Campus Visits are offered Monday-Friday (except for University Holidays), and they do require an appointment so that we can provide adequate staffing to make your visit phenomenal.

What To Expect:
We welcome guests to visit the MSU campus. Tours for prospective students are scheduled year-round, during normal business hours. A member of the Graduate School will guide you on a walking tour, while providing you with information on the admissions process and MSU in general. Students will also have the option of meeting with an academic representative and touring our College View Apartment complex.

Academic College Meetings
Meeting with an academic representative will be the focal point of your visit. Please specify what degree you plan to pursue and if you have a concentration area. If you have already been in communication with a specific professor or other representative, please let us know. Students will also have the option of meeting with an academic representative and touring our College View Apartment complex.
*Academic meeting availability is based on faculty member availability and may vary in the summer months.
Housing Tour
An optional housing tour will be available to students who specify their housing needs. MSU has a partnership with College View Apartments that serves to house upperclassmen such as juniors, seniors, and graduate students. A tour of College View Apartments can be setup with an MSU representative or individually through their website!

Mississippi State Unveils 38th Annual Super Bulldog Weekend Schedule
STARKVILLE – A loaded lineup of events and fan experiences are set to highlight an exciting weekend in the Best Small Town in the South. The 38th annual Super Bulldog weekend, a Mississippi State spring homecoming tradition, is set for April 19-21.
From The Desk Of AD Zac Selmon: “Super Bulldog Weekend is such a special weekend for our community, alumni, letterwinners, university and athletics department. It’s a tremendous opportunity for Starkville to come together and experience the great momentum surrounding Mississippi State. Our team has worked incredibly hard to create an outstanding schedule that is sure to provide everyone with an unforgettable experience.”
Parking: Free parking for the Maroon and White Spring Football Game is available south of Davis Wade Stadium in the following lots: Dorman Hall, Fresh Food Company and Newell-Grissom. Barr Ave. will be closed Saturday, April 20, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for safe entry/exit at the north end of Davis Wade Stadium.
Kicking Off The Lebby Era: Bulldog fans will get a first look at “SHOWTIME at STATE” under new head football coach Jeff Lebby on April 20 at Davis Wade Stadium.
- The annual Maroon and White Spring Football Game will kick off Saturday’s festivities at 1 p.m.
- New and engaging programming will highlight the event and feature on-field interviews, special guest appearances by former players and in-game video elements.
- The format for this year’s game will feature offense vs. defense with a creative scoring system.
- Admission is FREE.
- Gates (H & L) open at noon.
- In-season screening protocols will apply, and fans are asked to sit on the East side of Davis Wade Stadium.
- A free 2024 schedule poster will be distributed to fans when entering the stadium.
- New “SHOWTIME at STATE” merchandise will be available for purchase in the east concourse.
- Coach Lebby and the football program are excited to welcome dozens of former players back to Davis Wade Stadium.
- The game will also be streamed on SEC Network+ via the ESPN App for those unable to attend.

- All weekend long, fans can enjoy an extended right-field location that will open two hours prior to first pitch. Festivities will include live music, food trucks, State Style Store and a large video screen for viewing.
- Don’t miss out on the Super Bulldog Weekend Spring Sale, which is the biggest sale of the year with everything 25 to 75 percent off while supplies last only in the extended right-field location.
- Tickets to each game of the baseball series are available for purchase at HailState.com/Tickets .
Fireworks And Drone Show: After Friday and Saturday night’s baseball games, Dudy Noble Field will feature a fireworks show, presented by Pearl River Resort and Adidas.

Return of the Super Dawg: The fan-favorite Super Dawg will make its return to The Dude this weekend. The Super Dawg includes Country Pleasin’ Smoked Sausage, pulled brisket, BBQ sauce, slaw and pickles served on three toasted slider buns.
- The Super Dawg will be served exclusively at the Hail State Eats location along the first-base concourse.
New in 2024: Below are some new, additional amenities available for fans.
- Mississippi local 1817 Brewery craft beer will be available for purchase at Dudy Noble Field’s home-plate entrance.
- M over S Yeti 20 oz. tumblers will be sold exclusively at the Adkerson Plaza in right field.
- The limited-edition Ron Polk Collection will be sold at the State Style Store first-base concourse location.

Scheduling a Tour We love to show off our beautiful campus and all of its great accomplishments. We give tours weekdays year round, with the exception of university holidays, when MSU students are not in session, and during exam periods. Guided tour of the Dairy Farm with emphasis on the modern techniques in Animal Agriculture and the over 140 cows. Tours only available on Tuesdays and Fridays after 11 a.m. and you must be 8 years or older. This location is off of the main campus therefore you must provide your own transportation, which is limited to no more than 2 vehicles.
This guided tour introduces you to the MSU campus and also includes interesting facts and traditions of Mississippi State University. Allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for this tour. There is no age limit, nor group size limit, however, if the group is larger than 25 it may be divided into smaller groups in order to have a more personalized experience.

The 2024 Road Dawgs Tour features six stops in May, kicking off on Tuesday, May 7 in Greenville, followed by stops in Birmingham, Olive Branch, Atlanta, Biloxi, and Houston. The tour is a collaboration between the department of athletics, the Bulldog Club, the Mississippi State Alumni Association and local alumni chapters.
