Pleasantly surprised!

I hate shopping around for the best price, but I hate paying more than I have to even more. Flight hub made finding the best price so easy and quickly too! If my actual travel experience goes as well as booking the flight, I not only will be thrilled, but I will be a convert for life!

Worst search function EVER!

I have a health condition that requires I sit in the front of the plane with extra room - so I have to purchase first class, but I want to find the least expensive option. I tried to search for a first class ticket REPEATEDLY! which IS an option they SUPPOSEDLY offer! But EVERY single search result was filled with economy flights. So, it was impossible to find the least expensive first class ticket. Then when I tried to “filter” the results I found there wasn’t an option to filter for first class ONLY to list it at the beginning of the search - which OBVIOUSLY does NO good! The search function in this app is worthless! Save yourself time and choose one of the MANY other travel app options!

Transfer flight needs visa?!

Horrible experience with this company. I always buy tickets with edreams and never had any issue. This time I wanted to try flighthub because of all the good reviews. This app gave me an option to transfer from Canada, which apparently needs a transit visa, without any warning. I found out by luck one day before my flight and had to pay twice as much as my original ticket to change the flight. Checked three other websites and no other website shows you flight options where you need visa for transit. How is the customer supposed to know this??? Unbelievable.
