7 magic mountains was incredible. Our tour guide, Brian made the trip even more special. He was a wealth of knowledge and interacted with all of the clients. He was very friendly and even accompanied us at the various stops. He took photos of us all whenever we asked and shared his knowledge at all of the stops. The van was clean, comfortable and provided the group with plenty of refreshments. This was the best money I spent in Vegas. Our tour guide Brian was absolutely top notch. He was a wealth of information at practically everything on the trip from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Tiger Woods rounds out Jupiter Links Golf Club TGL team with Max Homa, Tom Kim, Kevin Kisner

The roster for Tiger Woods' TGL team has been announced, and Woods has rounded out his team with one of the game's rising stars, one of its most popular players and one of its wittiest. Tom Kim, Max Homa and Kevin Kisner will be joining Woods on his Jupiter Links GC team when the tech-infused golf league kicks off next year.

“I have already shared my excitement and optimism for TGL as a league and product,” Woods, who is part owner of Jupiter Links Golf Club and co-founder of TMRW Sports, said in a release. “Now that we have finalized our roster with a team of world-class golfers, I am even more confident that this group will proudly represent the Jupiter area and connect with our fans for years to come.”

In Homa, Woods has a fellow Southern California native on the roster. The two shared the stage when Homa won The Genesis Invitational hosted by Woods, and they were paired together at the 2022 Open Championship at St. Andrews and this year’s Masters Tournament. Homa has credited Woods for inspiring him to become a professional golfer, dating back to when Homa watched Woods play the 1998 Genesis in Homa’s hometown of Valencia, California.

“Following Tiger’s career is one of the main reasons that I became an avid golfer,” Homa said. “I remember watching him win the 1997 Masters, and now getting to play alongside him has been amazing.”

Kim has been winning PGA TOUR events at a pace not seen since Woods. The 21-year-old already owns three PGA TOUR titles. When he won his second at the 2022 Shriners Children’s Open, Kim became the first player since Woods to win multiple PGA TOUR titles before turning 21.

Kisner is a four-time PGA TOUR winner and two-time Presidents Cup participant who brings another veteran presence to the team. Known for his sardonic wit, Kisner has made a foray into broadcasting with NBC Sports this year and will surely add another element to the inter-team banter that will be part of TGL competition.

“I feel very privileged to have played in the Tiger Era,” Kisner said in a statement. “Having the opportunity to compete against and alongside the GOAT has been one of the things I’ll remember most at the end of my career.

“While I know we will have a lot of fun as a team with me, Tiger, Max and Tom, I also know when Tiger’s competitive fire kicks in, we are going to be ready to play and win. This is the perfect team to bring both fun and competition together at the same time. Can’t wait.”

The Jupiter Links Golf Club logo incorporates the classic "Palm Flag" of Jupiter and features a hybrid golf pin flag and palm tree. The palm branches of the tree represent the red sun on the horizon, while the three sections of the pin represent the three competing golfers at each TGL match. The handwritten font is an ode to Woods' signature.

Tour the Historic Multnomah County Central Library in Portland, Oregon

The Central Branch of Multnomah County Library is the shining pearl of the local public library system in Portland, Oregon. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the three-story building which takes up a city block has been remodeled and restored since it was originally built in 1911. The library includes the John Wilson Special Collections, the Beverly Cleary Children’s Library, and the Henry Failing Art and Music Library. There’s a lovely write-up about its history in this entry of the Oregon Encyclopedia .

We are grateful for the Multnomah County Central Library to host a tour for MLA ’24 attendees on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., pacific time.

Turkish airlines leases 6 boeing 737 max 8s and 1 airbus a330 from cdb.

Turkish Airlines is adding more aircraft to its fleet, including the fleet of its new low-cost carrier, Ajet.

• Turkish Airlines expands fleet with 1 Airbus A330 and 6 Boeing 737 MAX 8s, boosting capabilities for mainline and low-cost carrier Ajet.
• CDB Aviation leases 7 more narrowbody and widebody aircraft to Turkish Airlines, contributing to the group’s growth and network expansion.
• Ajet, formerly AnadoluJet, transitions to operate as a low-cost carrier under Turkish Airlines, aiming to fly 200 aircraft to 44 countries.

With more than 450 aircraft in its fleet, Turkish Airlines now needs to find room for seven more after making a deal with CDB Aviation this week to lease one Airbus A330 and six Boeing 737 MAX 8s. The Airbus widebody is headed for the Turkish Airlines mainline fleet, while the Boeing 737s will join the fleet of newly operational Ajet, its low-cost carrier formerly known as AnadoluJet.

More firepower for the Turkish Group

On Wednesday, aircraft lessor CDB Aviation announced it had signed a new lease agreement for seven narrowbody and widebody aircraft with its existing customer, Turkish Airlines . CDB Aviation is a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co. Ltd, a leading company in China's leasing industry engaged in aircraft, infrastructure, ship, commercial vehicle and construction machinery leasing.

Including the new aircraft, CDB Aviation will now have 17 aircraft on lease to Turkish Airlines (Turkish), including 12 Boeing 737 MAX 8s, one 737-800, one 777-300ER, one Airbus A321neo, one A320neo and one A330-300. The seven aircraft added this week include the A330-300, which will join Turkish in May and the six 737 MAX 8s delivered to Ajet between 2025 and 2026.

The six 737s will come from CDB Aviation's existing orderbook with Boeing and join the ten MAX 8s already in the Ajet fleet. Ajet has 85 single-aisle aircraft, including six A320s, four A320neos, seven A321s, 13 A321neos, 45 737-800s and ten 737 MAX 8s.

The same source shows that Turkish has 349 aircraft in its fleet, comprising Airbus A320 family, A330s and A350s, plus Boeing 737s, 777s and 787-9 Dreamliners. The full-service carrier has 127 A320 Family and 80 Boeing 737s, with widebody aircraft including 58 A330s, 18 A350s, 35 777s and 23 787s. Turkish Chief Investment and Strategy Officer Levent Konukcu said this week:

"As the airline that flies to more countries than any other with 130 countries, Turkish Airlines continues to strengthen its worldwide success story. In order to contribute to this stunning expansion performance, we evaluate all possible options to feed our fleet. Along with the previous ones, we are glad to collaborate with CDB Aviation for these effective agreements again."

The Ajet evolution

AnadoluJet was established in 2008 as a low-fare airline, and since then, it has carried more than 150 million passengers. The former Turkish Airlines brand will now operate as AJet Air Transportation Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The new low-cost airline was created to strengthen Turkish Airlines’ position in an increasingly competitive market.

On March 12, Ajet started selling tickets on its website, and now the changeover from AnadoluJet is complete, with the airline continuing its operations based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen and Ankara Esenboğa Airports. During the coming summer, Ajet will operate flights to a total of 93 destinations, including 41 domestic and 52 international, and it plans to fly 200 aircraft to 44 countries within the next ten years.

With plans to almost double the group's fleet in the next decade, there will be many more aircraft announcements to follow this one. Each time the group adds another new-generation aircraft, it lowers its emissions profile on the path to net zero. Turkish is already the world's most connected airline, with flights to 346 destinations in 130 countries, and there is no sign of slowing its progress anytime soon.

PGA Tour Loyalty Payouts Revealed: Tiger Woods Stands to Make The Most

The PGA Tour’s loyalty payouts have been revealed, rewarding players who chose to remain with the Tour after receiving massive offers from LIV Golf.

Yesterday, we reported that PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan was contacting players on the Tour to share what their payouts would be thanks to a new grants program that will vest the amount over the span of eight years.

PGA Tour Players Who Rejected LIV Golf Offers Set to Find Out How Much Their Loyalty is Worth

The payouts would be grouped into four separate categories, with the top group being made up of top PIP performers and mainstays on leaderboards at elevated events and Major Championships.

It appears the amount of the projected payouts have been revealed in a new report shared by The Telegraph , detailing the following monetary figures for several top names:

• Tiger Woods - $100 million
• Rory McIlroy - $50 million
• Jordan Spieth - $30 million
• Justin Thomas - $30 million

Joe Pompliano said:

"The payments are small compared to what LIV has handed out...but they represent an essential step for the PGA Tour."

Other names, like Scottie Scheffler, Max Homa, Viktor Hovland, and others, will also receive payouts, but those figures have not yet been uncovered.

The roughly $1.5 billion will be split among the 193 golfers that remain on Tour. However, $750 is going to 36 of the biggest names in the sport who chose to stay with the PGA Tour.

Tiger Woods' TGL team includes top 10 player in the world, rising PGA Tour star

Max Homa called it "a dream" to play in Tiger Woods ' group the first two days of the Masters. When asked following Friday's competition what he will remember from his round, he said just "a lot of Tiger stuff."

Now, Homa will build on those memories going forward.

Homa is joining Woods' Jupiter Links Golf Club in TGL, the interactive golf league headed by Woods and Rory McIlroy. The four-man team was announced Monday morning with Homa, Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner joining Woods.

"I have three guys on my team that I enjoy being around, that I know are going to work hard and grind as team members, can talk a little trash and will have a great time," Woods told The Palm Beach Post. "If I compete in something, I want to win."

TGL, backed by TMRW Sports, is preparing for its inaugural season, which starts Jan. 7. The league will be played in Palm Beach Gardens at a venue being built on the campus of Palm Beach State College.

TGL Golf Rosters: Jupiter Links Golf Club

Homa, 33, is No. 9 in the current world ranking. He is one of five top 10 golfers in TGL. He watched Woods make history at Augusta when the Jupiter Island resident became the first to make 24 consecutive Masters cuts. While  Woods faltered on the weekend, shooting a 10-over 82 Saturday, his highest score ever at the Masters, Homa then went on to complete his best-ever major, finishing tied for third.

"Following Tiger’s career is one of the main reasons that I became an avid golfer," said Homa, who has six PGA Tour wins. "I remember watching him win the 1997 Masters, and now getting to play alongside him has been amazing.

"It’s really exciting to call Tiger, Tom, and Kevin teammates. Thanks to TGL, I’ll be able to play with some of the best golfers in the world and bring this unique and exciting format to golf while also finding ways to connect with one of the best golf markets in the country in South Florida."

Kim, from South Korea, is one of the PGA Tour's rising stars. The 21-year-old is No. 23 in the world and has won three times on the PGA Tour along with seven international events.  His win at the 2022 Wyndham Championship made him the second-youngest winner on the PGA Tour since World War II at 20 years, 1 month, 17 days.

"It's unbelievable," Kim said. "To be a part of a team with Tiger as captain, that I've always thought of as my role model and I've looked up to and I still do, to be a part of that group ... it's really cool for me and I'm really excited for what's to come."

Kisner, 40, has four PGA Tour wins. He most recently played with Woods during the third round of the 2022 Masters.

"TGL is a unique entertainment product with a combination of world-class golf, but also a condensed format in Prime Time TV," Woods told The Post. "With every shot broadcast, a 40-second shot clock and all players mik’ed up in a team dynamic, Kiz will not only be a valuable teammate given his talents on the course but will bring his entertaining personality and style to TGL."

Kisner believes the team has the right mix to have fun in the unique format, but also get serious when titles are on the line.

“While I know we will have a lot of fun as a team with me, Tiger, Max and Tom, I also know when Tiger’s competitive fire kicks in, we are going to be ready to play and win," he said. "This is the perfect team to bring both fun and competition together at the same time. Can’t wait.”  

All six TGL teams have filled their rosters, with the exception of two slots available on the Boston and San Francisco teams. San Francisco's team officially has not been announced, but it will include the remaining players who signed with TGL.

2024 NBA playoffs bracket, schedule, games today, scores: Nuggets go up 3-0 on Lakers, 76ers get key win

The nba playoffs are underway with 16 teams in the hunt for the larry o'brien trophy.

The NBA playoffs are underway, and the reigning champion Nuggets are the closest team to the second round. Denver is up 3-0 in its first-round series against the Lakers, beating L.A. for the 11th straight time on Thursday night to put LeBron James and Anthony Davis on the brink of elimination. 

Unlike the Lakers, both the 76ers and Magic were able to get home wins on Thursday to cut into their series deficits. The Sixers got a playoff career high 50 points from Joel Embiid and beat the Knicks, while the Magic trounced the Cavaliers in Orlando. The Knicks and Cavs still lead those series, 2-1.

Three more Game 3s are set for Friday. The Timberwolves have a chance to go up 3-0 against the Suns, while Pacers-Bucks and Mavericks-Clippers are both tied 1-1.

The first round of these NBA playoffs will run through May 5.  Here's how CBS Sports experts are picking their brackets .

We begin our Moscow tour beneath the city, exploring the underground palace of the Moscow Metro. From the Square of Revolution station, famous for its huge statues of soviet people (an armed soldier, a farmer with a rooster, a warrior, and more), we’ll move onto some of the most significant stations, where impressive mosaics, columns, and chandeliers will boggle your eyes! Moreover, these stations reveal a big part of soviet reality — the walls depict plenty of Propaganda , with party leaders looking down from images on the walls. Your local guide will share personal stories of his/her family from USSR times, giving you insight into Russia’s complicated past and present. Then we’re coming back up to street level, where we’ll take a break and refuel with some Russian fast food: traditional pancakes, called bliny. And then, stomachs satiated, we are ready to move forward! We’ll take the eco-friendly electric trolleybus, with a route along the Moscow Garden Ring. Used mainly by Russian babushkas(grannies) during the day, the trolleybus hits peak hours in the mornings and evenings, when many locals use it going to and from their days. Our first stop will be the Aviator’s House, one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters, followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and you’ll hear the legends of what has gone on inside the walls. Throughout your Moscow tour, you’ll learn curious facts from soviet history while seeing how Russia exists now, 25 years after the USSR.

Moscow Metro 2019

Will it be easy to find my way in the Moscow Metro? It is a question many visitors ask themselves before hitting the streets of the Russian capital. As metro is the main means of transport in Moscow – fast, reliable and safe – having some skills in using it will help make your visit more successful and smooth. On top of this, it is the most beautiful metro in the world !

. There are over 220 stations and 15 lines in the Moscow Metro. It is open from 6 am to 1 am. Trains come very frequently: during the rush hour you won't wait for more than 90 seconds! Distances between stations are quite long – 1,5 to 2 or even 3 kilometers. Metro runs inside the city borders only. To get to the airport you will need to take an onground train - Aeroexpress.

RATES AND TICKETS

Paper ticket A fee is fixed and does not depend on how far you go. There are tickets for a number of trips: 1, 2 or 60 trips; or for a number of days: 1, 3 days or a month. Your trips are recorded on a paper ticket. Ifyou buy a ticket for several trips you can share it with your traveling partner passing it from one to the other at the turnstile.

On every station there is cashier and machines (you can switch it to English). Cards and cash are accepted. 1 trip - 55 RUB 2 trips - 110 RUB

Tickets for 60 trips and day passes are available only at the cashier's.

1 day - 230 RUB 3 days - 438 RUB 30 days - 2170 RUB.

The cheapest way to travel is buying Troyka card . It is a plastic card you can top up for any amount at the machine or at the ticket office. With it every trip costs 38 RUB in the metro and 21 RUB in a bus. You can get the card in any ticket office. Be prepared to leave a deposit of 50 RUB. You can get it back returning the card to the cashier.

SamsungPay, ApplePay and PayPass cards.

One turnstile at every station accept PayPass and payments with phones. It has a sticker with the logos and located next to the security's cabin.

GETTING ORIENTED

At the platfrom you will see one of these signs.

It indicates the line you are at now (line 6), shows the direction train run and the final stations. Numbers below there are of those lines you can change from this line.

In trains, stations are announced in Russian and English. In newer trains there are also visual indication of there you are on the line.

To change lines look for these signs. This one shows the way to line 2.

There are also signs on the platfrom. They will help you to havigate yourself. (To the lines 3 and 5 in this case).

From the very first days of its existence, the Moscow Metro was the object of civil defense, used as a bomb shelter, and designed as a defense for a possible attack on the Soviet Union.

At a depth of 50 to 120 meters lies the second, the coded system of Metro-2 of Moscow subway, which is equipped with everything you need, from food storage to the nuclear button.

According to some sources, the total length of Metro-2 reaches over 150 kilometers.

The Museum was opened on Sportivnaya metro station on November 6, 1967. It features the most interesting models of trains and stations.
